WHY MOST PEOPLE WILL FACE THE SOON COMING WRATH OF GOD

A new survey has found that more than half of Americans do not believe God exists or that He “affects lives,” prompting one prominent researcher to highlight the need for “sweeping national repentance and spiritual renewal.” 

The Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University released the second installment of its American Worldview Inventory 2025 on Wednesday. 

The research found that overall, 60% of Americans do not believe God exists or that He “affects lives.” Nearly half of self-identified Christians (47%) and a slightly smaller share of theologically identified born-again Christians (40%) said the same.

The Bible begins with the statement. ” In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth“. Genesis 1:1. God’s existence is assumed, self-evident. In Psalm 14:1 we are told, “The fool has said in his heart, There is no God! They acted corruptly; they have done abominable works, there is none who does good.” Here we see that the Bible connects corrupt thoughts about God – especially about denying His very existence – with corrupt morals. And it is true that if there is no God, no Creator who sets the rules, then we are set adrift morally.

So few believe God exists because of the promotion of evolution. A Creator is not necessary. This is why God has raised Creation Ministries International (http://www.creation.com) and Answers in Genesis (http://www.answersingenesis.org), two of the main ministries God has raised up to defend the Bible as inerrant and its history accurate. 

Among Americans who believe that God exists and “affects lives,” a plurality (38%) defined God as the “most important element” in their lives, while 23% described God as “extremely important” in their lives, and 18% characterized God as having a “very important” influence on their lives.

Fourteen percent of respondents who believe in God agreed that He was “somewhat important” in their lives, while 5% considered God either “not too” important or “not at all” important. The remaining 3% placed their views on God’s influence in their lives into the category of “it varies.” 

Just 20% of “those who believe the God of the Bible exists and affects lives” told pollsters they had “an intimate and interactive spiritual relationship with Him, with constant two-way communication.” Another 45% classified their relationship with God as “close,” defined by frequent prayer and trust in Him to “do what is best and right.”

Eleven percent of those surveyed identified their relationship with God as “arms-length,” while 18% said, “He exists and is capable of all things, but do not have a personal, interactive ‘relationship’ with Him.”

The remaining 7% of respondents remained uncertain whether or not He interacts with people and did not “know how to describe their relationship with Him.” One-third (33%) of “those who believe the God of the Bible exists and affects lives” defined God as having a “total” influence over their lives and choices, while another third (33%) reported that He had “a lot” of influence on their lives, which “often” reflected His guidance.

This is undoubtedly the reason Jesus tells us that just before He returns, many will fall away when tribulation comes.

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.” Matthew 24:9-12  

WHY THE BIBLE’S HISTORY IS SO IMPORTANT?

Because the history in Genesis 1–11 is the foundation for everything, and it has a totally different account of origins than what young people hear at schools, universities, and nearly everywhere else, they have questions about the Bible’s history that need answers. They need to know that the Bible’s history is trustworthy. Evolution has been one of Satan’s best strategies to destroy belief in God’s word. We need the basic answers for the history in Genesis 1–11 because the devil wants to cause people to doubt and not believe this history because it is foundational to the Gospel message. In fact, Biblical history is foundational to all doctrine, to marriage, to gender, the origin of sin, pain and death and how to deal with racism, abortion, and the environment, just as it is foundational to the saving gospel message.

Creation in seven days is fundamental to how we need to live. God made it clear in His commandments:

“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it, you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” Exodus 20:8-11

The Fall: a once-perfect world is cursed by God, and sin and death enter the world because Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s command. They were deceived by a fallen angel, Satan, who is now the prince of this world and with his minions. other fallen angels continue to deceive the world.

Nephilim: Genesis 6:1–4 tells us that the Nephilim, which means “fallen ones,” were the product of copulation between divine beings (i.e., sons of God) and human women (i.e., daughters of Adam). The “sons of God” as referring to angels seems to be the most consistent interpretation of this phrase. The expression sons of God is employed in antithesis to daughters of men; it is clear that the former pertains to beings outside the human sphere. The Nephilim are known as great warriors and Biblical giants (see Ezekiel 32:27 and Numbers 13:33). This is the main reason why God had to destroy all human and hybrid angel/human life on Earth.

Noah’s Flood was a worldwide flood that destroyed all but the eight humans and the animals, insects, and birds that were on the Ark. The apostle Peter tells us that before Jesus returns, people will deny Biblical history about creation and the worldwide flood of Noah’s day. Biblical prophecy is once again being confirmed.

“For they deliberately overlook this fact, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of the water and through water by the word of God, and that by means of these, the world that then existed was deluged with water and perished. But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.“ 2 Peter 3:5-7

God created the nations by confusing their language because the people were disobedient to His command to multiply and cover all the Earth. The world has not been able to come up with a reasonable explanation for the nations and their languages, yet they totally reject God as the miraculous source.

