JESUS WILL BE KING OF ALL NATIONS IN THE MILLENNIUM

“The Head over every ruler and authority.” Colossians 2:10

Not many denominations hold to Jesus ruling and reigning on this Earth for 1000 years before God destroys this Earth with fire, and yet many great historians and churchmen can be cited in affirming the early dominance of Premillennialism. Among them is the celebrated church historian Philip Schaff. He penned this oft-quoted passage:

The most striking point in the eschatology of the ante-Nicene age is the prominent chiliasm or millenarianism, that is the belief of a visible reign of Christ in glory on earth with the risen saints for a thousand years, before the general resurrection and judgment. It was indeed not the doctrine of the church embodied in any creed or form of devotion, but a widely current opinion of distinguished teachers, such as Barnabas, Papias, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Tertullian, Methodius, and Lactantius” History of the Christian Church Vol 11, p. 614 Philip Schaff.

Justin Martyr was an overtly premillennial ante-Nicene church father. Justin gave his most famous statement on the Millennium: “For if you have fallen in with some who are called Christians, but who do not admit this [truth] and venture to blaspheme the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob; who say there is no resurrection of the dead, and that their souls, when they die, are taken to heaven; do not imagine that they are Christians . . . But I and others, who are right-minded Christians on all points, are assured that there will be a resurrection of the dead, and a thousand years in Jerusalemwhich will then be built, adorned, and enlarged, [as] the prophets Ezekiel and Isaiah and others declare.” Dialogue with Trypho LXXX, p.239

Two of the greatest ante-Nicene fathers were Irenaeus and Tertullian (AD 160-230). Irenaeus grew up in Asia Minor and was discipled by Polycarp, who knew the Apostle John.

Irenaeus had a very extensive view of Bible prophecy in his last five chapters of Against Heresies, which were suppressed throughout the Middle Ages by anti-premillennialists and rediscovered in 1571. The restoration of a more literal interpretation and reading of the early church fathers by many post-reformationists led to a revival of premillennialism in the early 1600s. Irenaeus’ writings played a key role because of their clear premillennial statements. “John, therefore, did distinctly foresee the first ‘resurrection of the just,’ and the inheritance in the kingdom of the earth,” he says, “and what the prophets have prophesied concerning it harmonize [with his vision].” Again, Irenaeus declares, “But when this Antichrist shall have devastated all things in this world, he will reign for three years and six months, and sit in the temple at Jerusalem; and then the Lord will come from heaven in the clouds, in the glory of the Father, sending this man and those who follow him into the lake of fire; but bringing in for the righteous the times of the kingdom.”

Tertullian, who gave us the Latin word “Trinity” was also a strong premillennialist. He makes his premillennialism clear when he says the following: “But we do confess that a kingdom is promised to us upon the earth, although before heaven, only in another state of existence; inasmuch as it will be after the resurrection for a thousand years in the divinely-built city of Jerusalem, ‘letdown from heaven,’ which the apostle also calls ‘our mother from above;’ and, while declaring that our citizenship is in heaven, he predicts of it that it is really a city in heaven.’’ This both Ezekiel had knowledge of, and the Apostle John beheld.”

Another outstanding premillennialist of the early church was Lactantius (AD 250-330) of North Africa. He wrote an important defence of Christianity that was the first systematic expression of Christianity called The Divine Institutes, which included a section on prophecy. Lactantius said: “But when the thousand years shall be completed, the world shall he renewed by God, and the heavens shall be folded together, and the earth shall be changed, and God shall transform men into the similitude of angels, and they shall be white as snow; and they shall always be employed in the sight of the Almighty, and shall make offerings to their Lord, and serve Him for ever.”

The death of Lactantius in AD 325 marked the end of Premillennialism as a commonly held belief in the church until after the Reformation of the 16th century. No doubt there were some saints that read the Scriptures and believed what they said about the Messianic Age, though their teachings on the matter are few.

Origen and Allegory: It is difficult to overestimate the level of influence Origen and his allegorical hermeneutic had in shaping much of the Christian world’s approach to Scripture. One of his students, Dionysius, strongly opposed the promotion of Premillennialism through exegesis by the Egyptian church bishop Nepos. On what followed, German Lutheran Theologian, Adolf von Harnack (1851-1930) recounted: “Dionysius became convinced that the victory of mystical theology over “Jewish” chiliasm would never be secure so long as the Apocalypse of John passed for apostolic writing and kept its place among the homologoumena (those considered authoritative) of the canon . . . During the 4th century, it was removed from the Greek canon, and thus the troublesome foundation on which chiliasm might have continued to build was got rid of . . . late in the Middle Ages, (God ensured) the Book of Revelation did recover its authority; however, the church was by that time so hopelessly entangled by a magical cultus as to be incapable of fresh developments.” Harnack’s explanation reveals that Dionysius was also motivated by a distaste for Judaism.

