UN proposes emergency powers over all nations if global shocks such as Covid 19 and even climate change eventuate in order to bring peace and security. Radical proposals are to be instituted in 2024 giving the UN total control over governments, and banks. Multi stakeholders like those controlling WEF will be asked to take control of segments of society by the Secretary-General.

TRIBULATION WILL START ON ROSH HASHANAH

Not only does the Bible tells us what day the Tribulation begins but it also tells us the exact day it ends. And both of these days are Feasts of the Lord. Recent announcements by the UN about the UN (Stakeholders) taking control of nations during epidemic outbreaks like Covid 19 and even extreme Climate Change events with a start date as early as September 2024 indicate the move to the Biblical prophesied one-world government is on the UN agenda.

UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL PUSH BACK ON RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

Meeting in Geneva, the UN Human Rights Council has received a report recommending member states push back on freedom of religion, as a basis of objection to demands from LGBT+ and abortion activists. Presenting his latest report to the Council, Victor Madrigal-Borloz, the Independent Expert on sexual orientation and gender identity, said violence, discrimination, and exclusion can have severe and negative consequences for the personhood, dignity, and spirituality of LGBT+ persons. “They are often marginalised, stigmatised, and excluded from religious communities simply because of who they are,” he told the meeting.

In his report to the Council, the UN expert criticised “traditional values,” “public morals” and “national values” when cited to deny what he said were “the human rights of women, LGBT+ persons and religious and belief minorities”, especially when linked with “patriotism and patriarchal gender and family norms”.

In a series of conclusions matched by recommendations, he cited United Nations treaty monitoring bodies who have emphasised that “States cannot permit conscience-based refusals of healthcare” as a basis to infringe on abortion demands. The paper also urges States to look at punitive measures for those who hold to orthodox views, saying they must “encourage religious institutions to consider the ways in which representatives will be held responsible in cases in which they promote discrimination against LGBT+ and other gender diverse persons”

The United Nations in conjunction with the World Economic Forum (WEF) is playing its part in bringing about the Biblical prophesied end times, one world government and its leader, the Antichrist. This charismatic leader will arise out of the Middle East. The Muslim world will see him as their prophesied Messiah, the Mahdi and he may well be appointed head of the UN, bearing in mind that 56 of the 163 member nations are Muslim nations.

Note in this chart the high % of Muslims that expect the Mahdi to return in their lifetime.

Iran is not shown on this list but considering the content of the video above the % will be high similar to Turkey and Iraq.

The next major prophesied event on God’s end times calendar will be Turkey (Sunni) finally putting down Iran (Shia) and exerting its previous dominance over the Muslim world by attempting to re-establish a revived Ottoman Empire.

The UN will not allow this to happen and it is broken up into four kingdoms out of which the Little Horn, the Antichrist arises. Note Scripture tells us that his power is not his own. He is empowered by Satan.

ANTICHRIST ARISES OUT OF ONE OF THE FOUR KINGDOMS RESULTING FROM THE BREAK UP OF A REVIVED OTTOMAN EMPIRE

“Then the goat (revived Ottoman Empire) became exceedingly great, but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.
Out of one of them came a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the glorious land.” Daniel 8:8-9

And at the latter end of their kingdom, when the transgressors have reached their limit, a king of bold face, one who understands riddles, shall arise. His power shall be great—but not by his own power, and he shall cause fearful destruction and shall succeed in what he does, and destroy mighty men and the people who are the saints. By his cunning, he shall make deceit prosper under his hand, and in his own mind, he shall become great. Without warning, he shall destroy many. And he shall even rise up against the Prince of princes, and he shall be broken—but by no human hand.” Daniel 8:22-25

IRAN, THE RAM OF DANIEL 8

On September 22, 2022, Channel 1 (Iran) aired footage from an Iranian military parade marking the anniversary of the Iran-Iraq War. At the parade, the IRGC’s military academy cadets marched and chanted: “Death to America! We are the conquerors of Jerusalem, the destroyers of Haifa… Death to Israel! We are on our way to liberate Palestine.” The parade’s announcer praised the IRGC, particularly members of its Aerospace Force, for being a “constant nightmare” for Zionism, and he said that the day is near when they will annihilate Israel. He also said: “We will trample America underfoot. [It] is the Great Satan [and] we will bring Satan to his knees.” Later in the parade, various Iranian weapon systems were showcased, including the Khaybar Shekan (“Khaybar Crusher”) ballistic missile, the Rezvan ballistic missile, the Ghadr H ballistic missile, the Emad ballistic missile, the Sejjil ballistic missile, the Ra’d-85 suicide drone, and the Arash suicide drone.