“Now the whole earth had one language and the same words. And as people migrated from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there… Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth… And the Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do… Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that they may not understand one another’s speech.” So the Lord dispersed them from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city (Babel). ” Genesis 11:7-8

God created a nation, Israel, to fulfil His purposes on Earth. Much of the Old Testament is about God’s interaction with His nation and the prophets that God appointed. These prophets are all told that a Messiah would arise to lead and save the nation. Even before Israel went into the Promised Land, Moses told them their entire history, including their being cast out of the land and scattered throughout the world.

“And when all these things come upon you, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you call them to mind among all the nations where the Lord your God has driven you, and return to the Lord your God, you and your children, and obey his voice in all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your soul, then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes and have mercy on you, and He will gather you again from all the peoples where the Lord your God has scattered you.“ Deuteronomy 30:1-3

“And the Lord your God will bring you into the land that your fathers possessed, that you may possess it. And He will make you more prosperous and numerous than your fathers. And the Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring so that you will love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.” Deuteronomy 30:5-6

The Davidic Covenant (2 Samuel 7) is the promise that God made to David that David’s heir would sit on the throne of Israel. Jesus is that heir, but He has yet to take His physical, political birthright.

The New Covenant: It outlines the promise that Israel as a nation will return to God and worship their Messiah. These covenants will be fulfilled during the 1000-year reign.

“Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke… For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” Jeremiah 31:31-33

All of the O.T. is about this coming Messiah, JESUS. Biblical end-time prophecies are playing out in our day, so we know Jesus’ return to Earth is not too far off. FAILED PREDICTIONS OF EVOLUTION

Evolutionists often claim that they have made many successful predictions that show evolution is true. However, the many failed predictions prove the theory is without valid functionality. Random chance will not produce complex functioning organisms.

PARADIGMS OF ORIGINS

The design of the DNA of a simple cell is much more complex than we see in the development of the latest supercomputers. How do we explain that simple fact with the evolution paradigm? It is impossible. The Genesis paradigm is the only one that can explain the evidence.

MUTATIONS ARE KILLING US NOT CREATING US!

Dr Don Batten of Creation Ministries is well qualified to discuss this subject, and he clearly demonstrates that mutations are a loss of information. Mutations do not add information to the genome, so they cannot create “you from goo.” The video is not long, so make sure you use it to challenge your evolutionary-minded family members and friends.

All of the evidence of DNA (complex information) and the genome point to an intelligent designer. Random chance is not a reasonable explanation for the complexity and design evident in human life. There is a God and He reveals Himself to us in many ways but the most revealing way was through His Son Jesus Christ.

JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE PROVIDES EVIDENCE FOR BIBLICAL CREATION MODEL

We have previously reported that observations of distant galaxies using the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) are contrary to the predictions of the Big Bang but match predictions of biblical creation.  Now, new observations of the angular sizes of distant galaxies challenge one of the essential underlying assumptions of the Big Bang – that the “fabric” of space is expanding as galaxies recede. 

Without an expanding space, a big bang is impossible.  These observations support a new creation-based model of cosmology – the Doppler model – which makes specific quantitative predictions about future observations.

Predictions

The Doppler model allows us to make predictions regarding future JWST observations that differ from the predictions of the Big Bang based on the FLRW metric (The metric that describes an expanding or collapsing universe named after the four founding physicists: Friedmann-Lemaitre-Walker-Robertson). The median angular diameter of galaxies beyond a redshift of 20 should continue to be smaller than galaxies at low redshifts.  In particular, the Doppler model predicts the median diameter of galaxies beyond a redshift of 20 to be around 0.2 arcseconds.  This is roughly ten times smaller than the predictions based on the FLRW metric.  Furthermore, The Doppler model predicts that such galaxies will be fainter by more than one magnitude.  Time will tell which model is correct.

Note that these are specific, quantitative predictions.  Successful specific predictions are the hallmark of good science. Dr. James Lisle suggests that the Big Bang is not good science as it does not make specific successful predictions.  Furthermore, it is inconsistent with the latest JWST observations of galaxy sizes and brightnesses.  In addition, the Big Bang has difficulty accommodating the existence of galaxies at such high redshifts since they have had so little time to form according to secular assumptions. Lisle predicts that galaxies will continue to be discovered at higher redshifts, up to the detection limit of the JWST.

Conclusions

The angular sizes and apparent brightnesses of distant galaxies are consistent with the Doppler model and not with the Big Bang.  To be clear, the universe is indeed expanding because the average distance between galaxies increases with time as these galaxies move through space.  But the fabric of space is not expanding.  The FLRW metric is wrong.  This affects the estimated sizes of distant galaxies because the FLRW metric predicts a magnification effect that is simply not seen.  The implication is that distant galaxies are about the same size and brightness on average as nearby galaxies.  Thus, there is no evidence of galaxy evolution over the supposed billions of years.  Thus the Doppler model fits the natural expectation of a “recent” (thousands of years ago) supernaturally created universe.  The Doppler model is compatible with the ASC model that explains how distant starlight reaches Earth within the biblical timescale.