Theologian Renald Showers elaborated on the influence of antisemitism of the time. “Gentiles who professed to be Christians increasingly called Jews “Christ-killers” and developed a strong bias against anything Jewish. Because the premillennial belief in the earthly, political Kingdom rule of Messiah in the future was the same hope which had motivated the Jews for centuries, that belief was increasingly “stigmatized as ‘Jewish’ and consequently ‘heretical’” by eastern Gentile Christians.”

Some of the same people who claimed to worship a Jew as God in the flesh and hold up the Scriptures that were written by Jews (cf. Rom 3:1–2), were at the same time eager to separate themselves from what was Jewish. What absurdity! Unfortunately, this attitude is still commonplace in much of the Christian world to various degrees today.

WHAT IS AHEAD FOR 2025?

The AI and Robotics technological breakthroughs in 2024 set the stage for 2025 as outlined in my previous post: Review of Economic Events for 2024.

The chart below shows exponential growth but not the kind we like to see. In fact, it’s the kind that can result in the outright debasement of a national currency and a collapse in its bond markets. U.S. national debt-to-GDP now stands at 123%. The U.S. government is already running a cumulative fiscal deficit for fiscal year 2025 (starting October 1) of $622 billion. Current forecasts for fiscal year 2025 exceed $2 trillion.

U.S. National Debt Outstanding 1900–2024 | Source: U.S. Treasury

When the fiscal irresponsibility of any government reaches this level, there are usually only two choices to address the problem: Austerity, which is the least politically desirable. Reductions in spending and entitlements always have a degree of economic impact and certainly don’t make voters happy. Devalue the national currency. This is obviously what has been taking place. About 27% of U.S. national debt has been created in the last four years. Money “printing” always results in the devaluation of U.S. dollars and reduced purchasing power.

JEFF BROWN (BROWNSTONE RESEARCH) SUGGESTS THERE IS A BETTER WAY OUT OF THIS MESS

A large productivity boom would accelerate economic growth, lessen the impact of the current debt load, help reduce interest rates, and – if done right – could result in a fiscal surplus.

The USA is on the cusp of the greatest productivity boom in history. And it will be entirely technology-driven. Artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and automation technologies will be the underlying productivity drivers. With cheap energy, the USA will compete with China as robotics beats cheap labour. Robots operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week: no time off, sickies, or holidays, and do not make mistakes.

With Trump at the helm, the U.S. regulatory environment will shift quickly in support of technological innovation, investment, onshoring of manufacturing, blockchain technology as the next generation of payment and settlement rails, and energy production to support economic growth.

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) will materially reduce the fiscal year 2025 deficit by at least $250 billion, and by more than $1 trillion by fiscal year 2026 under the leadership of Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk.

The Centers for Disease Control, the Department of Health and Human Services, the National Institutes of Health, and the Food and Drug Administration will return to evidence-based medicine practices and streamline the clinical trials process with higher standards for drug approvals, driven by the leadership of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Jay Bhattacharya. This will be a net benefit for the biotech industry.

Interest rates will decline mostly in the second half of the year by another 50–75 basis points. It will take some for the fiscal and economic policy changes to tame inflation. The larger cuts will come in 2026, an even better year for the economy and the markets.

Not surprisingly, AI will continue to be the hottest growth trend in 2025. Hundreds of billions will continue to be spent on the hyperscale “AI factories” being built to train AI foundation models. Jeff believes that we’ll see at least one company develop an artificial general intelligence (AGI) by the end of 2026. We’ll see the equivalent of genius-level IQs from the foundational models of OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta (Llama), Alphabet (Gemini), and xAI (Grok). And the outlier – the big surprise in 2025 will be from Elon Musk and his team at xAI. The entire industry has discounted xAI because it was a bit late to the game of building a foundation model for AI. That’s a mistake, for two reasons. Within a few months, xAI will have the largest training cluster of GPUs, at least 200,000 GPUs developing Grok 3.0. xAI is also developing a “maximum truth-seeking AI.” When training an AI, the quality and accuracy of a model’s outputs depend heavily upon the quality and accuracy of the inputs. Other companies trying to program their foundational models with clear bias and/or political narrative actually slow down their own technological development. Doing so adds complexity. xAI is avoiding that trap by designing, building, and performance training. This is a large competitive advantage that will catch the rest of the industry off guard. xAI’s Grok will outperform the rest of the industry.

2025 will also be the year when we experience Level 5 autonomous transport without any geofencing, entirely driven by vision models. This is different than Waymo, Cruise, or others that are heavily dependent upon LIDAR and require very precise maps allowing them only to operate in geofenced areas. And there is only one company capable of this technology – Tesla.

This year will be the first year when we experience unsupervised full self-driving technology. Unsupervised means that no one will have to sit in the front seat and monitor the full self-driving software for safety. Tesla will succeed in “turning on” this technology in at least one U.S. state this year. This will also enable Tesla to launch a robotaxi network, enabling Tesla owners to opt their Teslas into the network, enabling their electric vehicles to earn income. This will change the entire dynamic of the automotive industry, as Teslas will become affordable to an even larger percentage of the market. And it will, of course, be bullish for Tesla as the only EV company capable of this technology.