“And I (Daniel) saw in the vision; and when I saw, I was in Susa the citadel, which is in the province of Elam (Iran). And I saw in the vision, and I was at the Ulai canal. I raised my eyes and saw, and behold, a ram standing on the bank of the canal. It had two horns, and both horns were high, but one was higher than the other, and the higher one came up last. I saw the ram charging westward and northward and southward. No beast could stand before him, and there was no one who could rescue from his power. He did as he pleased and became great.” Daniel 8:2-4

This Biblical “end times” prophecy is already playing out. We know that Iran is already charging westward and northward and southward with its proxies active in Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon, the Palestinian Territories, Syria, and Yemen. However, this scripture indicates Iran will for a time do as it pleases and become great. Only then are we told that Turkey, the goat of Daniel 8 attacks Iran with its goal of re-establishing a glorious Ottoman Empire. Watch for these events, they will happen exactly as prophesied and therefore provide a great evangelism tool to prove God is in control of HIS story and His Word, the Bible provides a true history of His Cosmos.

AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT REMOVES THE CROSS AND RENAMES CALVARY HOSPITAL

Canberra Catholics and staff of Calvary Public Hospital grieved as the compulsory acquisition of Calvary by the ACT Government took effect on 3 July.

The ACT Government took over the Catholic-run hospital from midnight, ending a five-week battle to save it from the takeover — including a failed Supreme Court challenge.

Now named North Canberra Hospital, all of the crucifixes and other religious symbols were removed and staff given unbranded uniforms to wear.

Most of the 1800 staff remain at the hospital, having switched their employer to Canberra Health Services, The Canberra Times reported.

At a farewell gathering on 1 July attended by the remaining Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, the congregation that established the hospital, members of staff expressed sadness that the symbol for Christ would be removed from above the building’s entrance.

Intensive Care clinical supervisor and educator Megan Reynolds told the Canberra Catholic Voice that looking up at the cross each day upon entering the building had given staff “the courage to keep going”, especially during the peak of the COVID pandemic.

“There was a lot of strength that came from that, and you don’t have to be Catholic to need that,” she said.

TORBEN IS SUFFERING PROPHESIED END-TIMES PERSECUTION

And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until the decreed end is poured out on the desolator.” Daniel 9:24-27

Daniel had previously realised that Jeremiah’s prophecy that Israel’s time in captivity would be 70 years was coming to an end so he was praying earnestly for its fulfillment. He then gets this amazing further prophecy from the Archangel Gabriel as to when God would put an end to sin and bring in everlasting righteousness. We now know that the prophecy was for 70 weeks of years and that it accurately predicted Jesus first coming. Like so many Biblical prophecies there is an unknown gap of time between Jesus’ first coming and His second coming. There has been a gap between the 69th week and the final 70th week of the prophecy. Daniel was told that the words are shut and sealed until the time of the end.

“And I (Daniel) heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the stream; he raised his right hand and his left hand toward heaven and swore by Him who lives forever that it would be for a time, times, and half a time, and that when the shattering of the power of the holy people comes to an end all these things would be finished. I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, “O my lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?” He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.” Daniel 12:7-9

Daniel understood from Biblical prophecy that Israel’s time of captivity was ending and we now also know from Biblical prophecy that the time of Jesus’ second coming is fast approaching. Jesus and the prophets have given us adequate warning of what will unfold so we like Daniel need to get in step with with God is doing and wants to do through us at this time.

