Are we in the last seven years prophesied by Daniel’s 70 Weeks Prophecy (Daniel 9:24-27)?
Biblical prophecies are converging RIGHT NOW! Are we in the Tribulation?? Seven prophetic signs happening at the same time. Does this CONFIRM the Covenant with the Many has happened? Click here to watch this Nelson Walters video and see how the scriptures stack one upon another. What does this tell us? Let me know what you think.
We are fast approaching Jesus second coming to Earth to set up Jesus Millennial Kingdom. This earth has another 1000 years before God destroys it with fire. If you want to know more about what is next on God’s agenda for this earth go to http://www.millennialkingdom.net.
Today, many churches particularly the denominational churches have compromised with the world and replaced biblical fidelity with man-made innovation. They have lost their moorings. The answer is returning to Scripture, to Christ-cantered orthodoxy, and Spirit-led wisdom rooted in the historic faith with emphasis on the truth of Genesis 1-11 where the foundations of our faith are established.
It is unlikely that the denominational churches will change as the established hierarchy are entrenched and without a move of God these institutions will die slowly and painfully.
Sadly, very few churches see the role of the church as building disciples that will build more disciples as described in the Book of Acts. The growing churches are the persecuted churches in the most unlikely countries such as Iran and China.
GOD’S NATION ISRAEL IS AT THE CENTRE OF THE SPIRITUAL WAR RAGING IN THE HEAVENLIES
God alerted all of the O.T prophets to reveal the end of the story for the nation God established for His purposes. Even Moses who never entered the Promised Land told the Jews what their future would be before they went in. Sadly, because of disobedience God would scatter them amongst the nations of the Earth and Israel as a nation would no longer exist. Only, a miracle could rebirth Israel and that happened in 1948. All the end times prophecies of Jesus return to Earth at the exactly the same place where He left it, revolve around Him returning to save Israel and restore righteousness to the Earth. The following Scripture from Ezekiel is just one of many end times Scriptures revealing the amazing future ahead for the Jews.
“Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take the people of Israel from the nations among which they have gone, and will gather them from all around, and bring them to their own land. And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. And one king shall be king over them all, and they shall be no longer two nations, and no longer divided into two kingdoms. They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols and their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions. But I will save them from all the backslidings in which they have sinned and will cleanse them, and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.” Ezekiel 37:21-23
However, I need to point out that just as a time of tribulation and great tribulation is ahead for Christians the Scriptures reveal that for Jews it will be great tribulation.
Zechariah 13:8–9
“In all the land, declares the Lord, two-thirds will be cut off and perish; yet one-third will be left in it. This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”
Biblical end-times teachers Nelson Walters and Ryan Rego believe we are, and they both present a convincing case that you need to consider.
Will April 9, 2025, transform the earth – forever? What may happen, and who may be revealed?
What do we cross over that day, never to return? What past earth-shaking biblical cross-overs also happened that day? Watch both Nelson’s and Ryan’s mind-blowing videos and decide for yourself whether the Tribulation timeline they present fits with end-times Biblical prophecy.
Nelson and Ryan believe that we entered the last seven years’ tribulation of Daniel’s 70 Weeks Prophecy when the UN entered into a Pact of Peace on Rosh Hashanah, October 2024. The President of the U.N. General Assembly noted that the Pact of Peacewould “lay the foundations for a sustainable, just, and peaceful global order – for all peoples and nations.”
Note the events they say we need to watch for on April 9th 2025, and on the following Feast Days, particularly the meeting of the Arab nations to discuss the future of Gaza and a “Two-State solution”.
Also, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) renewed calls on December 2nd, 2024, for Israel to withdraw from the occupied Palestinian territories in the Middle East. It announced an international summit for June 2-4, 2025, to discuss the potential for a “Two-State solution” in the region.
The pope’s decision to have a special pilgrimage for the LGBT community in the 2025 Jubilee Year, titled “Church: Home for All, LGBT+ Christians and Other Existential Frontiers” is evidence he has departed from Biblical faith and is leading the Catholic church into apostasy. What he is proposing will involve a prayer vigil for LGBT Catholics on September 5th at the Church of the Gesù in Rome. They will then pass through the Holy Doors of St. Peter’s on September 6th.