Humanoid Robots Overtake Offices & Factories

We’ll also see impressive advancements in AI in the manifested form of humanoid robots. Again, Tesla will lead here with its forthcoming release of Optimus Gen 3, which will be capable of autonomous operations in both industrial and consumer settings. While I don’t expect Tesla to start external sales of Optimus until 2026, it will widely use its production of Optimus in both its own office and factory settings. Optimus will set the standard for humanoid robot productivity, and investment will increase dramatically in other major players in this field. 1X Technologies, Agility, and Boston Dynamics will work hard to catch up to Tesla’s technology.

LLM’s (Large Language Models): The Year of Agentic AI

Let’s define agentic AI. Unlike traditional AI, which linearly executes commands, agentic AI systems interact with tools and databases autonomously and in logical order to achieve more reliable and robust results. If you were to query an agentic AI system with a multi-step problem, it would parse your request in the most logical order instead of moving from the top down.

These Agentic AI agents will be capable of reasoning and solving tasks that require multiple steps to complete. Agentic AI will be capable of transacting on behalf of anyone. The technology will be able to interface with the internet and fill out fields to complete assigned tasks. This technology will extend even further to the blockchain industry, where AI agents will be capable of managing smart contracts and engaging in self-directed economic activity. Blockchain technology is particularly conducive to agentic AI technology because of the ease of transacting with digital assets and the construction of smart contracts using blockchain technology. Which brings us to the digital assets industry.

The Year of Digital Asset Revitalization

The Trump win means pro-crypto, pro-innovation, and a plan to put clear regulations in place for digital assets. Fortunately for the digital assets industry, we’re already seeing a complete revitalization of the blockchain industry concerning investment in the U.S. 2025 will be a big year for crypto.

New regulations will be put in place, providing clarity and clear guidance on industry rules. And the enforcement of baseless and antagonistic actions against the leaders in the industry will come to an end. This will be bullish for high-quality cryptocurrencies. We should expect to see a lot of speculation in the industry, as well.

Jeff has relaunched his Neural Net Profits research service. It is powered by a sophisticated neural network that Jeff’s team developed at a cost of more than $1 million, called The Perceptron. It picks up on short-term trading signals in cryptocurrencies. Additionally, we’ll see U.S. dollar stablecoin projects thrive this year, as more and more financial transactions happen and settle on blockchain technology.

Lift Off for the Space Economy

Jeff expects that Boom Supersonic will succeed in flying its one-third-scale aircraft supersonic in the first half of this year. Boom is the most advanced aerospace company in building a supersonic commercial aircraft capable of traveling at Mach 1.7 with 64-80 passengers. It is an answer to what comes next after the Concorde.

The Trump/Musk partnership will also put NASA back on track for its return to the moon program – Artemis – by 2026. SpaceX will launch at least 15 Starships this year, as it refines the technology of the largest rocket and spacecraft in history.

Radical Shifts in Defense Spending

The U.S. will stop the absurd spending and funding of overseas wars and focus instead on rebuilding a technologically advanced defensive capability for the U.S. military… a peacekeeping military. Representative companies will be Anduril and perhaps General Atomics. The key will be uncrewed, autonomous drones and aircraft. Given the advancements in artificial intelligence and autonomous technology, the nature of warfare has dramatically changed. The use of autonomous drones and uncrewed aircraft will be an explosive trend in 2025, as will the development of intelligent cybersecurity agents to protect against nation-state attacks – most notably those of China on U.S. infrastructure that has commanded an alarming number of headlines in 2024.

Investment will accelerate in advanced technologies in the defense sector, as opposed to the more traditional technological approaches. Western adversaries are using unconventional weapons to infiltrate and fight, and the industry must adjust. We’ll also see an increase in spending on defense as it applies to the U.S. Space Force. The progress with hypersonic technology in 2024 will make space-based defense systems and communications that much more critical as a deterrent to war.

Nuclear’s Next-Generation Renaissance

Energy policy will also become a cornerstone development in 2025 for the new administration. The “pause” that we witnessed in natural gas production in the last four years will be lifted and the industry will start to invest heavily again in natural gas. Energy produced from coal will drop, just as it did during the first Trump administration. There will also be a major policy push to bring both oil prices, and thus gasoline prices, down. The last four years seriously depleted the U.S.’s strategic petroleum reserves – to levels that we haven’t seen since the early ‘80s. Lower prices will be critical to refill those strategic reserves and to ensure energy security for the U.S. economy.

In parallel, there will be strong regulatory support for the recommissioning of nuclear reactors in the U.S., as well as for the commissioning of new fourth-generation small modular reactors (SMRs) to address the shortages in energy production. Nuclear energy will experience a rebirth in 2025. That will be true for both nuclear fission as well as nuclear fusion technology.

