“KILL THE JEWS” CHANTED ON THE STREETS OF OUR CAPITAL CITIES

As the followers of this blog know, my reason for being is to make people aware we are in the Biblical prophesied end times before Jesus returns to Earth. We are fast approaching the last seven years of Daniel’s 70 Weeks prophecy.

Jesus makes it abundantly clear that Jews and Christians will be under growing persecution during this time so I am not surprised to see rising antisemitism across the nations. Nevertheless, it surprised me, that the diabolical attack by Hamas on Jewish civilians including children, and even babies, resulted in a totally illogical response with the Jews seen as the aggressor, and the Palestine cause justified the genocide. To see Sydney University students chanting “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” was chilling.

The first video below is by the Southern Cross Alliance for Israel (SCAFI). I have included the video because of the segment by Freyer Leach on antisemitism at Sydney University where she is a student. What Freyer is doing on campus to support Israel is inspirational. The short video “Pro-Palestinians chase Christian pastor holding Israeli flag” shows Mark Leach, Freyer’s father, a lone figure being chased by young male Pro-Palestinian supporters. The experience inspired him to start the Never Again is Now movement.

CHRISTIANS NEED TO PREPARE FOR THE COMING TRIBULATION

Jonathan Cahn speaks on current events as they relate to end times Scriptures. Antisemitism is rampant worldwide. Nations are coming against Israel exactly as prophesied. How important it is to know how to stand in these end times when persecution is rife. Jonathan gives us 18 Keys on how to stand in the days of lawlessness and chaos.

ISRAEL BLAMED FOR HAMAS’S STARVATION WARFARE

The Anti-Semites of the World United have blamed Israel for creating the famine conditions they wish to exist in Gaza. “International officials continue to accuse Israel of creating famine conditions in Gaza,” noted Family Research Council Action President Jody Hice, “even as research demonstrates that the root cause of suffering in Gaza is Hamas.”

Israel is allowing humanitarian aid into Gaza faster than aid organizations can distribute it. “The amount of food that is being supplied into Gaza by Israel, by the United States, by the Egyptians, including local production … is sufficient,” Kivetz declared. According to an April analysis he co-wrote with fellow Columbia University professor Awi Federgruin, “290,000 tons of food and beverages have been delivered to Gaza since October,” according to Israel’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), enough to supply each of Gaza’s two million residents with “1.82 pounds of food daily.” Based on U.N. estimates, they added, aid imported through Israel is “enough to supply 50% of Gazans’ daily consumption needs — on top of the food they continue to produce themselves.”

In large part due to the generosity of Israel, the Gaza Strip has not reached catastrophic famine conditions. “Obviously, in a war zone, you will have disruptions of the food supply and so on,” Kivetz granted, but “I don’t think we’ve seen evidence of famine — of widespread starvation, heaven forbid, or famine — in Gaza.”

Yet “that’s the story. That’s the narrative that’s being put out there,” Hice noted. International media and commentators have generated rumors of a famine. So far are these rumors from the truth that, “if you compare the amount of food per capita (per individual) that has been supplied into Gaza, compared to the average food consumption in Asia and Africa … it’s even higher in Gaza,” contended Kivetz.

How can the prevailing narrative be so contrary to the facts? On one level, the only explanation is that Satan, who rules this world as “prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience” (Ephesians 2:2), is also “a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44). On another level, there is a human agent with a vested interest in broadcasting such a false narrative. That party is the terrorist group Hamas, they started the war by murdering Israeli civilians and have conducted the war by abusing Gazan civilians.

“Part of the supply chain problem” is “the chaos in war, but part of it is Hamas,” insisted Kivetz, “which has been hoarding and stealing food, which has been firing at the entry points, in fact killing some Israeli soldiers in some of the entry points where food is being provided.”

“A third-grade student would understand Hamas has an absolute incentive to create stories of famine and starvation and deaths,” Kivetz declared. “The more civilians who die in Gaza, the better off Hamas is because they want Israel to stop. … After conduct[ing] their terrible atrocities, they want to escape this and still remain in power.”

“So Hamas really is incentivized, then, to block food and aid,” Hice responded, “particularly if they can manipulate the media and the U.N. to blame it on Israel.”

