I HAVE DECIDED TO FOLLOW JESUS

What an inspiring story behind this song. ” I have decided to follow Jesus”. Listen to this short video and be inspired or at least challenged.

It tells the story of a family in the Garo tribe from Meghalaya, then called Assam in India, who faced persecution just because of their faith in Jesus Christ. The lyrics are based on the last words of a Garo tribesman.

May I suggest you share it widely amongst family and friends.

LIFE WITHOUT LIMBS EVANGELIST CELEBRATES ONE MILLION DECISIONS FOR CHRIST

What an amazing testimony of what God can do with people that are totally committed to serve Him. This article is by Stoyan Zaimov , Christian Post Reporter. Nick’s experience with the demonic is powerful evidence for the Bible’s account of the supernatural realm and of demons intent on deceiving and destroying humans.

Nick Vujicich, limbless author and inspirational speaker reported on a few major outreach initiatives last year, and said that his team witnessed 400,000 people repent for their sins and choose to follow Jesus Christ at an event in Ukraine in October 2017.

“The biggest event that our team at Life Without Limbs (LWL) has seen and maybe the largest event ever in Europe — 800,000 people in the streets of Kyiv Ukraine! Thank you God,” Vujicic wrote on Facebook at the time.

He added, “400,000 repented of their sins and began their spiritual journey with Jesus. Now LWL celebrates the witness of 1 million decisions to walk with and trust God in everything face to face.”

Nick Vujicic, known as the “limbless evangelist,” has said that one of the reasons why he’s not an atheist is because he has seen things that science can’t explain, such as 10-foot-tall demons in his hotel room.

Vujicic, who was born with no arms and no legs and has been inspiring millions throughout the world with his story of overcoming the odds, answered a few questions about his faith in a Facebook video on Friday.

In one of the questions he was asked, “How can we know God’s love is real, and how do you know it?”

To which he responded, “I can’t show you God, I can’t show you an angel, but one of the reasons I am not an atheist, and one of the reasons why I don’t believe science explains everything, is because I have seen miracles, and I have seen demons.”

Vujicic continued, “I’ve seen 10-foot-tall demons, 5-foot wide walk in through my San Francisco hotel room. And I felt the demon’s presence, the demonic presence, before the demon actually walked through the wall.”

He suggested that the existence of things like voodoo and witchcraft, which he said are real, also show that science can’t explain everything.

“There is a spiritual realm,” the evangelist insisted.

“You have to walk by faith despite what you see, despite what you feel — you believe it.”

Earlier in the Facebook video Vujicic explained that the mission and purpose of his ministry, Life Without Limbs, is to equip people to be “the hands and feet of Jesus,” so that they know that God loves them.

In response to some of the other questions, Vujicic talked about his growing family, and how he balances spending enough time with them and his ministry.

He said that Kanae, his spouse, is an “amazing wife, super mom, she is unbelievable.”

Kanae recently gave birth to Olivia and Ellie, the couple’s twin daughters, bringing their number of children to four, including their two older sons.

“In 2017, my total days away from home was about 105 days. [In] 2018, it’s going to be 84 days. And we’re going to stick to it, by the grace of God reaching the most amount of people ever,” Vujicic said of his plans.

The author and inspirational speaker reported on a few major outreach initiatives last year, and said that his team witnessed 400,000 people repent for their sins and choose to follow Jesus Christ at an event in Ukraine in October 2017.

“The biggest event that our team at Life Without Limbs has seen and maybe the largest event ever in Europe — 800,000 people in the streets of Kyiv Ukraine! Thank you God,” Vujicic wrote on Facebook at the time.

He added, “400,000 repented of their sins and began their spiritual journey with Jesus. Now LWL celebrates the witness of 1 million decisions to walk with and trust God in everything face to face.”

When he is home, however, Vujicic said his focus is on his family.

“Every week that I am home, me and Kanae, we do have a date. I am also about to start taking my son on a date once a week, and I also don’t want to forget my family. I am starting to take out my mom for a date every second week, and my sister every second week.”

The evangelist advised that in relationships, it’s important to take time to turn off the phone, and be real.

“Having those people in our lives is the greatest blessing, so we should live like it is,” he said.

IS THIS PROPHECY FOR YOU?

Take a look at this prophecy by Jason Tanksley of Jason Tanksley Ministries, it resonated with me, I hope it also does with you.