Front runners in the nuclear fusion race are General Fusion, Helion, Zap Energy, Commonwealth Fusion, and China-based private company ENN. There may even be a national laboratory in South Korea, China, Japan, Germany, or the U.K. that may make the claim. Jeff predicts record levels of investment in nuclear fusion companies in 2025… precisely because the path is so clear toward net energy production. Institutional capital can now see a path toward commercialization – and ultimately returns – on their invested capital.

The solar power industry will continue to thrive. Investment will continue in solar in markets where it makes sense. And as interest rates come down, solar will benefit from improved project financing.

Energy production from wind, however, will suffer, as it should. Wind power is not economical and environmentally destructive. The carbon footprint of wind turbines is terrible when considering all the minerals that need to be mined, and petroleum needed to keep the wind turbines turning. Not to mention the short lifespans and the fact that turbine blades cannot be recycled. They simply end up in a dump.

AI WILL DRIVE A BIOTECH RESURGENCE

Novel therapies will be developed in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the cost of the traditional drug discovery process. The use of AI will also reduce toxicity and improve the safety of drugs. When we couple the positive impact of AI on the drug discovery process with the cleanup and streamlining of the relevant health agencies in the U.S., we will naturally see an increase in investment in the biotech sector.

Jeff is confident that 2025 is the year when the government will step back from destructive policies, restore trust, and push ahead on pro-energy, pro-growth, and pro-innovation policies.

How does all of the above fit into Biblical end-times prophecies? It doesn’t, Biblical end-times prophecies is Middle-East centric with Satan’s focus still on destroying Israel. The next major battle is given in Daniel 8, the goat (Yvan) Sunni Turkey putting down (Persia) Shia Iran in an attempt to re-establish a Neo-Ottoman Empire. Watch for it and use it to prove the Bible is God’s word. We know how this ends.

Next on God’s agenda for planet Earth is Jesus’ Millennial Kingdom – http://www.millennialkingdom.net

WHY LIVING ETERNAL NOW?

“Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.” Romans 12:2 instructs: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.“, and 1 John 2:15 states, “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

Jesus said during the Sermon on the Mount, “You cannot serve two mastersMatthew 6:24. Repeatedly, Scripture talks of the perishable and the imperishable, the temporal and the eternal. As Christians, we simply cannot give our attention to both. We either live in this world with eternity in mind or we don’t. As Blakey put it, we must ask ourselves: “Do I want the new Heaven and new Earth later or this world now?”

Asking the question, however, is just the beginning. We should have an answer to it as well. Especially because our answer to that question says a lot about what we love, where our hope is placed, and, perhaps most strikingly, where we may be headed when we’re no longer walking the earth. Our answer is a matter of life or death; obedience or rebellion; truth or deceit. Our answer may well determine whether we truly understand the difference between being in the world and being of the world.

To desire this world implies a desire for the temporary. Fading pleasures and perishable goods often lure people astray. Instant gratification and selfish ambition cause many to feel as though this world offers more than it really does. After all, life is a highway, right? “We only live once,” as they say, so why not make the most of it by doing whatever we want whenever we want?

To choose this world now inevitably means whatever lies beyond the grave is a mere afterthought — if even a thought at all. The author of Ecclesiastes makes this point throughout the whole book: “All is vanity.” Ecclesiastes 8:15a states, “And I commend joy, for man has nothing better under the sun but to eat and drink and be joyful.” Within its proper context, this verse is not advocating for a hedonistic lifestyle — one that places pleasure as the highest good and aims for pleasure. Rather, the point it’s making reflects the primary theme of Ecclesiastes, namely, that nothing really matters apart from God.

All is vanity when we try to live separately from our Creator and rely on our own devices. Our purpose is uprooted and lost in a flood of uncertainty. Hopes and dreams may live on, but to what end? Without objective truth in mind, love, joy, peace, and all biblical fruit carry completely different meanings. In fact, at the heart of some of the most secular ideas is this sense of “I can be my own god,” “no truth is final,” and “this life is ultimately about me.” Almost anyone can walk around believing they’re not voluntarily choosing hell. Who in their right mind would boast about such a choice? However, by choosing this world, one is, in effect, choosing that which we dare not consider.

It’s easy to laugh off the decisions we make in our day-to-day. “Oh, I didn’t know any better.” “I was just having a bad day.” “We all make mistakes, right?” Sure, we are allowed to make mistakes and have bad days. The natural conclusion of living as sinners in a fallen world is that we will make mistakes and have bad days. But for those who are called to righteousness, we cannot allow that to become our excuse for letting poor decisions and misguided priorities be the norm.

