PENCE SPEAKS THE TRUTH ABOUT ISRAEL’S HISTORY

Pence thrills Knesset with fiery, biblical, pro-Israel speech

Michael Pence quotes Scripture and is an uncompromising witness for God in these dark days. You will need 30 minutes but it is a encouraging an inspiring speech. Sadly, he reaffirmed the USA’s support for a two State solution for Palestine. Coercing Israel to give away land God gave to them is not smart.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out with the Bible’s end time prophesies that are Israel/Middle East/Islam centric. It certainly puts the U.S.A. in God’s “good books” but by lining up with Israel, it will unify Sunni and Shia Muslims against a common enemy, Israel and USA, only now intensified.

As mentioned in a previous post, the next major event in “end times” Bible prophecy is Iran’s (ram of Daniel 8) invasion of  surrounding Islamic nations. Already, it would appear this has started with thousands of Iranian troops in Syria and Iraq. Also, Iran’s leadership of Hezbollah and its intentions is shown in The New York Times article “Iran out to Remake Mideast with Arab Enforcer – Hezbollah”.

Michael Pence gives us all a great example of being bold and courageous to speak Biblical truth in these “last days” regardless of the cost.

DANGEROUS VEIL OF DECEPTION IN THE LAST-DAYS GENERATION

One warning in Scripture about the last generation is that they can only hear things that “tickle their ears” or make them feel good (2 Timothy 4:3-4). It is hard to imagine a generation that better fits that description than the one now emerging. This group has been conditioned to reject, and even be offended by, anything that challenges the humanistic propaganda they have been fed through education, entertainment and the media. Previous generations have had their own fits of worldliness and carnality, but never have we seen the kind of violence and outrage that the emerging generation displays toward ideas that challenge their safe spaces and comfort zones. Such a “safe place” mentality could not be a more dangerous place, and this will ultimately lead to the most terrible consequences of all.

Is there anything we can do to help those in such eternal jeopardy? Yes, we can do what Jesus exhorted His followers to do at the end of this age:

  1. STAND UP: We must be bold with the truth and not be affected by how our boldness and clarity will offend many today. It will bring accusations and persecution, but this is an honor and glory for all who follow the King. Find one thing Jesus said or did for which He was not attacked. He said that His followers would be treated the same way. He told us to expect the same if we abide in Him and speak His truth. We are told that all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution (2 Tim. 3:12). Therefore, we should be alarmed if we are not getting accused, slandered and persecuted. Stand up!
  2. LOOK UP: If we know that God approves of us, then we should not care what anyone else on earth thinks. The apostle Paul wrote, “For if I were still trying to please men, I would not be the servant of Christ” (see Gal. 1:10). If we have seen the King on His throne, how can we be impressed with or fear any man? The fear of man, or seeking the approval of men, is the No. 1 factor that will compromise or nullify our service to the King. Look up to Him, not down at men.
  3. REJOICE: “The joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10c). If our joy is centred in the Lord and His approval, not man’s, we will be strong in the faith and for the truth. Never let anything steal your joy in the Lord. If we have the true and holy fear of the Lord, then we will not fear anything or anyone else on earth. Therefore, to live in the holy fear of God is the greatest liberation from the shackles the world would try to put on us. The only hope for the emerging generation to be free from the shackles of fear and conformity is to see the bold strength of those not bound by it—those who do not live in the fear of man or anything. Their King’s perfect love casts out all perverted, evil fear. Extract from article by Rick Joyner in Charisma Media 22/01/2018

PREPARING THE WAY FOR THE MARK OF THE BEAST? BITCOIN & BIBLE PROPHECY

Bitcoin & Blockchain Transactions

Cryptocurrencies and electronic transactions will dominate the future. And many believe the technology behind Bitcoin will be the reason that happens. So what is this technology? It’s called blockchain, and many believe it’s the future of financial transactions.
What is blockchain? In simple terms, blockchain is a growing online record. Here’s a simplified example. Let’s say Citizen A agrees to buy a product from Citizen B using Bitcoin. When he does, the blockchain records the transfer of the Bitcoin from Citizen A to Citizen B. When Citizen B eventually buys something using the Bitcoin, his transaction is added to the existing record. This goes on and on forever, generating a record of every transaction in the life of a specific Bitcoin. If this is all blockchain did, it wouldn’t be revolutionary. But a second component makes blockchain groundbreaking.

