WHY MOST PEOPLE WILL FACE THE SOON COMING WRATH OF GOD

A new survey has found that more than half of Americans do not believe God exists or that He “affects lives,” prompting one prominent researcher to highlight the need for “sweeping national repentance and spiritual renewal.”

The Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University released the second installment of its American Worldview Inventory 2025 on Wednesday.

The research found that overall, 60% of Americans do not believe God exists or that He “affects lives.” Nearly half of self-identified Christians (47%) and a slightly smaller share of theologically identified born-again Christians (40%) said the same.

The Bible begins with the statement. ” In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth“. Genesis 1:1. God’s existence is assumed, self-evident. In Psalm 14:1 we are told, “The fool has said in his heart, There is no God! They acted corruptly; they have done abominable works, there is none who does good.” Here we see that the Bible connects corrupt thoughts about God – especially about denying His very existence – with corrupt morals. And it is true that if there is no God, no Creator who sets the rules, then we are set adrift morally.

So few believe God exists because of the promotion of evolution. A Creator is not necessary. This is why God has raised Creation Ministries International (http://www.creation.com) and Answers in Genesis (http://www.answersingenesis.org), two of the main ministries God has raised up to defend the Bible as inerrant and its history accurate.

Among Americans who believe that God exists and “affects lives,” a plurality (38%) defined God as the “most important element” in their lives, while 23% described God as “extremely important” in their lives, and 18% characterized God as having a “very important” influence on their lives.

Fourteen percent of respondents who believe in God agreed that He was “somewhat important” in their lives, while 5% considered God either “not too” important or “not at all” important. The remaining 3% placed their views on God’s influence in their lives into the category of “it varies.”

Just 20% of “those who believe the God of the Bible exists and affects lives” told pollsters they had “an intimate and interactive spiritual relationship with Him, with constant two-way communication.” Another 45% classified their relationship with God as “close,” defined by frequent prayer and trust in Him to “do what is best and right.”

Eleven percent of those surveyed identified their relationship with God as “arms-length,” while 18% said, “He exists and is capable of all things, but do not have a personal, interactive ‘relationship’ with Him.”

The remaining 7% of respondents remained uncertain whether or not He interacts with people and did not “know how to describe their relationship with Him.” One-third (33%) of “those who believe the God of the Bible exists and affects lives” defined God as having a “total” influence over their lives and choices, while another third (33%) reported that He had “a lot” of influence on their lives, which “often” reflected His guidance.

This is undoubtedly the reason Jesus tells us that just before He returns, many will fall away when tribulation comes.

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.Matthew 24:9-12

JESUS COMING MILLENNIAL KINGDOM

How does the description of Christ’s return challenge modern perceptions of His role? Tom Bradford delves into the transition from God’s judgment of the world with the Trumpet and Bowl judgements to the establishment of His Millennial Kingdom. He explains the symbolism of the marriage (covenant) of the Lamb, highlighting Christ’s return as a divine warrior to establish His kingdom on Earth. The beginning of a new era of righteous rule with a “rod of iron” and divine law.

Tom Bradford does a great job of introducing Jesus’s coming Millennial Kingdom, which is next on God’s agenda for Earth. For more, check out http://www.millennialkingdom.net.

He then briefly discusses the magnificent Jerusalem that God brings down to the new Earth after the White Throne judgment.

WHAT LAID THE FOUNDATIONS FOR MODERN SCIENCE?

Dr. John Lennox dismantles the myth that science and Christianity are at odds, showing how faith in a rational Creator laid the foundation for modern science. Thinkers like Newton and Galileo saw science as a way to understand God’s design, aligning with Jordan Peterson’s insight that an intelligible universe itself requires faith. While atheistic materialism struggles to justify reason and morality, Christianity provides a coherent framework where science and faith strengthen each other. Lennox’s argument is clear: belief in a divine Lawgiver doesn’t hinder science—it makes it possible.