Several days ago, while I (Jason) was studying the Word, the Holy Spirit arrested me on this verse. I knew He was speaking and wanted to tell me something, so I read it again.

“He was very thirsty, and he called out to the Lord, ‘You gave this great deliverance through Your servant, but now may I die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?’

“So God split open the basin at Lehi, and water flowed out of it. He drank, was refreshed, and revived. Because of this he called the place En Hakkore, which is in Lehi to this day” (Judges 15:18–19).

Three verses earlier, the Bible says that the Spirit of the Lord had come upon Samson, and he grabbed the jawbone of a donkey, striking down a thousand Philistines.

“You gave me this great deliverance … but now may I die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?” (Judg. 15:18).

Samson was weary after this intense battle, and now it seemed that a dehydrated death was his fate. He had no strength left, but he did have a prayer: “… he called out to the Lord …”

“So God split open the basin at Lehi, and water flowed out of it. He drank, was refreshed, and revived. Because of this, he called the place En Hakkore, which is in Lehi to this day” (Judg. 15:19).

A war-weary Samson called out to God in a moment of desperation, and God split open the very ground Samson stood on, causing refreshing water to flow!

En Hakkore means “the fountain of the crier,” or “the spring of one who prays.”

As I read this, my spirit leapt within me! I began to receive a word from the Lord that I must share! To the worn out, war-weary ones, those who have fought and maybe even seen great victory but now it looks like a dehydrated death in the dust is your portion, I am here to tell you, there is an En Hakkore for you.

I believe many are beginning to step into a realm of groundbreaking refreshing and revival. Your prayers have come up before the Lord, and He is answering with a well in a dry place—a spiritual En Hakkore, the fountain of the crier, the spring of one who prays!

The same Spirit of God that came upon Samson in verse 14, giving him supernatural strength and skill to slay a thousand Philistines, is the same Spirit of God that broke open the ground beneath him to bring refreshing at a time of certain demise.

The ground is breaking open beneath you.

This same Spirit of God that broke open the ground to release refreshing water is the same Holy Spirit that is causing tremors in the dry ground beneath you. These tremors are cracking open the dusty places, the dead soil and the parched earth to release waters of revival that will bring a supernatural restoration to you.

“So God split open the basin at Lehi, and water flowed out of it. He drank, was refreshed, and revived …” (Judges 15:19).

The dust is not your portion; the ground is breaking open, and I hear the Lord say, “Drink deep!” He did not bring you through the battle for you to die in the dust. He did not bring you this far to leave you in the hands of the adversary. I charge you to begin to decree En Hakkore to the dry areas. Prophesy over the dust and see God release a supernatural stream of restoration, refreshing and revival. This supernatural stream may be a filling of His Spirit that will invigorate you. For some it will be an unexpected stream of finances that will not just meet needs but exceed needs. For others, the glory of God will settle on you in an unprecedented way, bringing revival to the dry places.

In fact, I have already experienced this spiritual En Hakkore in my life since the Lord began to speak to me about it.

As we have just stepped into the second half of this year, I believe there are many who need refreshing to not just finish but to finish strong. God doesn’t want to just carry you through the remainder of this year; He wants you to ride a river of glory into 2018. God is releasing the stream. Now you must drink and drink deep.

The ground is breaking open; there is an En Hakkore for you!

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR OUR HEAVENLY FATHER

True Religion
Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
James 1:27
Last summer, former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow spent time ministering to children in an orphanage in the Philippines. It was a personal mission for Tim because he was born in the Philippines to missionary parents, and the orphanage had been started by his father, Bob Tebow.
tim_tebow_denver_sports_authority_field_2012-01-01Critics may blast Tim Tebow for his vocal faith, but it’s hard for them to criticise him when his Christianity goes to work caring for orphans in the Philippines.
Following Christ isn’t a popular path in today’s culture, and the world is quick to criticise us for being vocal or for our slightest faults or failures. But the world falls silent as we care for orphans, visit widows, feed the poor, rebuild communities after disasters, promote literacy, and provide clean drinking water for impoverished villages.

Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day He visits us”   1 Peter 2:12, NIV.
Our authenticity as a follower of Christ is often judged more by our actions than our words.

The greatest thing a man can do for his Heavenly Father is to be kind to… His other children.