In fact, in “the recent decisions by the International Court of Justice [ICJ], [and] the International Criminal Court [ICC] … Hamas is getting what it wants,” speculated Kivetz. ICC prosecutors recently indicted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the preposterous charge of starving Palestinians, while the ICJ on Friday ordered Israel to “immediately halt its military offensive in Rafah” — Hamas’s last remaining stronghold in the Gaza Strip.

These preposterous accusations are fulfilling their intended effect: consolidating international opinion against Israel. Josep Borrell, the European Union’s high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, recently declared, “Starvation is used as a weapon of war. Israel is provoking famine.” The truth is, that Hamas is trying to use starvation as a weapon of war, while Israel is effectively forestalling a famine.

“To your question about who is propagating or creating this story of famine,” Kivetz summarized, “obviously Hamas is interested in that. The U.N. unfortunately, is part of that. They use the data that Hamas is providing. The data [are] wrong.”

BIBLICAL PROPHESIED END TIMES SIGNS

Watching the anti-Israel protests raging on campuses across the country reveals the demonic nature of the hatred of the Jewish people and their control of the land that God has given them. It also shows how easily the entire world under the influence of Satan can believe a lie, and then turn on any group and hate them. Jesus reminds us that we are destined to face this before His return. Regardless, the gospel will be preached worldwide, and the end will only come then.

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:9-14

WORLDWIDE ANTI-SEMITISM IS A MAJOR END-TIMES SIGN

I was surprised when I saw how many young people were involved in recent anti-semitism, and pro-Palestine demonstrations across Australia. However, after a little research, I discovered Antisemitism is not a new phenomenon in Australia. In fact, it has a long history. Israel was established by God and of course, the God of this world, Satan has been intent on destroying it. Just look at its history, in particular the Holocaust.

Emergence of prominent anti-Jewish voices

There have been Jews in Australia from the time of British settlement. As research has shown, they arrived as convicts in chains, yet with the absence of institutional antisemitism in the colonies, they were able to thrive. In fact, a Jew was elected to the Legislative Assembly in Western Australia in 1848, a full decade before the first Jew was elected to Britain’s parliament.

Australia, however, was not immune from what the historian Robert Wistrich has described as “the longest hatred”. Open antisemitism started to become prevalent in the 1880s with the emergence of Australian nationalism and the campaign for federation. It was further fuelled by fears of an influx of Jews fleeing the pogroms in Russia.

Anti-Zionist agenda influenced by Soviet propaganda

After the war, The Bulletin, in particular, continued its anti-Jewish immigration campaign with cartoons depicting Jewish stereotypes. The sentiments around immigration were summed up by Henry (“Jo”) Gullett, a Liberal member of federal parliament, who said: “We are not compelled to accept the unwanted of the world at the dictate of the United Nations or anyone else. Neither should Australia be a dumping ground for people whom Europe itself, in 2,000 years, has not been able to absorb.”

In response to the anti-Jewish hysteria, Arthur Calwell, the newly appointed minister of immigration, introduced administrative policies that ensured the Jewish community remained a tiny minority (0.5%) of the population. These restrictions included a 25% limit on Jewish passengers on ships bound for Australia, which was later extended to planes.

A cartoon from The Bulletin.

This cartoon, from The Bulletin in December 1946, shows Immigration Minister Arthur Calwell playing on the Jew’s harp and, as with the Pied Piper, bringing in the Jews as ‘imports’, while pushing out white Australians as the ‘exports’.

Locally organised antisemitism also emerged in the 1950s and 60s. A young journalist, Eric Butler, promoted the Douglas Social Credit movement, which blamed the banking system for the Great Depression and, by implication, the Jews.

After the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, some on the far left in Australia began promoting an anti-Israel agenda, particularly on university campuses. In 1969, the Sovetskaya Rossiya newspaper compared Zionism with fascism, implying Jews were Nazis. It also published an article saying “Zionism is the ideology that justifies war, killing, and oppression”. The official Soviet newspaper, Pravda, referred to “the Israeli barbarians” and “a reactionary Zionist doctrine”.

The impact of this anti-Zionist rhetoric often morphed into antisemitism on Australian campuses. The Australian Union of Students, for example, had come under Trotskyist and Maoist influences in the early 1970s and proposed anti-Israel resolutions. Members of the Jewish Students movement who campaigned against these resolutions were physically attacked.

This first picture shows the Jews in the UK demonstration against the anti-semitism of the UK Labour Party.