In this video, you will see Dr Lennox interviewed by Jordan Peterson, then an Islam scholar, followed by the atheist Christopher Hitchens. It is a video to watch multiple times and to circulate widely.

AUSTRALIA CAN EXPECT GOD’S JUDGEMENT TO ESCALATE

The 2025 Sydney Mardi Gras has crossed a line that cannot be ignored. Among its numerous controversial moments, a performer uploaded an image during the event of themselves impaling a depiction of Jesus Christ —an intentional and public act of desecration meant to mock the Christian faith. This spectacle not only targets Christianity in a way that would be unthinkable for other religions, but it also exposes the inconsistency of claims that the event promotes respect and dignity for all. At the same time, Mardi Gras continues to expose children to explicit adult content, normalising sexual fetishes and radical gender ideologies under the guise of inclusivity and celebration. Despite these concerns, the festival continues to receive significant financial support from hardworking Australian taxpayers. Many Australians are increasingly alarmed by the growing disconnect between public funding priorities and the values held by families across the nation.

The Sydney Mardi Gras, which claims to champion inclusivity and respect, regularly demonstrates open hostility toward Christian beliefs while demanding millions of dollars in public subsidies. While private organisations have every right to fund whatever expressions they choose, it is entirely inappropriate for taxpayer resources to be used to support an event that mocks the faith of nearly half the population. The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras has received substantial taxpayer funding despite a history of financial mismanagement: $1.1 million: NSW Government “recovery package” (2024), $1.6 million: City of Sydney grant (2024-2027), $2.25 million+: Cumulative City of Sydney contributions since 2012, $550,000: Emergency bailout from City of Sydney (March 2024), diverting resources from vulnerable families, $250,000: Free municipal venue (September 2024), while faith-based and family support groups struggle to secure space.

The time for action is now. The Australian Christian Lobby encourages all Christians to sign a petition to demand the NSW Government and City of Sydney cut all public funding for the Sydney Mardi Gras: www.acl.org.au/campaigns/pet-nsw-mardi-gras/

I have signed the petition; make sure you do and circulate this message to your family, friends and whosoever.

ELON MUSK PREDICTIONS FOR THE FUTURE

Listen to Elon Musk about what he sees as the result of the new technology that is exploding in our day, particularly AI and Robotics. It will blow your mind how quickly he sees events unfolding.

From my viewpoint, what we see unfolding in the world fits with end times Biblical prophecy. Lawlessness and chaos will only increase as job losses due to AI and Robotics escalate. Already, young people and the universities they attend are protesting against Israel and for Hamas. They are godless and, therefore, without the fear of God. Jesus told us that before His second coming, His followers will experience tribulation, even great tribulation. Church, are you prepared for what is coming?

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.Matthew 24:11-13

THE TIMING OF THE SEVEN SEALS OF REVELATION

The 9th of Av (the fifth month on the Jewish calendar—-July/August on the Gregorian calendar) is one of the darkest days of enormous historic importance to the Jews.

The events in history that occurred on the 9th of Av prove that God is in control of history: 1. The ten spies sent by Moses encouraged the Israelites not to enter the promised land. 2. The walls of Jerusalem were breached during the Babylonian invasion of Jerusalem. 3. The destruction of the First Temple in 586 BC. 4. The destruction of the Second Temple in AD 70. 5. The expulsion of Jews from England in 1290. 6. The expulsion of Jews from Spain in 1490. 7. The 9th of November is remembered as Kristallnacht, when Nazi thugs attacked Jewish shops, homes and synagogues across Germany and Austria. Historians point to it as the beginning of the use of violence against the Jews by the Nazis and marks the start of the Holocaust.

In the future, events during the 70th Week of Daniel may also have significant events fulfilled on Jewish historic dates. The 70th week of Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy (Daniel 9:24-27) is the last seven years before Jesus returns first to raise the dead in Christ and then rapture the Saints that are alive before pouring out His wrath upon the unrepentant with the Trumpet and Bowl judgements. Jesus then returns to Earth with some of the resurrected Saints to save Israel and destroy the Antichrist and False Prophet and his army at the battle of Armageddon. Jesus will then usher in His Millennial Kingdom (www.millennialkingdom.net).

