THE TRADITIONAL FAMILY IS THE BASIC UNIT OF SOCIETY

The family is the basic unit of God’s plan for His world. He designed it to be a strong foundation for society and for each individual. When the family functions according to God’s design, it is a powerful force for good in the world.

As the original and basic cell of society, the family is the natural organic source of all societies. The liberal secularists’ assumption that the individual is the basic unit of society, is an assumption that is impossible to demonstrate.

Marriage being opened up to combinations of people other than one man and one woman marks the death knell of the nation. No society has ever endured far beyond the demeaning of the marriage institution.

Traditional marriages produce children, who extend the nation’s existence, ideals, goals, and wealth for another generation. Traditional families are healthier, more stable, and more productive than other kinds of families, resulting in a net gain for society.

God ultimately owns children, but he entrusts them to parents to discipline and disciple them, for him. That means the government/the state does not own our children.

“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.” Psalm 127:3

Our enemy, Satan, knows that parents are the first and strongest barrier to provide protection for children against predation and grooming. He knows that God gave children parents to protect them from evil and danger, so he tries to separate children from their parents, isolating them and making them vulnerable to his lies. It’s all part of the spiritual battle raging around us.

Satan has the family in his crosshairs as he ramps up his attack. But God has already given us the answer to this spiritual attack, and it’s found in Deuteronomy 6 and Ephesians 6.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” Deuteronomy 6:5–9

“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” Ephesians 6:4

The answer to the attack on the family and the intense LGBTQ, pro-abortion, CRT, etc., indoctrination directed toward children is parents—fathers in particular—teaching their children the Word of the Lord, day in and day out, in all situations.

If you are a father, are you the kind of father who is intentional about bringing your children up in the instruction of the Lord? You have the responsibility before the Lord to be that kind of dad—you cannot leave it solely to your wife or to your church. You stand responsible before God as the head of your family.

Jewish and Christian holy places are repeatedly targeted by Muslim settlers, such as the Tomb of Rachel near Bethlehem, the Tombs of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Sarah, Lea, and Rebecca in Hebron, the Tomb of Josef in Shechem (Nablus) and many others,” the Rev. Petra Heldt, a leading Christian scholar who has resided in Israel for 40 years, told Fox News Digital. 

“It is a consistent pattern that shows that there is a wish to eliminate the existence of Jewish and Christian history in Eretz Israel, the historic land of the Jewish people. Therefore, this holy place must be secured, like other holy places in Israel, from Palestinian vandalism.”

In early November, the European Union condemned what it called a “spike of antisemitic incidents across Europe [which] has reached extraordinary levels in the last few days, reminiscent of some of the darkest times in history.”

“We have seen a resurgence of antisemitic incidents and rhetoric in the European Union and worldwide: Molotov cocktails thrown on a synagogue in Germany, stars of David sprayed on residential buildings in France, a Jewish cemetery desecrated in Austria, Jewish stores and synagogues attacked in Spain, demonstrators chanting hate slogans against Jews,” a Nov. 5 statement from the European Commission reads. 

The fact that God’s nation Israel has been subjected to such intense hatred ever since God established it 3500 years ago reveals that something sinister is going on. It confirms that there is, as Scripture tells us, spiritual warfare is raging on Earth and in heaven.

Even before Israel went into the promised land Moses prophesied their entire history with the Song of Moses (Deuteronomy 31:30-32:47). It reveals they would be driven out of the land and scattered throughout the nations for their disobedience. Moreover, it reveals an aspect of God’s character that most of us do not want to know, God’s judgement, and God’s wrath, and it reveals the truth of the statement that the beginning of wisdom is to fear God.

“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding.” Psalms 111:10

Jeremiah reveals that in the “last days” just before Jesus returns there will be another time of great distress (unparalleled horror) for the Jews when they will for a third time be taken from their land into captivity as they were by the Assyrians and Babylonians. We know what is coming so we can use these scriptures in Apocalyptic evangelism.

“Alas! That day is so great there is none like it; it is a time of distress for Jacob; yet he shall be saved out of it.” Jeremiah 30:7

Malachi calls it “the great and terrible day of the Lord”.