As Christians, we should not crave the world we currently reside in but look to God for what He has for us when Jesus Christ returns first to rapture the Saints and then to pour out His wrath upon an unrepentant world. Biblical end-times prophecies reveal that Satan’s rule over planet Earth is coming to an end. What is next on God’s agenda for planet Earth is Jesus’ Millennial Kingdom. Jesus and the glorified Saints will rule and reign on this Earth for 1000 years to complete the Abrahamic, Davidic, and New Covenants. This Earth still has 1,000 years with Jesus and the Saints ruling with a rod of iron. “

She gave birth to a male child (Jesus), one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne, and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, in which she is to be nourished for 1,260 days.” Revelation 12:5-6

The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.Revelation 2:26-27

From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron. Revelation 19:15a

It is obvious that on the new Heaven and new Earth where only righteousness dwells Jesus and the Saints will not need to rule with a rod of iron. Jesus Millennial Kingdom is a transition period. Jesus must reign over his kingdom until he has defeated all his enemies. Once this is accomplished, Jesus will hand over the kingdom to the Father. When the Kingdom of God is handed over to the Father, it will be free of sin and death, identifying it as the Eternal State (Revelation 21:4, 8).

” Peter described us as “sojourners and exiles” (1 Peter 2:11). The truth is, we don’t actually belong here. When we were born again we were made to be with Christ, worshipping and having fellowship with Him and His people. As Christians, we understand we have a role in this world and should strive to walk in a manner worthy of our calling. We should be salt and light, using our gifts and abilities to serve, bless, and care for others. Christians should be trying to have influence, and we do so by tying everything back to the gospel.

As forgiven sinners, Christians should be defined by our gratitude for what Christ did on the cross for our sake. Believers should be bursting at the seams to share this gloriously Good News with those who are of the world! We do this because we are not of the world. We’re merely in it for a time. We’re just passing through. The church cannot choose this world now because our entire existence is rooted in what comes next – Jesus’ Millennial Kingdom.

DO YOU WANT GOD’S BLESSINGS OR CURSES?

The living God says, “I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live” (Deuteronomy 30:19). He offers us true life and, with it, blessing. But He warns us against sin and the curse that always comes with it. Just as He did in the Garden, God offers us the quality of life that comes from obeying Him. God says, “Let your heart hold fast my words; keep my commandments, and live” (Proverbs 4:4).

There are many reasons to obey what God commands us in Scripture. Here are five of them:

1) God, your Creator, said it.

2) God knows better than we do.

3) God is in charge, and we are not.

4) Whenever I have obeyed God, I and my family have ultimately benefited.

5) Whenever I have done it my way instead of God’s, with all my rationalizations and excuses, it hasn’t been for His glory, for my good, or the good of others. To obey God is always in our ultimate self-interest. In a universe where God sets up the rules, what is right is also smart.

Finally, we should remember that God gives us the power and strength to obey Him. Jesus made it possible for our Heavenly Father to send the third person of the Trinity to be our helper, our counsellor, our teacher, and our comforter. The Holy Spirit makes it possible for our spirit to function as the lamp of the Lord as God always intended.

The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all his innermost parts.Proverbs 20:27

Scripture says we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live in holiness.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age” Titus 2:12

We are fast approaching the time of Jesus second coming to Earth to fulfill the promises God made to the nation He established for His purposes, Israel.

Thus says the Lord God: On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by. And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ Then the nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the Lord; I have rebuilt the ruined places and replanted that which was desolate. I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it.Ezekiel 36:33-36

MOST COST EFFECTIVE DISPATCHABLE BASELOAD ELECTRICITY

For developing economies, the availability of cost-effective, dispatchable baseload electricity is crucial for the growth of electricity-intensive industries that can drive economic progress and improve living standards. This is mandatory considering the amount of electricity needed for the latest technologies: AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Data Centres etc.

This underscores the need to address the proverbial elephant in the room without the ideological haze of international climate agreements or theoretical doomsday hypotheses. Here and now, there is a real need to apply pragmatism and do what is sensible for a reliable electricity supply.

Older power plants should be refurbished in the interim to maintain supply stability. Investment in unreliable and unproven renewable electricity sources should be reconsidered, as they are ill-suited to meeting developing country’s long-term economic demands, particularly in the mining, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors. Furthermore, over-reliance on imported refined products could jeopardize developing country’s energy sovereignty and exacerbate balance of payments issues.

The future of electricity in developing countries needs to focus on efficient and effective technologies. These are Nuclear and High-Efficiency, Low-Emissions (HELE) coal-fired, and natural gas power stations.

Electricity in developing countries such as South Africa is a major necessity for business and associated development and is required for future economic growth.

Nuclear and HELE coal and gas represent the most viable options for providing the reliable, dispatchable baseload electricity needed to support the country’s industrial and economic development. Governments must focus on repairing the damage to investor confidence caused by ongoing electricity disruptions and ensure the introduction of adequate, competitively priced electricity supplies to sustain future growth.

Biblical prophecy indicates we are fast approaching the end of Satan’s rule over Earth and Jesus ushering in His Millennial Kingdom. The nation God established for His purposes, Israel with its Messiah, Jesus Christ, will finally rule the nations of the world.