A case can be made that the 7 Sealed Scroll will be opened on the Feasts of the Lord. All the Spring Feasts predicted Jesus’s First coming, so it is reasonable to assume that the Fall Feasts will predict His second coming. The Resurrection and Rapture will occur on Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets) (which occurs at the Seventh Seal), which is one of the seven Feasts of the Lord, or appointed times, in the Fall. The end of the 70th Week of Daniel) will happen on Yom Kippur, which will occur at the end of the seventh year. Let’s investigate the possibility that all the other seals will be opened on Feast days as well during each of the seven years of the 70th Week. If the 70th Week of Daniel begins exactly seven years before its completion (on Yom Kippur of the Seventh Year), that means that the 70th Week will also begin on a Yom Kippur—-the Yom Kippur at the very start

If the seven seals truly are opened chronologically on each of the seven Feasts of the Lord, and if the First Seal is opened on Yom Kippur of the First Year, then all the seals could be opened in successive chronologic order in each of the seven years and end with the Seventh Seal opened on Yom Teruah of the Sixth Year, which we already know is its proper date of fulfillment. It is really quite amazing how the events happening in each of the seven years align with the events and symbols of the seven Feasts of the Lord. This further indicates that God has ordained significant happenings to occur at the appointed times of the Feast days and shows his omnipotent hand.

PROOF GENDER TRANSITIONING IS DANGEROUS

A recent study of over 100,000 gender-confused Americans found that those who underwent a “sex-change” surgery have “substantially increased rates not only of depression, but of anxiety, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders.”

The study highlighted that men who underwent these surgeries had a depression rate of over 25%, compared to 11.5% of men who hadn’t gone as far as surgery. And for women, it was similar: nearly 23% vs. 14.6%. In other words, surgery doesn’t fix the identity crisis! It only makes things worse!

Now, this study was comparing those who had socially and maybe even chemically “transitioned,” versus those who “transitioned” and then later underwent surgery. Those who had surgery had a substantially higher risk of depression (the opposite of what you would expect if so-called gender-affirming “care” worked), but even the group with the lower depression rates—those who only socially and/or chemically transitioned—still have a much higher rate of depression than the general population (which is 5% according to the CDC). Again, our culture’s answer to gender confusion is not working! When we stray from God’s design and try to be our own gods, pain and suffering follow.

If a parent has a child struggling with gender identity, one of the first things they’re often told by counsellors, doctors, and therapists is, “You must immediately affirm your child’s new identity, or your child will likely commit suicide.” This and other studies prove that this is false and that surgery doesn’t fix the identity crisis! It only makes things worse!.

The good news is that on Monday, SCOTUS took up a case involving a challenge from a counsellor against a Colorado law banning so-called “conversion therapy” for minors identifying as LGBT. However, as Family Research Council President Tony Perkins clarified on Tuesday’s “Washington Watch,” while “the legacy media likes to call it conversion therapy … it’s really a ban on any conversation that doesn’t align with the Left’s radical gender ideology.” Colorado’s ban states that counsellors may not attempt to “change an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity.”

SEISMIC SPIRITUAL SHIFT IN THE WORLD’S LARGEST CATHOLIC COUNTRY

Brazil is witnessing a seismic shift in its religious landscape that’s rapidly reshaping the country’s spiritual and social fabric. Evangelicals are poised to outnumber Catholics as the largest faith group there. In the heart of Brazil, amidst the rhythmic beats of samba and the vibrant colours of carnival, something spiritually profound is unfolding. “We are on the verge of a religious change in Brazil’, said Brazilian sociologist Dr. José Alves. If there’s one image that symbolizes Catholicism’s influence here, it’s Rio de Janeiro’s 98-foot-tall Christ the Redeemer. Inaugurated in 1931, the iconic statute celebrated the country’s rich Catholic heritage. There’s also the beautiful blue Cathedral of Brasilia – one of the largest Catholic churches in Brazil’s capital city.  But despite these historical landmarks, Alves says the faith’s dominance is rapidly declining. “In 1950, 93 percent of Brazilians identified as Catholics. The Church was losing about 1 percent of followers every decade,” said Alves. “However, from 1991 onwards, the Catholic Church started to lose 1 percent of followers every year, resulting in a dramatic drop.”