Here we have the Church allowing the categories that are at odds with Catholic teaching on sexuality and the human body — to drive the 2025 Jubilee celebration. However well-intentioned the pastoral motivation may be, the impression is one of either ignorance or contempt not merely for traditional Catholicism in particular but for orthodox Christianity in general.
Before Jesus’ second coming, He prophesied that most of the institutional denominations would fall away and compromise with the world. They have departed from God’s ways on homosexuality, gay marriage, and transgender issues. We are truly in the Biblical prophesied end times and as the following Scripture reveals persecution/tribulation will only intensify for Christians.
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:9-14
God will purify His church prior to the rapture. We cannot say we were not warned.
This post follows my previous post: Purpose of the seven letters to the Churches in Revelation. It proposes that each of the Seven Churches represents the Church in one of the seven years of the 70th week of Daniel. The first letter is to the Church during the First Year of the 70th Week of Daniel, the second letter is to the Church during the Second Year, etc. Scripture provides multiple other “pictures” of these seven years, particularly the seven seals and Jesus Olivet Discourse. Studying these other scriptures provides a stunningly consistent Pattern of Seven Events: 1) Deception by False Messiahs, 2) War and Bloodshed, 3) Famine, 4) Abomination of Desolation, 5) Martyrdom and Apostasy, 6) Celestial/Earthly Disturbance and Rapture, and then the 7) Wrath of God/Day of the Lord.
THE STRUCTURE OF THE LETTERS
Not only do the letters match the seven-year pattern. they also all have a somewhat complex internal structure consistent among each of the seven letters. This internal structure shared by all the letters helps the reader to compare and contrast how the environment surrounding the Church is changing during each year and how the Church reacts to this changing environment. Let’s look at the basic elements of these seven letters. Each of the church names has a symbolic meaning. Each letter is addressed to an angel in the church. John is commanded to write to the angels. Angels who stand before God himself have no need to have a human write to them. Human messengers need divine revelation, so this highly favors an interpretation that the “angels” are human messengers that relay God’s instructions to his churches. According to Nelson Walters the “angels” of each church are those that bring the message of “overcoming” to the Christians during each year of the 70th Week of Daniel. Many will die and be martyred, so the “angels” may differ from year to year in each of the churches. Each of the letters includes a call to listen, “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.” This call to listen is a favourite phrase of Jesus that he included at the end of many of his parables (Matt. 11:15, 13:9, 13:43; Mark 4:9, 4:23; Luke 8:8, 14:35). The extended Parable of the Sower in Luke 8 seems to give the best understanding of this phrase. I believe this is the primary reference Jesus was giving us when he used this phrase in each of the seven letters. By quoting the reference to this parable in each of the letters, Jesus is telling us that only a portion of the Christians will have a receptive heart (good soil) for his message. Notice those with good soil will hear, retain, and persevere. By quoting from this parable (Luke 8:5-8) in each of the seven letters, Jesus is warning us there will be those in each year of the 70th Week that “fall away,” and for Christians to be mindful of the snares the devil will set. Now that we have examined the two common elements—-they are all addressed to an “angel” and they all have the same “call to hear”—-let’s investigate each of the individual seven letters.
If the letters are prophecy, then the name given to each church may be symbolic of the general condition facing believers during that respective year of the 70th Week of Daniel, and the purpose of all of Revelation is to prepare and equip believers to overcome this time of trial.
Concerning the first letter, Ephesus means “the desired one.” This name is highly reflective of the immense spiritual battle about to take place. God and Satan both desire the souls of believers. All of the 70th Week of Daniel will revolve around this battle. In year one Satan’s counterfeit messiah and False Prophet will burst upon the world scene. The conflict for the souls of believers will be between the false messiahs and the true Messiah, Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life. The battle lines are drawn for the “desired one.”
The attributes of Jesus’s appearance mentioned in the letter to each church is symbolic. The description of Jesus to the church in Ephesus is: “The One who holds the seven stars in His right hand, the One who walks among the seven golden lampstands, says this:” (Rev. 2:1) Jesus himself has defined both of these aspects of his appearance for us. The seven stars are the angels of each church. Human messengers delivering Jesus’s instructions on how to overcome the 70th Week of Daniel. Jesus holds these angels in his right hand. The right hand is the hand of blessing. God’s right hand is also a place of power, “Your right hand, O Lord, is majestic in power, Your right hand, O Lord, shatters the enemy” (Exodus 15:6). Jesus will use these angels to help shatter his enemies by the revelation of His Word, and he will bless these human messengers. The seven lampstands are the seven churches. The Seven Churches are all pictures of the one true Church (as there was only one lampstand in the Tabernacle). Also, it says that Jesus walks among the lampstands. Jesus will be right there with us as we endure and overcome.