No doubt we will be using Nuclear technology during this time. We are currently using nuclear fission but perhaps then we will use nuclear fusion which is capable of releasing much greater energy than nuclear fission.

The Bible gives us a lot of information about what is next on God’s agenda for planet Earth when Jesus and the glorified Saints will be ruling the nations with a rod of iron. Jesus Millennial Kingdom is a transition period prior to the second resurrection and Jesus White Throne judgement of believers that have died during Jesus Millennial reign and all unbelievers. It is only at the end of Jesus Millennial reign will this Cosmos be destroyed and God creates a new heaven and new Earth where only the righteous will dwell.

UN PACT FOR THE FUTURE

At the UN, World leaders on Sunday, October 6th, adopted the Pact for the Future, a landmark declaration pledging concrete actions towards a safer, more peaceful, sustainable, and inclusive world for tomorrow’s generations.

The Pact’s five broad focus areas include sustainable development; international peace and security; science and technology; youth and future generations and transforming global governance.

This has become an urgent pivot, as multilateral financial institutions and even the United Nations itself have come up short on seeking solutions to 21st-century problems, the pact lays out.

By endorsing the Pact, UN Member States pledged, among other things, to:

  • Turbocharge the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement on climate change, two landmark 2015 agreements that have seen halting progress and missed milestones
  • Listen to young people and include them in decision-making, at the national and global levels
  • Build stronger partnerships with civil society, the private sector, local and regional authorities, and more
  • Redouble efforts to build and sustain peaceful, inclusive, and just societies and address the root causes of conflicts.
  • Protect all civilians in armed conflict.
  • Accelerate the implementation of our commitments on women, peace, and security

Global Digital Compact

The Global Digital Compact marks the first truly worldwide agreement on the international regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) and is founded on the idea that technology should benefit everyone.

It outlines commitments to ensure that digital technologies contribute to sustainable development and human rights while addressing risks like digital divides, cybersecurity, and misuse of technology.

The Compact aims to bridge the digital divide and ensure AI technologies are used responsibly, fostering global cooperation on both AI capabilities and security threats. Governments are also obligated to form an impartial worldwide Scientific Panel on AI and start an international conversation about AI governance inside the UN.

Declaration on Future Generations

The Declaration on Future Generations focuses on securing the well-being of future generations, also highlighting the need to include their interests in decision-making processes.

It also underlines the importance of protecting the environment, promoting intergenerational equity, and ensuring that long-term consequences of today’s actions are considered.

The Bible declares that at the end of this age before Jesus returns to Earth there will be a one-world government with a demonically empowered leader, the Antichrist (the Beast from the sea), and his False Prophet (the Beast from the earth), ruling the nations. What we see unfolding at the UN is a move towards governments giving up their sovereignty to a one world power. The following Scripture from Revelation reveals what the Antichrist will do.

Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. It exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound was healed. It performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in front of people, and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of the Beast, it deceives those who dwell on the earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived. And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. Also, it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.Revelation 13:11-17

The Bible declares that at the end of this age when Jesus defeats the Antichrist and the nations that come against Him. Israel will finally fulfill its destiny of being God’s nation with Jesus ruling the nations from a new Jerusalem. We are told four times in Revelation that Jesus and the glorified Saints rule with a rod of iron. Jesus’ Millennial Kingdom is a transition period. The world has had 6,000 years of Satan ruling the world. It will now have 1,000 years with Jesus’ rule. Whilst Satan is bound in the Abyss, the curse has not been lifted from the Cosmos so people are still being born and people still die. We know that not all people will submit to Jesus because at the end of the thousand years, Satan is released and he is still able to raise an army whose number is like the sand of the sea to come against Jesus and the Saints. He and his army are quickly disposed of and God finally destroys this world. The second resurrection and Jesus White Throne’s judgment follow. After which, John sees a new Heaven and a new Earth where only the righteous dwell.

How many churches are teaching that next on God’s agenda for this world is Jesus and the Saints ruling on this fallen world for 1000 years.

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.Revelation 21:1-3

I have set up the website http://www.millennialkingdom.net for the purpose of preparing the church to rule and reign with Jesus in a fallen world.

ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED?

According to Paul Bryan, the author of Who is this God?, “A genuine Christian cannot become apostate. Those who apostatize demonstrate that they were never genuine Christians.” As Scripture says,

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us1 John 2:19

George Barna in his 2020 survey on America’s Dominant Worldview observed that only 6% of adult Americans hold a biblical worldview and believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God from Genesis to Revelation. A saved person holds a Biblical worldview and trusts God no matter the circumstances.

I strongly believe that the proponents of “once saved always saved” are right but we need to distinguish between those who are genuinely saved and those who claim Christianity simply because they have confessed Christ.