After the Hamas attacks on October 7, this anti-Israel narrative developed by the Soviets decades ago has again become part of the antisemitic discourse we’ve seen both in Australia and around the world. It coalesces with the theme that Zionism is the new Nazism. These issues have again been magnified on university campuses.

Research into current antisemitism has demonstrated it takes three principal forms. It begins with religious anti-Judaism, then mutates into racial antisemitism, and, most recently, political antisemitism associated with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, in which ostensible criticisms of Israel can morph into an irrational hatred of Jews.

Those with antisemitic beliefs continue to propagate traditional anti-Jewish stereotypes, such as the “international Jewish conspiracy” and “Jewish-Nazi analogy”, linked to Holocaust denial. Conspiracy theories emerged again during the COVID pandemic, with some right-wing groups claiming it was a Jewish plot.

We know that this hatred of the Jews will only escalate and apart from Jesus returning to rescue the nation at the battle of Armageddon the Jews would be exterminated.

The Battle of Armageddon is described in more detail in Revelation 19:11-21, where it portrays a dramatic confrontation between the forces of good, led by Jesus Christ (the rider on a white horse), and the forces of evil, led by the Antichrist, and the false prophet. The Antichrist gathers “kings” in a place called Armageddon. These kings, loyal to the antichrist, will gather their armies to wage war against the people of God. Jesus soundly defeats them. This battle results in the defeat of the enemies of God and the ultimate triumph of righteousness.

We also know that Jesus will rule all nations from Jerusalem. Israel the nation God established will be the ruling nation for the last 1000 years of this cursed Cosmos. People will still be born and die during Jesus’ Millennial reign, but they will live longer, so we know the curse is not entirely lifted from our Cosmos. THE HORRORS INFLICTED ON THE JEWISH PEOPLE

January 27, 2024, was International Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this day, people around the world remember the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust during WWII. The horrors inflicted by evil men and women on human beings made in God’s image are absolutely sickening. And as we soberly remember those victims, many of us will naturally think of the ongoing horrors inflicted on the Jewish people in Israel today by the vile actions of Hamas—yes, evil continues. Sadly, the attack by Hamas and Israel’s response has only resulted in antisemitism rearing its ugly head across Western nations and elsewhere.

There is only one place we can go for the truth about what is unfolding here. It is to God’s Word. Ever since God established Israel as His nation over 3000 years ago to be a witness to the world it has been under attack. The real battle is spiritual with Satan and his demons using people to destroy God’s nation, the Jewish people. They did so almost 2000 years ago but God miraculously rebirthed the nation in 1948.

About the horror unfolding we always need to go to God’s Word for answers. Learn from Habbakuk.

O Lord, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you “Violence!” and you will not save? Why do you make me see iniquity, and why do you idly look at wrong? Destruction and violence are before me; strife and contention arise. So the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; so justice goes forth perverted. (Habakkuk 1:2–4)

Let me remind you of God’s answer to Habakkuk. He revealed to his prophet that, yes, God would judge his people (who were sinning greatly against him) by a horrifying invasion from the Babylonians but that God would also judge the Babylonians when their time came—they did not get away with any of their sin! They too were eventually judged. And Habakkuk ends with a message of great hope:

Habakkuk was probably written about 640–615 B.C., just before the fall of Assyria and the rise of Babylon (Chaldea). God used Assyria to punish Israel (722 B.C.); then he would use Babylon to punish Assyria and Judah. This prophecy would be fulfilled several decades after Habakkuk, in 586 B.C. The “theme question” of Habakkuk is, how can God use a wicked nation such as Babylon for his divine purpose? God judges all nations, said Habakkuk and even Babylon would eventually be judged (Babylon fell to Persia in 539). Though God’s ways are sometimes mysterious, the central message is simple: “The righteous shall live by his faith” (Habbakuk 2:4) while awaiting salvation. These words are quoted three times in the New Testament.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek (Gentiles). For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith. Romans 1:16-17

Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.” Galatians:3:11

And finally, we need endurance but each one of God’s children was given the Holy Spirit when we repented and accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour (John 14:26, John 15:26, John 16:7-11). He is our counsellor, teacher, and comforter. He will enable us to persevere knowing that Jesus is coming back. The many prophecies about Jesus’ second coming are beginning to play out in our day so we know what is coming and can prepare accordingly to do the will of God so that we may receive our reward in Jesus’ coming Millennial Kingdom.