In all Seven Letters after the address and the description of Jesus’s symbolic appearance, he briefly describes the Church. For most of the seven years, Jesus provides both positive and negative feedback. This is what our Lord says will be the positive aspects of the church in the First Year of the 70th Week of Daniel: “I know your deeds and your toil and perseverance, and that you cannot tolerate evilmen, and you put to the test those who call themselves apostles, and they are not, and you found them to be false; and you have perseverance and have endured for my name’s sake, and have not grown weary.” Revelation 2:2-3
The primary condition of the world during this First Year will be deception by false messiahs. It appears from this passage that the Church is initially able to test and then recognize the false messiahs and false prophets as liars. Jesus also commends the Church for hating the works of the Nicolaitans: the word “Nicolaitans” means “overcoming the people of God” and it is tied to the actions of the rider of the white horse whose “conquering” in Rev. 6:2 is a spiritual overcoming. By this, we determined the Nicolaitans here are the followers of the Antichrist, most likely Muslims. Jesus also commends the Church for their perseverance. The Greek word for perseverance is HUPOMONE which is also sometimes translated endurance. This is the identical Greek word we just saw in Jesus’s explanation of the Parable of the Sower which is critical to understanding Jesus’s call to hear: But the seed in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard the word in an honest and good heart, and hold it fast, and bear fruit with perseverance (HUPMONE). (Luke 8: 15. Bearing fruit in the coming trial will require endurance. Additionally, the trial will help produce this endurance, “We also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance (HUPOMNE)” (Romans 5:3, emphasis mine). This is one purpose of Daniel’s 70th Week—refining the Bride of Christ.
Jesus has one rebuke for the Church, and it’s a big one: But I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place—unless you repent” (Rev. 2:4-5). Bringing the Bride of Christ back into a love relationship is the main purpose of the 70th Week of Daniel. Jesus is clear that the Church will cease to be the Church if they don’t repent and act accordingly. They will fall away and apostatize.
Entering the trial, the Church will do “works” and will “toil,” for the Lord says, “I know your deeds and your toil” (Rev. 2:2). The Church will be expending effort, but it will not be done through the love of Jesus. Just a few verses later, we learn the Church’s works are not adequate. Jesus wants the Church to “do the deeds you did at first” (Rev. 2:5). Even though Jesus is aware of the effort the Church is expending in “good deeds,” these deeds are not done in the right spirit.
Next post we will look at the church in the second year of tribulation, the church at Smyrna. Nelson Walters’s video is excellent but you will need 2 hours and 51 minutes to watch it.
Like many others in the O.T. and N.T., the following Scripture warns us about what will happen before Jesus returns to restore righteousness. We cannot say that God has not told us what is ahead
“But understand that in the last days, there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind and disqualified regarding the faith. But they will not get very far, for their folly will be plain to all, as was that of those two men.” 2 Timothy 3:1-17
The Bible lists several events that will lead to the great tribulation period. Humanity will increasingly adopt a negative attitude toward God’s laws and reject keeping them. This lawlessness will cause people to greatly lack mercy, forgiveness, and love..
It will be a trying, testing time but note the gospel of the kingdom is proclaimed throughout the whole world so God has His disciples doing the work they’re called to do right up to the time God raptures the Saints to heaven and pours out His wrath upon an unrepentant world with the Trumpet (Revelation 8) and Bowl judgements (Revelation 16).
This video is the best conversation I’ve heard about Jonathan Cahn’s new book The Dragon’s Prophecy: Israel, the Dark Resurrection and the End of Days! The Bible is unfolding in exact alignment with end-times prophecies. Thank God for using Rabbi Cahn to inform the world. Even the recent invasion by Hamas is part of the Biblical end-times prophecies. We all must remember that God is in control. This spiritual war is unfolding exactly as prophesied. The Bible even names the nations that war against Israel.