News Image
Unlike other electronic transactions, blockchain records are public. They don’t exist in a centralised location such as a commercial bank or the U.S. Federal Reserve. Instead, they’re stored over a large decentralised network. This means blockchain records are on computers all over the world.
And this makes cryptocurrency counterfeiting almost impossible since altering any past records requires widespread collusion across the entire network.
This is the main reason so many people are excited about Bitcoin. They believe the public records make it less susceptible to fraud and theft. But that’s not the only benefit. They point to others as well. One of Bitcoin’s benefits is its limited supply. Unlike many government-backed currencies, Bitcoin features a fixed number of coins.
So a central bank can’t print more Bitcoins and destroy their value. Many also believe Bitcoin offers a greater level of privacy protection and anonymity. Why? Because even though blockchain records are public, each transaction is tied to an online address rather than any information related to a person’s identity.
Because of these benefits, many people believe Bitcoin (or perhaps some other cryptocurrency) will become the money of the future. Is this realistic? Yes. I think so. First, the decentralised nature of blockchain records make their transactions more secure.
And as more and more business is conducted online, people will demand greater levels of security. Second, all paper money will soon be obsolete. And when that happens, cryptocurrencies will be the most efficient and convenient alternative.
Whether it’s blockchain-backed cryptocurrencies or some other form of electronic currency, paper money will soon disappear. It won’t just fall out of favour due to inconvenience. Outside of museum showcases, it will disappear forever. How can I be so sure? Because counterfeiting will soon be impossible to prevent. Advanced technology makes it certain.
New technologies will soon lead to desktop printing of 3D objects where every molecule is perfectly positioned. With such technologies, we can’t stop counterfeiters. They’ll flood the world with perfect copies of every national currency.
No one will be able to tell the difference between a fake dollar bill and a real dollar bill. And when that happens, both will be worthless. World governments won’t have a choice. They’ll quickly do away with all physical currency, and all economic transactions will go electronic.
Because of the benefits mentioned earlier – security, supply stability, and privacy – the use of non-government-issued cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin will become more widespread. But do cryptocurrencies really provide the promised benefits? While many insist they do, I believe history proves otherwise.
Bitcoin and Global Government
Government, with its massive resources, can identify every Bitcoin user. And since Bitcoin transactions use blockchain, which is an open and public record, governments can track and follow every Bitcoin transaction in the world.

In a world where paper money no longer exists, that last sentence should grab your attention. Why? Because the Bible described such a system nearly two thousand years ago.
The Coming Global Economic System
Long ago, the Book of Revelation foretold the establishment of an end time economic system eerily similar to a world dominated by cryptocurrencies. The Bible says a time will come when a global dictator will require everyone on earth to receive a mark on the right hand or the forehead (Revelation 13:16).
Without this mark, the people of the world won’t be able to buy or sell anything (Revelation 13:17). How will this work? It remains to be seen. But the rise of cryptocurrencies provides us with a glimpse as to how it might function.
Cryptocurrencies require all transaction records exist in the public domain. While names and other identifiable information won’t necessarily be part of the public record, governments have the resources to unmask those identities.
This will especially be true of the Antichrist’s global government, which will have power over all the people on the face of the earth (Revelation 13:7). Hacking cryptocurrencies will be easy for such a government.

With cryptocurrencies and ecommerce, mark of the beast technology is already here. In order to control who can buy and who can sell, the Antichrist will need a system capable of tracking every transaction on earth. Cryptocurrencies and public blockchain records provide such a system.
So what does all this mean? It means we’re fast approaching a time the prophets warned about. The end times are near. The tribulation, the Antichrist, and global government are all near. But that also means something else. It means the return of Jesus is also near. So have no fear, Jesus is coming (Revelation 22:20)!

PENTAGON STUDY DECLARES AUTHORITY OF GOVERNMENTS WORLD WIDE IS COLLAPSING

An extraordinary new Pentagon study has concluded that the U.S.-backed international order established after World War 2 is “fraying” and may even be “collapsing”, leading the United States to lose its position of “primacy” in world affairs.

The solution proposed to protect U.S. power in this new “post-primacy” environment is, however, more of the same: more surveillance, more propaganda (“strategic manipulation of perceptions”) and more military expansionism.

The report was published in June by the U.S. Army War College’s Strategic Studies Institute to evaluate the Department of Defence’s approach to risk assessment at all levels of Pentagon policy planning. The study was supported and sponsored by the U.S. Army’s Strategic Plans and Policy Directorate; the Joint Staff, J5 (Strategy and Policy Branch); the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Defence for Strategy and Force Development; and the Army Study Program Management Office.

The document concludes that the world has entered a fundamentally new phase of transformation in which U.S. power is in decline, international order is unravelling, and the authority of governments everywhere is crumbling.

Having lost its past status of “pre-eminence”, the U.S. now inhabits a dangerous, unpredictable “post-primacy” world, whose defining feature is “resistance to authority”.

Surely this is another indicator we are entering the “last Days” prophesied by Jesus.

And you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.” Matthew 24:6-8

WHEN WILL THE END COME?

More from Alan Kurschner of Eschatos Ministries:

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole inhabited earth as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matt 24:14).