Evangelical Christianity, once a minority faith here, is now growing at unprecedented levels. The surveys show that what was once the world’s largest Catholic nation, will be overwhelming evangelical by 2030. Signs of this growth are everywhere—mega-churches dotting the landscape, filled with thousands of worshippers each week. That includes Andre Fernandes’ church in São Paulo. “We are living in the fulfillment of a promise,” said Fernandes, who pastors Lagoinha Church. “For many decades, we have heard that Brazil would experience a wave of revival that would be exported around the world, and I believe that this is what we are experiencing at this moment.” It also includes Lourival Pereira’s congregation in the Amazon region—boasting more than 10,000 members across roughly 600 cell groups. “The foundation of our growth is these cells,” said Pereira, pastor of a Foursquare Church in Belem. “The real revival is taking place outside the church walls. Every day, people are meeting in small groups in homes; it’s the biblical model.”

Then there’s J.B. Carvalho’s church in the capital city of Brasília. “We started the church in 2003 with only 25 people. Today, we have about 12,000 people in Brasília alone,” said Carvalho of Community of the Nations Church. “We also have another 15,000 people in Fortaleza. Our churches are spread throughout Brazil.” And Silas Malafaia’s church in Rio de Janeiro is one of the largest and most influential Pentecostal churches in Brazil with more than 100,000 members. “In the next seven years or so, we will be the majority in the country,” declared Malafaia of the Assembly of God Victory in Christ church. “Today, we make up about 35% of the population, and God’s Kingdom has influence in every corner of Brazilian society.” Marcelo Crivella, a well-known evangelical pastor turned politician, once served as mayor of Rio de Janeiro. He says that, years ago, evangelical Christians hesitated to get involved in politics—but that’s no longer the case. More than 30% of the country’s legislators are now evangelical. “We are more than 140 deputies and more than 20 senators,” said Crivella, a Brazilian Congressman.

Many of them gather each Wednesday in the halls of Brazil’s Congress for worship and prayer. Celina Leão, the vice governor of Brasília, said that God is also at work in other branches of the government. “I used to participate in those prayer meetings when I was in Congress,” Leao said. “Now, every month in the governor’s office, we meet for prayer, and people come to my office. It’s a wonderful time to see friends and be in communion.” The country’s first evangelical church opened in 1922. By 1990, the number had grown to more than 7,000 congregations. Nearly 30 years later, it grew to almost 110,000. The growth is so staggering that one study found 17 new evangelical churches opening every day across Brazil. “Now in Brazil we have 550,000 churches,” declared Crivella. Ezenete Rodrigues says this dramatic transformation began, as in many great movements, with the most profound of practices: prayer. “I’ve always believed that prayer is like planting: You plant, plant, plant, and at some point, it will sprout, and then the explosion will come,” Rodrigues told CBN News.

Rodrigues is one of the country’s most well-known intercessors. She has organized countless prayer rallies nationwide, urging her fellow countrymen to turn to God. “Brazil has been hungry and thirsty for God, and the key has been intercession—bending our knees, seeking God, and letting the Spirit of the Lord guide us in everything we do,” said Rodrigues. “Today, we can look back and see so many beautiful fruits of this commitment.” Those who have been tracking the explosive growth of the evangelical movement here in Brazil say worship has also played a monumental role in the church’s growth. And one Christian artist, above all, has been at the centre of it all. Her name is Ana Paula Valadao. “Even growing up, I had glimpses of crowds, of multitudes worshipping the Lord,” Valadao said. From the late 1990s to the early 2000s, her group’s music became synonymous with a powerful worship movement that emphasized intimacy with God, passionate worship, and personal revival. “As I was songwriting, the whole idea was about transformation, was about changing the nation.” Valadao said.