For you need endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised. For, “yet a little while and the coming one (Jesus) will come and will not delay, but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him. Hebrews 10:36-38

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Him, we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.Romans 5:1-5

GOOD TO SEE ELON MUSK SPEAKING OUT AGAINST ANTISEMITISM

Watch this passionate interview with Elon Musk & Ben Shapiro. Great to hear him say that he is a student of history and that moral absolutes exist. Even more wonderful was to hear him say that one thing that must be done is conspicuous acts of kindness to the people of Gaza. However, it followed: Hamas must be destroyed and the education of children in Gaza must include: the killing of Jews or anybody is wrong. Also, good to learn what he is doing with Twitter/X. Sadly, he does not know Jesus and the God revealed in His Word.

MUSLIMS WORLDWIDE PROMOTING ANTISEMITISM INTENT ON KILLING JEWS

Jewish and Christian holy places are repeatedly targeted by Muslim settlers, such as the Tomb of Rachel near Bethlehem, the Tombs of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Sarah, Lea, and Rebecca in Hebron, the Tomb of Josef in Shechem (Nablus) and many others,” the Rev. Petra Heldt, a leading Christian scholar who has resided in Israel for 40 years, told Fox News Digital

“It is a consistent pattern that shows that there is a wish to eliminate the existence of Jewish and Christian history in Eretz Israel, the historic land of the Jewish people. Therefore, this holy place must be secured, like other holy places in Israel, from Palestinian vandalism.”

In early November, the European Union condemned what it called a “spike of antisemitic incidents across Europe [which] has reached extraordinary levels in the last few days, reminiscent of some of the darkest times in history.”

“We have seen a resurgence of antisemitic incidents and rhetoric in the European Union and worldwide: Molotov cocktails thrown on a synagogue in Germany, stars of David sprayed on residential buildings in France, a Jewish cemetery desecrated in Austria, Jewish stores and synagogues attacked in Spain, demonstrators chanting hate slogans against Jews,” a Nov. 5 statement from the European Commission reads.

The fact that God’s nation Israel has been subjected to such intense hatred ever since God established it 3500 years ago reveals that something sinister is going on. It confirms that there is, as Scripture tells us, spiritual warfare is raging on Earth and in heaven.

Even before Israel went into the promised land Moses prophesied their entire history with the Song of Moses (Deuteronomy 31:30-32:47). It reveals they would be driven out of the land and scattered throughout the nations for their disobedience. Moreover, it reveals an aspect of God’s character that most of us do not want to know, God’s judgement, and God’s wrath, and it reveals the truth of the statement that the beginning of wisdom is to fear God.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding.” Psalms 111:10

Jeremiah reveals that in the “last days” just before Jesus returns there will be another time of great distress (unparalleled horror) for the Jews when they will for a third time be taken from their land into captivity as they were by the Assyrians and Babylonians. We know what is coming so we can use these scriptures in Apocalyptic evangelism.

Alas! That day is so great there is none like it; it is a time of distress for Jacob; yet he shall be saved out of it.” Jeremiah 30:7

Malachi calls it “the great and terrible day of the Lord”.

“At that time shall arise, Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.” Daniel 12:1

HAMAS’S INVASION OF ISRAEL IS AN IMPORTANT END TIMES EVENT

Since October 7, the war between Israel and the terrorist group Hamas has steadily caused ruin and demise — even beyond the Middle East.

The trauma Hamas inflicted upon the Israeli people during the initial attack including the “massacred” neighborhoods, the burning of houses and people, and loved ones ripped away by “a murderous regime.” means Israel has no option but to proceed with the war until Hamas is eliminated no matter how long it takes and the cost, economic and political. Sadly, we are already seeing any goodwill Israel had in the International Community being eroded. It is hard to comprehend the size of marches for the Palestinians and the vehement antisemitism being expressed in most Western Countries. It is not only Muslims marching but many young Westerners.

What about the media? In Australia, journalists signed a group letter in 2021 demanding that journalists be allowed to be activists for Palestinians against their Israeli oppressors – and it has flowered since the October 7 massacre by Hamas terrorists.

Despite what horror Hamas inflicted on women and children, within days, even hours, there were petitions circulating and group letters, signed by journalists, that branded Israel a colonialist apartheid state and excused the October 7 horrors by providing “context” or simply ignoring them. All subsequent petitions, group letters, and statements from every conceivable and inconceivable group, such as Queers for Palestine, have followed the formula of these initial letters and petitions.