Here we have another explicit prophecy that must happen before the end: the gospel being preached “throughout the whole inhabited earth.” Since Jesus taught in the Great Commission that the church will be on earth up to the end of the age, they will witness the fulfilment of Jesus’ prophecy of the world-wide proclamation of the Gospel. Five words demonstrate this point: “then the end will come” (Matt 24:14). The church will not be removed until this prophecy is fulfilled. The church will not be raptured until this prophesied event happens.

On a related noted, having established that the church will be present on earth up to the end of the age in verse 14, notice in verse 15 Jesus says, “Therefore [oun] when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place…” The interpreter should not miss that Jesus has the same audience in view after verse 14. In verse 15, Jesus begins to describe the Antichrist’s great tribulation in more detail. There is no justification to claim that the referent “you” in verse 15 and afterwards is different from the “you” before verse 14. In other words, the disciples, who represent the new community of God (i.e. the church), are the consistent audience of Jesus’ entire discourse. In short, since the “you” before verse 15 represents the church, there is no reason—except for theological bias—that it represents anyone differently in verse 15 and afterwards.

The church will see “the abomination of desolation (Antichrist)  spoken of by Daniel, standing in the holy place”.

The question to ask: Is the church prepared for the coming tribulation? I think the answer is no for most of the major denominations, and it will be the reason for the prophesied great falling away. ” Let no one deceive you by any means for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed , the son of perdition. ” 2 Thess. 2:3. We are already seeing evidence of an apostate church.

EVENTS THAT WILL TAKE PLACE BEFORE JESUS RETURNS

“Now when they are saying, ‘There is peace and security,’ then sudden destruction comes on them, like labour pains on a pregnant woman, and they will surely not escape. But you, brothers and sisters, are not in the darkness for the day to overtake you like a thief would.” 1 Thess 5:3–4

Paul’s reassurance to the Thessalonians implies that they were anxious that they might not escape the day of the Lord and therefore endure God’s wrath. Paul confirms Christians will be raptured before God’s wrath is poured out on an unbelieving world. It is at the end of the sixth seal being opened that His wrath commences: “For the great day of His wrath has come who can stand.” (Rev. 6:17) The seven trumpet and seven bowl judgements are the wrath of God.

Note, Paul contrasts the ungodly, who will not escape because Christ is coming back as a thief for them (as in the days of Noah) , with believers who are obedient-vigilant and “not in the darkness for the day to overtake you like a thief would.” Incidentally, this reassuring promise undermines the pretribulational notion that Jesus is secretly coming back as a thief for his church.

During the Antichrist’s great tribulation, the world will experience peace and security for those who are loyal to him. Hence, Paul prophesies that the world will be saying, “There is peace and security” before Jesus returns to mete out His day of the Lord’s wrath upon the wicked.

The church will be here to witness the ungodly exclaiming that they are experiencing peace and safety. This prophecy that Paul mentions undermines imminence because it will happen before, not after, the rapture.

This is just another prophesied event in a long series of intervening events that will happen before the rapture—rendering the pretribulation teaching of imminence contradictory in light of this biblical evidence. [1]

The peace and safety will be illusory, a false security for unbelievers, because eventually unforeseen calamity will come upon them just as unexpected labour pains come upon a pregnant woman.

We should be careful not to confuse Paul’s use of the birth pangs analogy with Jesus’ purpose in using the same phrasing in the Olivet Discourse (“All these things are the beginning of birth pains,” Matt 24:8). Paul uses the phrase in a completely different application. Jesus applies the birth pangs metaphor to particular events before the .Antichrist’s great tribulation, while Paul applies it to the situation of the onset of the day of the Lord’s wrath  after the great tribulation.

PRIORITISE YOUR LIFE WITH JESUS SECOND COMING IN VIEW

But the end of all things is at hand. 1 Peter 4:7

When D. L. Moody preached in Brooklyn in 1875, thousands were converted. Pastor Henry Ward Beecher struggled to understand this phenomenon until he met Moody personally. “I saw the secret of his working and plans,” wrote Beecher. “He is a believer in the second advent of Christ, and in our own time…. He thinks that Christ may come even to-morrow.”

Beecher added, “I should be a burning fire all the time if I believed like that.”

Peter expected Christ to soon come again too, writing, “The end of all things is at hand…. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies.”

We have even more reason to believe Jesus return is not too far off, as we see the events that Jesus prophesied must happen beforehand are unfolding in our time. Make sure you are about your Heavenly Father’s business in 2018.  Prioritise your life with the Second Coming in view. Let’s speak and serve as those who are longing for our Lord’s swift appearing. Let’s be on fire all the time.

He thinks (the world is) a wreck bound to sink—and the only thing that is worth doing is to get as many of the crew off as you can.

WORLD HAS MOVED FROM THEISM TO HUMANISM TO DATAISM

This article from a well known Financial Magazine shows us how quickly the world is moving away from belief in God and therefore a healthy fear of God.