“At that time shall arise, Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.” Daniel 12:1

THE TRUTH ABOUT PALESTINE

So the next time you see celebrities and influencers taking sides in any conflict, regardless of nation, religion, culture, or whatever, ask yourself if these people made even a fraction of the effort that Nathaniel Buzolic made. You know what? Ask yourself if any of the people you encounter on social media and in real life put in such efforts to understand why Nathaniel Buzolic eventually decided to bravely stand with Israel.

God has raised up Nathaniel for such a time as this. It is obvious that Nathaniel knows God and is doing what He requires of him by walking away from all of the worldly success he could have achieved as an actor.

Let’s remind ourselves just what happened three weeks ago. Two Gaza-based terrorist groups inspired by Islamist ideology, committed to the destruction of the state of Israel and backed by at least one government, staged an attack whose sadism and savagery exceeded even the horrors perpetrated by the Russian butchers of Bucha in Ukraine. The video evidence of their crimes, much of it recorded by the perpetrators, is horrifying. More than 1400 Israelis were killed, including children and even babies. More than 200 were kidnapped and are being held hostage. The idea that Israel should do nothing in response to this outrage – other than increase the flow of aid into Gaza – defies both human emotion and strategic sense. Only those wearing ideological blindfolds cannot see that.

WHAT CAN THE TABERNACLE TEACH US?

God established the nations at Babel to ensure people obeyed His command “to fill the earth”. First, he told Adam and Eve, and then Noah and his sons.

“And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1:28

“And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.” Genesis 9:1

God then established from one man, Abraham, his nation Israel. God made it clear from the beginning that He works with individuals: first Adam, then Noah, then Abraham, Joseph, Moses, David to accomplish His purposes which should make each one of us realize that God has a purpose for each of us that we need to discover. Have you found the purpose God has for you?

It is important we study the what, how, and when of God’s purpose and construct for His nation. It will reveal a lot about God and us. The prophetic nature of the Tabernacle and the Feast Days is amazing. You will come to realize what a treasure God has provided for us in all that He has done as revealed in His Word, the Bible.

God has given us His Word, the Bible, to reveal the truth about Himself and His creation. In fact, much of the Bible is prophecy, God has revealed how His story will play out, He even reveals extensive detail on the last seven years before He ends this segment of the history of His Cosmos when He pours out His wrath upon an unrepentant people much as He did with the worldwide flood of Noah’s day. SUMMARY OF GOD’S PLAN

“Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days He has spoken to us by his Son, (Jesus) whom He appointed the heir of all things, through whom also He created the world. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of His nature, and He upholds the universe by the word of His power. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name He has inherited is more excellent than theirs.” Hebrews 1:1-3

Notice the plan is all about JESUS ( the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of His nature). God our heavenly Father, created the world through Jesus and He upholds the universe by the word of His power. Jesus came into this world to pay the price for our SIN (disobedience of Adam and Eve at the Fall of Man, the penalty for which was death). Jesus died in our place “making purification for sins” so that whoever believes in Him can have eternal life.

The only important event missing from this summary is Jesus return to this earth to complete the promise the Father made to Abraham. Jesus will rule all nations, the world from Jerusalem. God has unfinished business with His nation Israel that He established for His purposes.

“And when He (Jesus) had said these things, as they were looking on, He was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.” Acts 1:9-11

“They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” Revelation 20:4

BLESSINGS AND CURSES ON NATIONS

Israel’s President Reuven Rivlin wound up the last day of his trip to Australia on Wednesday with a meeting with Prime Minister Scott Morrison at Parliament House in Canberra.

Rivlin thanked Morrison for “Australia’s friendship and commitment to the State of Israel and to the Australian Jewish community,” stressing that relations with Australia were among “the cornerstones of Israeli diplomacy.”

Morrison told Rivlin that “Australia is happy to stand with Israel in the international arena,” stressing the “important” relations between the states and its people.

It seems as if Scott Morrison understands that God’s covenant to bless those nations that bless Israel and to curse those nations that curse Israel is still operative and will be until Jesus returns and rules the nations from Jerusalem in the Millennium. Smart move Scott (Australia’s friendship and commitment to the State of Israel and to the Australian Jewish community), you will bring further blessing on this nation.