The latest one, signed by 300 journalists and approved by the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance, the journalists union, is in many ways just a rehash of all the letters and petitions that preceded it. It is confirmation of the fact the contagion is real: a significant number of journalists see themselves as warriors for a cause, the cause of the oppressed Palestinian people, occupied for 75 years by a racist white supremacist state that is perpetrating genocide in Gaza. What this means, in effect, is a call for reporting that is not open and fact-based at all but based on the simplistic and distorted view of Israelis and their Jewish fellow travellers as ruthless and heartless oppressors of the powerless and victimised Palestinian people.

When you consider the amount of land Israel occupies compared to the Muslim countries that surround it you realize that what the Bible tells us, that it is not about the land, it is a spiritual war that is raging, and as prophesied, the only way it will end is when Jesus returns to defeat all the nations against Israel at the battle of Armageddon.

Behold, a day is coming for the Lord… I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle… Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle. On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one-half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward.Zechariah 14:1-4

Then I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness, he judges and makes warAnd the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh He has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.Revelation 19:11,14-16

Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to all the birds that fly directly overhead, come, gather for the great supper of God, to eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave, both small and great.” And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against him who was sitting on the horse and against his army. And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who in its presence had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. And the rest were slain by the sword that came from the mouth of him who was sitting on the horse, and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.” Revelation 19:18-21

JESUS SOON COMING MILLENNIAL KINGDOM

God’s Jubilee: after 7 x 7=49 years the next year is a Jubilee year when debt is forgiven, land is returned to the original owners, release of slaves or indentured servants, and the land is to lie fallow. The Jubilee year is the first year of the next 49-year cycle. The Jubilee gives us a beautiful picture of what the future holds during Jesus’ coming Millennial Kingdom.

The Jubilee is also a promise to Israel that guarantees a future return to their land after the great tribulation and the wrath of God is poured out with the Trumpet and Bowl judgments.

The Jubilee is never used in Scripture in such a way that we can draw up precise eschatological timelines and charts depicting exactly when future prophetic events will take place. However, we should use the Jubilee and all the other symbols used in the Scriptures to describe the return of the Messiah (Jesus) and the Messianic age (Millennial Kingdom) to impact our hearts and lead us into a deeper adoration of Jesus and more fervent anticipation of His coming glorious Millennial Kingdom.

All around the world, support for Palestine after Hamas’s invasion of Israel is further evidence we are fast approaching the time when Jesus returns to rescue Israel at the battle of Armageddon. Hundreds of school students with the sanction of their teachers protested in Sydney, Australia in support of Palestine. Who is educating these children? Hamas is at once Palestinian, Arabic, and Islamist. In its worldview, any Palestinian state would need to embrace Islamism. The horror of Hamas’s barbaric attack on Jewish women, children, and old people in southern Israel on October 7 is not an aberration. It’s what the group actually stands for in its formal charter. Antisemitism is spiritual warfare and it is intense as we approach the Biblical prophesied end times.

End times prophecies are playing out now which tells us that we are fast approaching the end of this era when Jesus returns to rapture the Saints and after the wrath of God is poured out. usher in His Millennial Kingdom. Go to ww.millennialkingdom.net for more information.

The 70 Weeks Prophecy of Daniel is an amazing message of hope as it predicts an end to Satan’s deceptive rule and the beginning of the rule of Israel’s Messiah to put everything right. It has symbolic significance related to Israel’s Sabbath cycle of years, the Jubilee, and the historical period of exile/restoration. The 70-weeks theme weaves together a number of theological strands from the Hebrew Bible as a way of pointing us toward the age of Jubilee restoration in the future. Understanding the symbolic and literal meaning of the 70-weeks prophecy is vital. Many scholars have recognized that from a Biblical perspective, the 70 weeks must represent a period of 490 years. There is an intricate and complementary relationship between Daniel’s 70 weeks and the Sabbath cycle in ancient Israel that requires us to read Daniel 9:24 as though it depicts a specifically demarcated period of time (10 Jubilee periods = 490 years).

Jesus’ Millennial Kingdom is spoken of by all the Old Testament (O.T.) prophets. In the following Scripture, Peter tells us that all of the O.T. prophets proclaimed that God would send Jesus a second time to restore all things.

Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago... Moses and all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those who came after him, also proclaimed these days.Acts 3:19-20, 22, 24