Not everyone who thinks they are a Christian is truly a born-again follower of Christ. I don’t believe in “once saved, always saved” as a guarantee for those who only confess Christ for “fire insurance.” I don’t think they had a change of heart (repentance) and are born-again. They will face the coming wrath of God that will be poured out with the Trumpet and Bowl judgements (Revelation 8 & 16). We are fast approaching the last seven years before years returns to Earth. Many Biblical prophecies warn us about what will happen during these last seven years (70th week of Daniel) so we will not be surprised. The good news is that Satan and his followers will be defeated at the battle of Armageddon and Jesus will usher in His Millennial Kingdom. Satan has had his 6000 years to rule over planet Earth now he will be bound in the Abyss and Jesus will rule for 1000 years to fulfill the promises made to Abraham, David, and Jesus that the nation God established for His purposes will finally be the lead nation of the world with Jesus as its ruler only then when Jesus has put all his enemies under his feet will the end come.

Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. For He must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.1 Corinthians 15:24-25

THE COMING MILLENNIAL KINGDOM WHEN JESUS WILL RULE THE NATIONS

Australia’s Federal Parliament opens with prayer but God is then excluded from any discussion. It is time to put God back in His rightful place as sovereign over His Cosmos. Sadly, that will not happen until Jesus returns to restore righteousness. Fortunately, God has given us incredible detail on the last seven years before Jesus returns to Earth to rule and reign the nations from a new Jerusalem. When this happens the nation God established for His purposes, Israel will finally fulfill its destiny. The miracle of Israel being reborn as a nation in 1948 was the first and the major Biblical end-times prophecy fulfilled.

The purpose of the thousand-year reign is to allow for the fulfillment of the promises God made with Jesus, Israel, the Saints, and His Creation to vindicate His Holy name.

Thus says the Lord God: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came. And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes. Ezekiel 36:22-24

So, when they (disciples) had come together, they asked him, “Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority.” Acts 1:6–7

This verse clearly indicates that Jesus is yet to come and restore the Kingdom to Israel. The Millennium is the prophetic climax of God’s overarching redemptive agenda. His completed promises to Israel, found in the unconditional covenants, will be on full display before a world of believers and unbelievers alike.

Soon after the birth of the Body of Christ at Pentecost (Acts 2), Peter spoke these words to his fellow Jews from Solomon’s Portico

“Repent, therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.” Acts 3:10-21

But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then at His coming those who belong to Christ. Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.” 1 Corinthians 15:23-25

The Messiah must reign over his kingdom until he has defeated all his enemies. Once this is accomplished only then will this Earth be destroyed by fire. The second resurrection and the White Throne judgement follow. John then sees a new heaven and a new earth where only the righteous dwell. Jesus hands over the kingdom to the Father. When the Kingdom of God is handed over to the Father, it will be free of sin and death, identifying it as the Eternal State (Revelation 21:4, 8).

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away… And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,Revelation 21:1-2

CANCEL CULTURE RAMPANT IN AUSTRALIAN UNIVERSITIES

Campus Cancel Culture: There is no such thing as academic freedom and free speech on campus if activists can weaponise a university’s complaints-handling process to harass scholars and students they disagree with. Joanna Howe experienced this first-hand as a law professor at the University of Adelaide She was subject to five investigations in two years. These investigations have been of varying degrees of severity, formality, and length. But they have all been motivated by complaints from individuals who disagree with the substance of her research and advocacy critiquing abortion up to birth.

Professor Joanna Howe reported in The Australian on August 24th, 2024 “I won my legal fight. But there is a wider battle being waged against academic freedom”

“One complaint was from a pro-abortion colleague complaining that my research critiquing abortion was religiously motivated thus bringing down the reputation of the Adelaide Law School. Never mind the fact that I’d never once used religion as the basis for my argument critiquing laws that facilitate abortion up to birth!

Another complaint was from an activist member of the public alleging that my video on the tragic death of Jessica Jane was misleading. Jessica was a baby girl who was unexpectedly born alive after an abortion and left to die on a metal kidney dish for 80 minutes in an empty room. Although my boss acknowledged my video was uncomfortable to watch, she confirmed the accuracy of its contents and its consistency with the coronial report. University of Adelaide Professor of Law Dr Joanna Howe says activists are “seeking to cause trouble” for her at work as a result of sharing her academic research on abortion.

Yet another complaint came in via an email from Western Australian Labor MP Peter Foster to the vice-chancellor. Foster’s problem? Apparently, I’d been traversing the halls of WA parliament spruiking a research report that purported to be the views of the university. It’s a pity Foster didn’t bother to read the report’s first footnote, which made it patently clear the views therein were the author’s alone.

Just before Christmas another investigation was initiated: this one prompted by an avalanche of complaints by TikTok activists claiming I had misrepresented facts on abortion and that I shamed women who got abortions. I had done no such thing but that investigation hung over my head, like a cloud, all through the summer holidays.

Finally on January 24, less than two hours after I’d received an email clearing me of the fourth investigation, I received another email, from a different department of the university, opening a new investigation into research misconduct. This one alleged plagiarism and misrepresentation of facts and was prompted by a complaint from a pro-abortion activist with a TikTok account dedicated to attacking me.