Already, we are seeing Institutional churches compromising with the world on Biblical inerrancy, gay marriage, and homosexual leadership. The church needs to get back to the House church model expounded in the Book of Acts. Church as God intended. We have seen the effectiveness of the House Church model in China when all Mission groups were expelled at the time Chairman Mao came to power. We are also seeing it in Iran and other Middle Eastern countries where Christians are being persecuted.

DEVELOPMENTS IN A.I. ANOTHER REASON FOR JESUS IMMINENT RETURN

Some technologies possess such incalculable and unpredictable power that their impact can extend far beyond the wildest guesses of their inventors. AI is one of those technologies, just as much as the research into cloning and DNA does. It is why I have featured AI in so many of my recent posts. If you have not watched the Jordan Peterson interview on AI you need to take the time to do so. It is part of my recent post: AI is Already Doing Terrifying Stuff. Chat GPT is not terrifying stuff but it demonstrates how far AI has come.

What makes ChatGPT so amazing is you can ask it a complex question and it will give you an answer in a matter of seconds.

It can also perform other complex tasks involving language… for example, if you ask it to… it will write a poem in the style of Walt Whitman or describe Newton’s laws of motion.

Dr. Geoffrey Hinton, the “Godfather of AI,” has been expressing similar thoughts and regrets recently. He made headlines two weeks ago by resigning from his post at Google so that he could speak freely about the risks of AI.

AI could become increasingly dangerous, Hinton warns. “It is hard to see how you can prevent the bad actors from using it for bad things,” he said recently.

He worries that AI technologies will upend the job market by replacing professions like paralegals, personal assistants, and translators. Down the road, he frets that future versions of the technology might pose a threat to humanity itself.

Hinton’s angst about AI places him in the company of dozens of tech insiders who fear it could lead humanity down a destructive and irreversible path.

Gnawing at many industry insiders is a fear that they are releasing something dangerous into the wild. Generative A.I. can already be a tool for misinformation. Soon, it could be a risk to jobs. Somewhere down the line, tech’s biggest worriers say, it could be a risk to humanity.

After the San Francisco startup, OpenAI released a new version of ChatGPT in March, more than 1,000 technology leaders and researchers signed an open letter calling for a six-month moratorium on the development of new systems because A.I. technologies pose “profound risks to society and humanity.”

Several days later, 19 current and former leaders of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, a 40-year-old academic society, released their own letter warning of the risks of A.I.

Even Sam Altman, the co-founder of OpenAI, acknowledges the bipolar potential of AI technology. He has said he fears what could happen if AI is rolled out recklessly into society… yet this fear did not stop the billionaire from rolling out ChatGPT and simply giving it away to anyone who chooses to use it.

Elon Musk, who co-founded OpenAI with Altman but parted ways with five years ago, complained in February that OpenAI had lost its way. What started as an open-source nonprofit that could serve as a counterweight to Google, Musk explained, has now become a “closed-source, maximum-profit company effectively controlled by Microsoft. Not what I intended at all.”

Even Warren Buffett has joined the chorus of AI skeptics. At last week’s annual shareholder meeting for Berkshire Hathaway, the Oracle of Omaha remarked: “[AI] can do remarkable things… like checking all the legal opinions since the beginning of time. It can do all kinds of things. And, when something can do all kinds of things, I get a little bit worried, because I know we won’t be able to uninvent it.“

Biblical prophecies continue to astound me: six hundred years before Jesus Christ, look what the Angel Gabriel told Daniel about the end times: “Many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall increase.” How accurately this describes the time we are living in. Young people are travelling like no generation before them and knowledge is exploding as never before with the internet and now artificial intelligence (chat GPT is mind-blowing).

Jesus has given us sufficient prophecies about the time before His return so that we will not be taken by surprise. In fact, we can use these prophecies to demonstrate that God is in control of all that happens on Earth He created. We can then preach the Good News of Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf so that we can inherit eternal life.