Hamas invaded and killed over 2000 Israelis including women, babies, and children, and yet it has resulted in antisemitism the world over. This is unfathomable and for me demonstrates it has to be spiritually motivated. Fortunately, Jesus told us that persecution of Christians will also intensify in the last days: tribulation becomes great tribulation before Jesus returns to rapture the Saints. He also said:
“Let not your hearts be troubled: Believe in God, believe also in me… I go to prepare a place for you and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.” John 14:2-3
Biblical prophecy reveals Jesus will rapture believers to heaven just before God pours out His wrath upon an unrepentant world with the Trumpet (Revelation 8) and Bowl (Revelation 16) judgements. You need to warn your unbelieving family and friends that they need to repent and get right with God otherwise they will face God’s wrath. Take them to Revelation 8 and 16.
Americans’ rapid shedding of God and His values was evidenced by Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s celebrated speech at the Democratic National Convention. She celebrated “children” identifying as transgender, vilified concerned parents’ efforts to remove pornographic books from children’s sections of school libraries, and embraced life-destroying fertility methods. Moreover, her husband, former president Barack Obama, promised a Harris-Walz administration would sign a bill extending abortion to all 50 states.
Is it any wonder that last week, whistleblower Vanessa Sivadge was illegally fired from her position as a nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH)! Vanessa, a former Family Research Council intern and a TCH Nurse, blew the whistle that gender transition procedures for minors were being illegally performed and funded through Medicaid at Texas Children’s Hospital. Before becoming a whistleblower herself, she had previously received a threatening visit from federal agents asking her to reveal the then-anonymous identity of Dr. Eithan Haim, another TCH whistleblower who initially revealed that the hospital was conducting these procedures on minors in violation of Texas state law.
Before blowing the whistle on these illegal procedures and Medicaid fraud, Vanessa had submitted a religious accommodation request to be transferred to another department so that she did not have to be involved in these procedures and violate her biblical beliefs. Her request was never granted, but that wasn’t the end of the story. Not only did Texas Children’s Hospital ignore Vanessa’s religious accommodation and transfer request, but she was fired after coming out as a whistleblower several weeks ago.
Thankfully Vanessa is standing strong, saying she “would like to challenge this in court.”“My faith and my gut, just knowing right from wrong, compels me,” she says. “I was born for this. I have no doubt this is what I am supposed to do.”
Vanessa is right, Christians need to stand firm in the face of unrighteousness. In the Olivet Discourse, Jesus warns us that before His return persecution of Christians will get much worse.
This Scripture and many others show us that Christians will not be raptured before the prophesied tribulation and even the great tribulation that occurs. Jesus told us that we will see the abomination in the temple (Antichrist) and experience the tribulation that ensues. Much of the church has adopted the pretribulation rapture position so will not be prepared for what is coming. Hence this post.
Jonathan Cahn speaks on current events as they relate to end times Scriptures. Antisemitism is rampant worldwide. Nations are coming against Israel exactly as prophesied. How important it is to know how to stand in these end times when persecution is rife. Jonathan gives us 18 Keys on how to stand in the days of lawlessness and chaos.
In a society increasingly pushing liberal agendas, it’s no surprise to see an accompanying escalation in disdain for biblical truth. With the rise of LGBT ideology alone, basic biology is under attack, marriage is mocked, and those who proclaim what Scripture says about homosexuality are labeled as hateful bigots.
A survey conducted by the Survey Center on American Life released last week found that fifty-four percent of Gen Z adults who left their formative religion are women; forty-six percent are men.”
According to the results, the primary factors that tied into this increase of women leaving the church were a rise in self-proclaimed feminists and self-identified liberals. Participants (65%) in a previous poll by the same group felt “churches do not treat men and women equally,” the authors of the survey results noted. They added that many women in this current climate find “professional ambition and concern with personal success and growth” outweighs their desire to grow in areas of religion or familial concerns, describing the latter categories as “lower priorities.”
What we see unfolding is exactly what the Bible predicted would happen before Jesus returns to restore righteousness. Jesus told us that tribulation will be intense so we should not be surprised. God is in control and He wants us to play our role whatever that might be. Christians can be sure by the Holy Spirit indwelling our spirit that He will be with us in the situation just as Jesus was in the furnace with Shadrach, Meshak, and Abednego. He did not take them out of the furnace, He was in there with them.
We need to get ready to rule and reign with Jesus in His coming Millennial Kingdom.
“The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron…” Revelation 2:26-27
“And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron.” Revelation 19:14-15