This investigation was by far the most serious of those I had endured. It was formal, dragged out over months, and an independent investigator was appointed. When the investigator’s report cleared me of any potential breach of the Australian Code for Responsible Research, I breathed a sigh of relief, assuming it was over.

But the university had other ideas, imposing “corrective actions”: a mandatory requirement that I complete an anti-bias course within 30 days and ordering me to have a formal discussion with my line manager about my research.

Making things 100 times worse, the university then wrote a letter to the TikTok troll, failing to mention that I had been cleared of any breach of the Australian Code for Responsible Research. Instead, the university threw me under the bus; writing to the toll that corrective actions had been imposed.

Predictably, the TikTok troll released the letter online and a torrent of online abuse ensued. I was accused by all and sundry of being guilty of plagiarism and misrepresentation of facts, and that the university had ordered me to unpublish my research. Of course, none of this was true but the university’s own letter had made it seem like it might be.

I appealed three times to senior management and pointed out that the university was in breach of its own policies by imposing these corrective actions on me. My appeals were rejected out of hand and no reasons were given.

The 30 days passed and I refused to submit to the corrective actions. Instead, I fought back, taking my case to the Fair Work Commission asking for an urgent resolution to the dispute.

The university caved during conciliation and I won my case. The corrective actions were removed and a process has now been agreed to that will protect my academic freedom.

This is a significant victory for my academic freedom but this saga has exposed how dangerous it is for academics who dare take on controversial research.

I have written to Universities Australia chair David Lloyd, demanding that a new process be adopted across the higher education sector to address the problem of vexatious and bad faith complaints.

Although Australian universities protect academic freedom and freedom of speech in enterprise bargaining agreements, and through specific policies and procedures, the interaction of these protections with other policies and procedures of universities can result in academic freedom being undermined or circumvented altogether.

I am requesting that Universities Australia introduce a new, sector-wide requirement to mandatorily dismiss complaints that are made vexatiously or in bad faith. I am also requesting that universities only investigate complaints about the conduct of research if they are made by a person who is a member of the academic staff of the university, a person of good standing in Australia’s academic research community, or a person directly affected by the alleged misconduct.

In short, this reform ensures that trolls and activists cannot weaponize university complaint mechanisms against people they disagree with.

The rise of cancel culture, increasing political polarisation and the pressure to protect students from uncomfortable ideas they deem offensive have the potential to seriously erode academic freedom and freedom of speech in our universities.

I know this first-hand and I’ve won my legal fight. But this battle is bigger than me and we need institutional-wide reform to ensure the robust protection of academic freedom and free speech for scholars and students on campus.

This is just another end-times sign that Jesus warned Christians will endure in the time before He returns to restore righteousness and usher in His Millennial Kingdom. Go to http://www.millennialkingdom.net for information on the thousand-year reign that is next on God’s agenda for planet Earth.

WHAT VOTERS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT KAMALA HARRIS

Here’s what people NEED to realize about Kamala Harris and her presidential run. In this short video, Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis (AIG) speaks on the recent political ideologies of Kamala, sharing his perspective on them as a Bible-believing Christian.

Amazingly, so-called Christians are coming out in support of Kamla Harris. There is even a website http://www.evangelicalsforharris.com

On a Zoom call “White Dudes for Harris” that featured celebrities and grabbed headlines, John Pavlovitz, a liberal-leaning Christian author and activist hatched the idea for a Christian-centric version and texted his friend Malynda Hale, a singer, actress, and fellow activist. “We had a conversation about how, specifically on the Democratic side of the political spectrum, you don’t hear a lot of people talking about their faith,” Hale told Religion News Service in an interview. “We wanted people to know that there are progressive Christians, there are Christians on the Democratic, left-leaning side so that they didn’t feel alone.”

The result was Christians for Kamala, a part-fundraiser, part-virtual roundtable live-streamed event on Monday (Aug. 12). Featured speakers cited their faith as they praised liberal policies and personally endorsed Harris.

Jerushah Duford, a counselor who is also Billy Graham’s granddaughter and Franklin Graham’s niece said, “Voting Kamala, for me, is so much greater than policies,” Duford said. “It’s a vote against another four years of faith leaders justifying the actions of a man who destroys the message Jesus came to spread, and that is why I get involved in politics.”

Thankfully, Jesus told us that this would be the state of the world before He returns to restore righteousness and usher in His Millennial Kingdom. Go to http://www.millennialkingdom.net if you want to know what is next on God’s agenda for planet Earth. It still has another 1000 years before God finally destroys it. We have had 6000 years of Satan’s rule. To complete the covenants God made with Abraham, David, and Jesus we will have 1000 years with Jesus and the Saints ruling the world with a rod of iron.

From His (Jesus) mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.Revelation 19:15-16

The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of ironRevelation 2:26-27