This creation-based Doppler model makes specific quantitative predictions about the angular diameters and brightnesses of galaxies that will be discovered in future JWST images.  Namely, these will have an average angular diameter of 0.2 arcseconds, roughly ten times smaller than the Big Bang model predicts.  And such galaxies will be fainter than Big Bang predictions by a little over 1 magnitude (2.5 times).

This is a very exciting time to be a biblical creationist.  All the observations coming from the JWST confirm biblical creation models, and none are supportive of a Big Bang.  In fact, these latest observations are absolutely devastating to Big Bang interpretations.  And since models like Doppler and ASC make specific predictions about future observations, creation scientists are now leading the way in cosmology research.

WHY THERE IS NO OTHER INTELLIGENT LIFE IN THE COSMOS

We only have to consider what the God of the Cosmos says about what He created. He made all of the heavenly bodies on the fourth day of creation and the whole focus of their creation is to provide light, signs, and seasons for Earth. Humankind made in God’s image is the final and ultimate creation act. Human life is the only kind of life that God has created for eternal friendship and eternal glory. Human life is the only kind of life that has the necessary qualities to receive such blessings, and human life is the only kind of life that God has moved all of history to redeem at the enormous cost of God’s son, Jesus having to die to pay the price for our rebellion.

“And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth.” And it was so. And God made the two great lights—the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night—and the stars. And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day.” Genesis 1:14-19

As Martyn Isles says in his excellent book Who Am I? Solving the identity puzzle, the above information about humankind should make us consider how we view the lives of those we encounter each and every day. Do we see the possibility of their achieving eternal life? We should, otherwise the Holy Spirit which all believers received on surrendering our lives to Jesus Christ will convict us to make Jesus known.

“And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” John 17:3

The only other intelligent life is spiritual beings. God created angels before He created the Cosmos. We also know that many angels rebelled against God led by Satan. This rebellion may well be because Satan and the angels did not want to serve God’s newly created beings – humankind. Satan had been a leading Archangel in God’s heavenly realm. These rebellious angels are now called demons and they are doing their utmost to destroy humankind. It is entirely likely that any sightings of aliens are demonic apparitions. This is confirmed by reports that when these beings are told to GO in the name of Jesus Christ they disappear.

EVOLUTION CAN’T EXPLAIN THE INCREDIBLE DNA-FOLDING MECHANISM DISCOVERED

Biological cells are like tiny cities bustling with machines performing numerous tasks to keep cells alive. For decades, one class of these machines, SMCs (for Structural Maintenance of Chromosomes), have been known to fold DNA strands into intricate three-dimensional structures. This is crucial for the proper organization and function of the genome.

DNA

Insights gained from multiple studies have paved the way toward a step-by-step model of how these machines might extrude loops of DNA as part of this process. An SMC is like an arm with two hands at one end. Each hand holds either end of a stretch of DNA. One of these hands holds continuously while the other periodically ‘let go’ when the arm is bending, during which time the DNA loop becomes a little larger. The hand then re-grabs the DNA before the arm re-extends. In this way, SMCs can extrude longer and longer loops of DNA.

The conundrum for evolution: this machine, useless until fully functional, is needed for reproduction, so natural selection (differential reproduction) can’t explain it.

MORE EVIDENCE FOR A CREATOR

Michael Behe, John Lennox, and Steven Meyer are three leading voices in science and academia on the case for an intelligent designer of the universe and everything in it (including us). In this wide-ranging conversation, they point out the flaws in Darwin’s theory and the increasing amount of evidence uncovered by a rigorous application of the scientific method that points to an intentional design and creation of the physical world.

You will need over an hour to watch this video but I suggest you will be glad you did. In particular, I like John Lennox for his pearls of wisdom, and rating the three men as to what gems I learned, it would be 1. John Lennox, 2. Stephen Meyer and 3. Michael Behe. I need to watch the video again at least once more, to make notes, of the information I will incorporate to improve my argument for the God of the Bible’s existence.

ANSWERS TO THE LATEST SO-CALLED SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE FOR EVOLUTION

The videos being produced by both Creation Ministries International (CMI) http://www.creation.com and Answers in Genesis (AIG) http://www.answersingenesis.org are brilliant and they need to be promoted and used.

In the first video, Don Batten answers many of the common arguments used to criticize a Biblical worldview. Can I suggest you use this video clip when ministering to family and friends. CMI is producing many of these clips for use on social media: particularly YouTube and more recently TikTok.

The following video is one produced by AIG each Monday at 2 p.m. (ET) on YouTube or later that day on Answers TV for Answers News. It addresses current events from a Biblical worldview. For example, NBC is promoting in June (Pride Month in the USA), a video on Queer Animals suggesting that of all the animals only humans have a stigma towards being queer. After all, what can be more natural than following who you are? AIG does a great job showing the absurdity of this view.