PROPHETIC WORD FOR 2016 – The year of the rising remnant

The following prophecy by Rob Winters of The Prepare the Way International Revival Centre in Phoenix Arizona is very similar to what I heard at a recent ICCC Congress in Jakarta. It struck the right chord for me what about you?

Spiritual warfare

The year 2016 is a Jubilee year in which the Lord is liberating His remnant church from reproach, shame, doubt, cynicism and grief. It’s a year to proclaim and experience liberty in every aspect of our lives (Lev. 25:10).

For the past seven years (2009-2015) the Lord addressed His remnant as the Jacob Generation—who with clean hands and a pure heart daily ascended the hill of the Lord to seek His face in the secret place. This remnant received a promise of blessing from the Lord that will now be realized in this next seven-year season (2016-2022).

“Who may ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He will receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face. Selah” (Ps. 24:3-6, MEV).

During this next seven-year season, the Lord is bringing forth His rising remnant as the Joshua Generation, who will accompany the King of Glory, the Lord of Armies, into battle. Indeed, the remnant church is entering a season not only of blessing, but also of glory and of war.

“Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be lifted up, you everlasting doors, that the King of glory may enter. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates; lift up, you everlasting doors, that the King of glory may enter. Who is He—this King of glory? The Lord of Hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah” (Ps. 24:7-10, MEV).

In order to better understand the season God is moving the remnant church into, we need to contrast and compare the characteristics of the season we have exited with the season we are now entering.

INTIMACY versus AUTHORITY

Intimacy with God precedes authority in God. Over the past seven years, the Lord has been wooing His Bride into the holy place. Like Jacob, who at Bethel saw the angels of God ascending and descending upon a ladder through the gate of heaven, the Lord has beckoned His remnant to seek His face in the secret place. As the Jacob Generation has come to know the Lord and His purposes in the former season, He can now trust them with His authority and power as the Joshua Generation in this new season (Gen. 28:16-17).

KNOWING versus DOING

As the Jacob Generation, the remnant church has come to know God. Now as the Joshua Generation, the remnant church must do exploits for God. In these last days, it is crucial that the remnant church arise and expand the rule of King Jesus in the earth. Thy Kingdom come!

“By flatteries he will corrupt those who act wickedly toward the covenant. But the people who know their God will be strong and take action” (Daniel 11:32, MEV).

REVELATION versus REVOLUTION

The Jacob Generation, having come to a revelation of God, must now, as the Joshua Generation, lead a righteous revolution for God. Through the spirit of wisdom and understanding, we have come to know God’s ways, words and works. Through the spirit of knowledge, we have come to know God’s purposes, provision and power. However, in this next season, the Spirit of the Lord is entrusting to us His divine authority and power that we might lead a righteous revolution. Moreover, the spirit of council is revealing God’s strategic battle plans while the spirit of might is releasing God’s power that we might do exploits in His name (Eph. 1:17-19).

WAITING versus WARFARE

Intimacy with God requires waiting on God. As we wait upon the Lord, our strength is being renewed, enabling us to soar as eagles, run through a troop and jump over walls into the enemy camp. In other words, waiting on God produces the strength necessary to war with God. No less than five times did the Lord exhort Joshua to “be strong and of good courage” as he prepared Israel to possess their promised land and depose the giants of Canaan (Josh. 1:6-7, 9, 18; Josh. 10:25; Ps. 18:29; Is. 40:31).

ABIDING UNDER versus PRESIDING OVER

The Jacob Generation dwelt in the secret place of the Most High and abided under the shadow of the Almighty. In contrast, the Joshua Generation presided over the enemies of Canaan, trampling lions and serpents underfoot. In other words, the Jacob Generation retreated into the presence of God, whereas the Joshua Generation now advances into enemy territory (Psalms 91:1-2, 13).

CONCESSION versus POSSESSION

Jacob played “Let’s Make a Deal” with his Uncle Laban to obtain his prized possession—Rachel. After labouring for seven years for Rachel, Jacob was deceived into marrying Leah, Rachel’s sister. After making concessions to obtain what man had promised, Jacob became disillusioned. On the contrary, Joshua led Israel out of the wilderness to take possession of what God had promised. Likewise, the remnant church is entering into a season of possession, as it is our time to possess the promises of God (Gen. 29:18, 27).