The world has moved from theism to humanism to dataism, so says the best crypto brain from Silicon Valley and Wall Street,  James Altucher.

It all stems from the biggest shift in money since coinage was invented 1,000 years before Jesus was born…

In short, we’re moving as a civilisation from a philosophy of theism, to humanism, to data-ism.

What do I mean by that?

Take medicine as an example…

500 years ago, when you were sick, you’d pray to God to be healthier. In some societies, you might sacrifice an animal.

That’s theism.

Which eventually turned into humanism…

That’s when you would go to your doctor, tell him your symptoms — and he’d give you a diagnosis. He’d maybe tap your knee and check something, or do surgery.

Point is, you depended on humanism, a belief in your doctor and his medical training.

Now we’ve kind of evolved into data-ism with our health.

We use a Fitbit. We get bloodwork. We have robotic surgery. We can change coding in genes now to strip out deadly diseases!

In the medical industry, everything has moved from a belief in God to a belief that data will cure us.

Just look at how much you could have made buying the right pharmaceutical stocks… a pharma company named Biogen has seen its stock go up 10,000%…

I would suggest this article is just another confirmation we are in the Biblical “last days”. As I have mentioned many times, in previous posts, there are far more prophesies of Jesus Second Coming than there were of His first coming.

PREPARE FOR PERSECUTION AS YOU STAND ON THE AUTHORITY OF GOD’S WORD

Paul provides the model of how to behave in the dark days ahead and how to finish strongly. Jesus told us that in the “last days” the love of many will grow cold. There will be a great falling away in the church (Apostasy), even the elect deceived.

Note many friends will leave you as they did Paul, “Demas in love with this present world has deserted me.” If you are doing God’s will, many will harm you as they did Paul “Alexander the coppersmith did me great harm”. In fact, Paul says, “no one came to stand by me, but all deserted me.” BUT Paul also says, “the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the (GOSPEL) message might be fully proclaimed and all the gentiles might hear it.

“For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.
Do your best to come to me soon. For Demas, in love with this present world, has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. Luke alone is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, for he is very useful to me for ministry. Tychicus I have sent to Ephesus. When you come, bring the cloak that I left with Carpus at Troas, also the books, and above all the parchments. Alexander the coppersmith did me great harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds. Beware of him yourself, for he strongly opposed our message. At my first defence no one came to stand by me, but all deserted me. May it not be charged against them! But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. So I was rescued from the lion’s mouth. The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:6-18

CONFLICT BETWEEN ISRAEL AND IRAN INTENSIFIES

In the video below Joel Richardson provides an update on events unfolding in Saudi Arabia and how that affects the prophesied next Next Middle East Wars in Daniel 8. Probably, the next prophesied event on the last days calendar is Iran’s invasion (two horned ram in Daniel 8:20) north, west and south (“I watched the ram as he charged toward the west, and the north and the south. No animal could stand against him and none could rescue from his power. he did as he pleased and became great.” Daniel 8:4). Iran has already moved into Syria, Iraq and Lebanon and Israel is aware and reacting as this report from Arab Media acknowledges.

According to Arab media, Israel has increased the frequency of its military activity in Syria, specifically, to prevent Iran from gaining a permanent foothold in the country.

The Israel Air Force recently struck four Iranian facilities, including a well-publicized attack last month on an installation located in Al-Kiswah, just south of the Syrian capital where Tehran is believed to have been constructing a weapons depot.

Additionally, Israeli jets targeted sites in Hisya, near Homs, Jamariya, west of Damascus and Masyaf. The facilities are reportedly involved in military research, the production of surface-to-air missiles—which could threaten Israel’s air superiority—and function as personnel bases. The report says that Iran has started to build installations within civilian industrial areas, leading security experts to assume that Tehran is attempting to hide the existence of such centres in order to shelter them from attack.

Israeli soldiers patrol along the border fence between the Israeli-annexed Golan Heights and Syria

The development is drawing parallels to Iran’s strategy in Lebanon, where its proxy the Hizbullah terrorist group has built offensive capabilities within towns and villages in proximity to the border with Israel. Jerusalem has repeatedly vowed to prevent Iran from establishing any military infrastructure in Syria, especially within the Golan Heights, which could be used to open up another front against Israel in a future conflict with Hizbullah.

Concern is growing that Tehran could be compelled to strongly retaliate should its Syrian assets continue to be targeted. (Medialine)

This is a very serious matter requiring ongoing intercession privately and in your prayer groups. Israel’s northern borders are endangered by numerous enemies. The strongest and potentially most dangerous are the Lebanon-based Hizbullah terrorist group—heavily backed by Iran—and Iran itself that is embedding its military resources in Syria. Iran has threatened numerous times to “wipe out Israel.”