TECHNOCHASM PART 2 – MORE ON AI

This prophecy given by the Angel Gabriel to Daniel 600 years before Jesus Christ is astounding. Young people today are travelling like no generation before it and knowledge is increasing exponentially like no generation before it, We are living in the prophesied end times prior to Jesus Christ’s return. Lawlessness is increasing, persecution of Christians is increasing, apostasy/falling away – many church denominations are compromising with the world, the number and intensity of natural disasters are increasing, all of these are prophesied end times signs.

Last Monday, executives at International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) said they expect to freeze hiring for jobs that they believe AI can do. In an interview with Bloomberg, IBM CEO Arvind Krishna estimates that up to 7,800 jobs could be affected by the freeze. Then on Monday evening, during his company’s earnings call, Chegg, Inc. (CHGG) CEO Dan Rosensweig said: In the first part of the year, we saw no noticeable impact from ChatGPT on our new account growth and we were meeting expectations on new sign-ups. However, since March we saw a significant spike in student interest in ChatGPT. We now believe it’s having an impact on our new customer growth rate. The online education company’s shares tumbled a massive 48% on Tuesday. With AI, we’ll see more wild news like that out next week… and the week after that… and every week after that.

Just five days after the release of ChatGPT, more than 1 million people tried it out. Shortly after that, ChatGPT reached 100 million active users, making it the fastest-growing computer application in history.

Companies that are beginning to use so-called generative AI like ChatGPT and DALL-E (a tool for AI-generated art) are seeing huge success.

In the most recent round of Big Tech earnings, the CEOs from Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) and Alphabet, Inc. (GOOG) talked at length about the potential for AI, from building their own models to rapidly integrating AI into their products.

Bank of America, Corp. (BAC) noted in a recent report on AI trends that “Big Tech is now engaged in an AI arms race developing their own ChatGPT-like chatbots and incorporating AI into their search engines.” They go on to say they estimate that AI could contribute up to $15.7 trillion to the global market by 2030.

So the uses and implications of AI are beyond enormous. At its core, AI is a technology that has the ability to analyze trillions of data points, in real-time, to make stunningly accurate predictions about the likelihood of future events.

The AI assault on jobs and businesses is starting. Even lawyers are feeling the pinch. AI is better at drawing up contracts than lawyers.

What about the use of AI for investment advice: harness the power of AI in your Portfolio says Louis Navellier of Investor Place: “My AI-powered stock selection system can predict a stock’s success OR failure – weeks and even months ahead of time. It is designed to identify the optimal entry and exit points for fast-moving stocks.“

Look what Investor Place is saying about AI and major corporations such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Alphabet.

 The AI world consists of two broad categories: AI creators and AI appliers.

Within the former category, many of the leaders are either private companies or small divisions within large public companies. So the universe of investible AI creators is relatively small.

On the other hand, AI appliers are everywhere… and growing by the day – companies as diverse as beauty-products purveyors, manganese miners, industrial-solutions providers, and renewable-energy managers. Each of these companies is applying specific AI technologies to its processes. But that doesn’t mean these companies are “AI plays.” Although they are all utilizing some type of AI – and will continue to do so – AI is not yet a significant contributor to their overall profit growth trajectory.

Big Tech names like Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN), and Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) are best positioned to capitalize on the early phases of the coming AI boom. For one thing, these companies have been quietly investing billions of dollars in AI during the last several years. AI is building an entirely new foundation for explosive growth – a growth of such incalculable proportions that it could add trillions of dollars to the trillion-dollar market values Microsoft, Amazon, and Alphabet already possess.

Two years ago Microsoft spent nearly $20 billion to buy Nuance Communications, “a pioneer and a leading provider of conversational AI and cloud-based ambient clinical intelligence for healthcare providers.” Incredibly, 90% of the world’s hospitals use Nuance’s solutions.

Earlier this year, Microsoft poured $10 billion into OpenAI, the creator of the ChatGPT bot that has become an “overnight” sensation. Microsoft previously invested $1 billion in the AI company in 2019.

Alphabet Inc is also investing billions into AI technologies of various sorts. Obviously, the company invests heavily in the AI that powers its Google search engine. But Alphabet has also become a major investor/player in healthcare AI. Its GoogleHealth division is investing in cutting-edge AI applications like genome analytics, deep learning from individual health records, and accelerated diagnoses of certain ailments.