Paula’s songs played across Brazil, helping many experience a deeper connection to their faith. “It was about healing the land, and we started seeing amazing salvation numbers,” said Valadao. She held concerts in strategic locations, drawing millions of people, many of whom were Catholics. “Like the carnival sight in Rio de Janeiro and in the soccer stadiums, Jesus broke every record, gathering more people than any soccer tournament,” Valadao recalled. Because of her songs, many Catholic services in Brazil today have embraced a more evangelistic style of worship, shifting away from traditional liturgies to incorporate contemporary music. Father Antonio Luiz Catelan Ferreira, who leads the Cathedral of São Sebastião in Rio de Janeiro, says the change is part of an effort to encourage former Catholics to ‘come home.’ “People are attracted to environments where worship celebrations and moments of prayer are done in a more charismatic way,” Ferreira said. “Today, a growing number of Catholics are returning precisely because prayer meetings are conducted in a more Pentecostal style.”

The Bible refers to Jesus’ judging the nations, and mention is made of sheep and goat nations. Hopefully, Brazil will be a sheep nation going into Jesus’s Millennial reign on this Earth.

A BIBLICAL AND SCIENTIFIC VIEW OF CLIMATE CHANGE

The biblical and scientific evidence show that human-generated CO2 will produce some warming, but there is no climate emergency.

SUMMARY

  1. The politicization of climate science has led to corruption of the science.
  2. Over the last 100 years or so, the CO2 level has been increasing. However, the temperatures over that time have not been consistent with the hypothesis that human-generated CO2 is the prime cause of temperature increases.
  3. The science is not ‘settled’, or there would be one model, not over a hundred, that attempts to predict the global temperature. Furthermore, the official climate models that have predicted up to 4.5°C of global warming with a doubling of the CO2 have failed all five tests applied to them. They should be rejected.
  4. Because positive feedback does not operate, the warming from a doubling of the CO2 is likely to be less than 1°C, which would be beneficial to life on earth. Indeed, this is less than the 1.5°C of warming that the draconian policies formulated to limit CO2 production were set to achieve, based on the failed models.
  5. The impact of global warming on various natural disasters has been hyped and is not supported by the evidence.
  6. There is no climate emergency.
  7. The economic impact of radical policies to limit CO2 will most seriously hurt the poorest people.
  8. Because humans are intelligent and industrious, we can apply our God-given abilities to solve many (real) environmental issues, especially if we are guided by a Christian worldview.

The idea of dangerous climate change due to burning fossil fuels is unfounded in sound science, and divorced from biblical history.

As part of good stewardship, Christians should be at the forefront of a decision-making process that balances the needs of all the stakeholders, both in terms of economic development and in minimising negative impacts on the environment. A Bible-based approach to government, the environment, and justice will result in human flourishing, as it has in every country that has been strongly influenced by the Bible’s teaching.

Clearly, there can hardly be a Christian approach without Christ. Christians need to be pro-active in working to see others come to faith in Christ. In doing that we will also be once again laying the foundations for human flourishing, but also the flourishing of the planet because man is needed to look after it; that’s the way God designed it to be. Indeed, Hosea 2:18–23 connects the health of the land to the spiritual health of the people.

There is a sickness in many once-Christian countries, and it began with the undermining of the Bible as the Word of God from the beginning. When we see the Lord Jesus Christ once again honoured as Creator and Saviour of the world, we will see health return to our nations. As Biblical end times prophecies are already playing out in our day, Jesus’s return to set up His Millennial Kingdom is not too far off.

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (1 Peter 5:8)