Joshua 1:3 says, “I have given you every place that the sole of your foot shall tread, as I said to Moses'” (MEV).

INTIMATE WORSHIP versus WARFARE PRAISE

The remnant church is transitioning from ministering to the Lord to ministering for the Lord. As priests, the Jacob Generation worshipped at His holy hill at the feet of Jesus. As kings, the Joshua Generation, through high praise, now executes judgements secured from heavenly courts that bind rulers of darkness over nations (Psalms 149:5-9).

PREPARATION versus PROMOTION

Over the past seven years, the Jacob Generation has been prepared in the crucible of affliction and has found solace in the secret place—hidden away with God. Having passed the wilderness tests of affliction, neglect, abuse and silence, the Joshua Generation in this new season will arise, emerge from the shadows and experience divine promotion.

REPROACH versus RECOMMENDATION

The reproach of men experienced by the Jacob Generation will be overshadowed by the commendation of God.  In this season, the Lord will demonstrate that He has not changed His mind about the Joshua Generation by recommending and honouring them before men. Those that have stood in the remnant’s way in the past season will be of no consequence (Is. 61:7, Josh. 1:5).

OBSCURITY versus OPPORTUNITY

Years of obscurity will be swallowed up by divine opportunity. While God hid the Jacob Generation to protect and prepare them in the former season, He is now bringing the Joshua Generation to the forefront to fulfil divine destiny. Those who have been faithful over little for years will now be ruler over much. For many in the remnant church, 2016 will be a make-or-break year. God is opening doors for the remnant that no man can shut. Indeed, the remnant church is entering into a season of divine grace and opportunity that we must embrace by faith. It’s now or never! No more delay!

“The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder. Then he shall open, and no one shall shut. And he shall shut, and no one shall open” (Is. 22:22, MEV).

HARDSHIP & PAIN versus HARVEST & GAIN

Jacob laboured in the wilderness for seven years to receive and enjoy his prized possession—Rachel. During this painful season of preparation, God produced perseverance, character and hope in Jacob. In this new season, Jacob’s hope will be realized, as the Lord moves the remnant from a season of deference into a season of preference. The sufferings of the wilderness will not be worthy to be compared with the glory revealed through us in our promised land flowing with milk and honey (Deut. 26:9; Prov. 13:12; Rom. 5:3-5; Rom. 8:18).

INCARCERATION versus LIBERATION

Jacob suffered a form of incarceration for 14 years under his Uncle Laban, whereas Joshua was liberated from 40 years in the wilderness. The year 2016 is a Jubilee year in which the Lord is liberating His remnant church from reproach, shame, doubt, cynicism and grief. It’s a year to proclaim and experience liberty in every aspect of our lives (Lev. 25:10).

SANCTIFICATION versus SUPERNATURAL

The degree to which the Jacob Generation sanctified themselves over the past seven years will be the measure in which signs, wonders and miracles will be wrought through the Joshua Generation in this new season. Tomorrow is here! The time is now for the remnant to arise and the Lord to do wonders among us.

“Joshua said to the people, ‘ Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will perform wondrous deeds among you” Joshua 3:5, MEV

LIVING ETERNAL NOW – AVAILABLE AS eBOOK ON AMAZON

Daily prayer as we meditate on HIS WORD develops our relationship with GOD and our ability to hear HIS voice. Jesus said my sheep hear my voice, not can or should hear my voice. They do hear HIS voice.

I first started this website (blog) in December 2012 and now have 173 posts up on the site. When I had put up post 150, God told me, it was time to reach a broader audience with HIS message that JESUS sacrificial death has provided the way back into a relationship with the Father and moved us from death to life – eternal life. The book just released on Amazon is the result.Amazon image of LENIf you have appreciated the website then may I ask you to get the message  out about the book. One of the good things about eBooks is the ability to continually update them. The last chapter in the  book is Discerning the Times (like the men of Issachar who understood the times and knew what Israel should do). This is one section of the book that I will constantly update. Another benefit of my eBook is I have been able to put links to the videos and articles that are mentioned in the book. A click and you connect to the video or article on the relevant site.

I would appreciate feedback on the book. If I can be of help, to answer any questions you have about the content as it relates to your own life, please send me an email.

Both of my eBooks are available now on Amazon at AUS$6.95 and US$4.99. My first book was Build a Kingdom Business – Empowered by the Holy Spirit.