Amazon’s AWS web services division may be its single greatest AI asset. AWS offers the industry’s most comprehensive set of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine-learning services, infrastructure, and implementation resources. More than 100,000 customers use AWS for their AI/ML workloads. And since AWS is the world’s largest cloud service provider, it is not hard to imagine that the nascent AI boom will produce an echo boom of profit growth at AWS. Already, Amazon’s “Intelligent Cloud” division is the company’s largest source of revenue and profit.

COMPANIES EMBRACE SATAN’S DESTRUCTIVE PLOYS

On the heels — pun intended — of a disastrous transgender Bud Light marketing campaign, retail giant Target is now selling merchandise from a designer of satanic apparel.

Target’s website is currently selling two items from the brand Abprallen, a British designer which offers various apparel with images of skulls, horned goats, and numerous references to the occult.

Two of the brand’s items for sale on Target.com are an Abprallen messenger bag that reads “Too Queer for Here” and a sweatshirt that reads “Cure transphobia, not trans people.”

Other items for sale on the Abprallen website include products with messages including “Satan respects pronouns,” “Gay as Hell,” and “Join My Gay Cult.”

“Satan loves you and respects who you are. You’re important and valuable in this world and deserve to treat yourself with love and respect,” one product description reads.

Abprallen was started by “Erik-James Carnell,” a biological woman who identifies as a “gay trans man” based out of London.

On March 28, Abprallen shared the “Satan respects pronouns” design on Instagram and wrote that LGBT-identified people are “often referred to as being a product of Satan or going against God’s will, so fine. We’ll hang with Satan instead.”

The caption acknowledged using Baphomet, the goat-headed idol worshiped by Satanists, as the product’s inspiration. Carnell stated: “Satan is hope, compassion, equality, and love. So, naturally, Satan respects pronouns. He loves all [LGBT] people. I went with a variation of Baphomet for this design, a deity that is a mixture of genders, beings, ideas, and existences.”

They reject binary stereotypes and expectations. Perfect.”

The site also features apparel with violent symbols or messaging, including one “all genders” shirt that reads “Homophobe Headrest” with a graphic of a guillotine and skulls — which, for some Christians, could be seen as a possible reference to Revelation 20:4 and those who are “beheaded for their testimony of Jesus and for the word of God.”

The designer, Carnell, celebrated the Target deal in a May 18 Facebook post which read in part: “Being able to sell my stuff in Target stores is incredibly exciting, knowing that people are seeing it without (necessarily) explicitly seeking LGBT-related stuff is wonderful, and I’m delighted at the thought that young closeted people will see it…”

The Christian Post reached out to Target for comment but did not receive a response as of Tuesday by press time. This story will be updated in the event a response is received.

In order to avoid another “Bud Light situation,” a number of Target stores — located primarily in rural Southern areas — were forced to move the stores’ LGBT merchandise to less prominent areas of the store in response to customer “outrage,” Fox News reported Tuesday.

Other brands faced similar responses from the public, such as Nike, which named Mulvaney its “Woman of the Year” and was hired by the athletic shoe and attire company to promote its women’s Alate trans sports bras and Zenvy leggings.

When sin increases, it’s because there’s no fear of God in the land, or in the people’s hearts, and where there is no fear of God, there is no limit to evil. Jesus said that prior to His return the world will be like it was in Noah’s day. In Noah’s day, the earth had grown so wicked that God had to begin again, with Noah and his family.

“The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually” Genesis 6:5

In other words, they spent all their time inventing new ways to sin, so it’s no wonder that God judged them.

“the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with violence. And God saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.” Genesis 6:11-12 

Jesus tells us what, or really, Who to fear, and said, “Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell” Matthew 10:28

Before he went to the Cross Jesus told the disciples what the world will be like prior to His second coming so we cannot say we were not warned in advance of what is unfolding in our day.

“Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot—they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire, and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all— so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.” Luke 17:26-30
