“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. These things I command you, that you love one another.”John 15:16-17
The following testimony from Joseph Kazembe from Malawi shows he is a chosen one, who has obeyed God’s command to go and bear fruit. Joseph is part of a new youth ministry, yOUT that has reached over 1,400 young people already in one year! yOUT leads them to not only the best gift of all — Jesus Christ— but also helps them discover His call on each of their lives.
Pastor Jeff Daly explains: “YOUT sprung up under our repentance ministry, national day of repentance (http://www.dayofrepentance1.org). We focus on teaching Matthew 4:17 and then John 15:16 giving each young person the unique calling on their life. All Christian denominations are included: we give each participant a banner bearing simply “JEHOVAH NISSI” We believe this new “wine skin” is directly from Him in these end times and He started in the very impoverished nation of Malawi to show that it is from HIM alone!”
Joseph Kazembe has left a significant position and salary in a major denomination to travel, sometimes on foot, to deliver the Gospel message all throughout Malawi. Here is his most recent email. “Todayis July 31st, we are believing God for great testimonies from young people this coming month. God continues to show us the importance of this ministry. Young people need hope, just a few minutes ago l received a message from Mathew, one of our translators, that his brother killed himself this morning by suicide. Apart from that many young people are catching Covid 19 and dying. This third wave is killing many young people. Let’s pray for Mathew too in his time of trouble. I am writing to remind the team to pray for our budget for Mchisi. We have only 6 days to go and we still need to book accomodation in Chikondi ,Hamidah and Henderson. Prayer moves the hearts of people to do something l thank you all for your prayers. Printing of additional repentance route booklets is needed as many pastors needs the booklet in Mchisi.” Joseph Kazembe
As many of you know I support the Kenya House Church Movement in Kenya and have been seeking donations to fund new Missional trips and for Bibles for the new House Churches that are being established in these new regions. Here is another request for funds this time for repentance route booklets for Malawi. If you would like to help you can use the Donations icon on the Home Page. I would also appreciate an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know how you would like to be involved, e.g. I connect with the KHC leaders every 3 months by Zoom. It would be good to have other supporters join the Zoom meetings.
REPORT FROM CHARLES ON THE DEATH OF GADDAFI, SON OF THE LEADER OF THE NYAROMBO HOUSE CHURCH: The sad news of the death of Gaddafi, the son of the former Roman Catholic priest now leading the newly formed Nyarombo house church group, was received by us from Pastor Jacob, on the morning of Monday before making our way back home from our mission trip to Nyamuzi in Tanzania. Gaddafi was aged 16 yrs old and was a believer. He was suffering from Tuberculosis. His father said, he had been suffering from the disease for a long time. Sadly if they had had the money it could have been treated successfully. You will remember that Nyarombo house church was recently founded by the grace of God. The power of the Holy spirit made it possible to open the understanding of our brother (the father to the deceased) and his family to hear the gospel message. The Nyarombo church group was birthed as a result of his conversion. Kenya house Church movement (KHC) with the help of brother Ron Edwards, was able to help with all the preparations for the funeral and on Friday, June 11th/2021, we conducted the burial, and it was very successful. Despite a few challenges, because it followed so closely to our mission trip to Tanzania. KHC movement, and the Nyarombo house church, is very much thankful and do appreciate brother Ron Edwards for his financial support he helped give to the grieving family to help pay a hospital medical bill for the late Gaddafi. Personally, I give my gratitude to all our KHC movement team for their support and commitment to ensure the burial outcome was positive.. Below is the attached pictures for the burial of the late GADDAFI. Thank you ALL for your prayers, commitment and support.
The following is a report from Pastor Charles Otieno Owino founder and a leader of the Kenya House Church (KHC) Movement. This is their second visit to this village in Tanzania. They went in at the request of Christians there who were aware of what KHC is achieving in Kenya. There is a request for funds at the end of the report for FOOD and BIBLES. If you are able to help please make a donation via the icon on the Home Page Donations. It will be much appreciated even small amounts go a long way in both Kenya and Tanzania.
Our meeting here in this small village of Nyamuzi in Tanzania, is progressing well.
Yesterday we had multiple out reach, moving from house to house, teaching and praying for those unable to come to our meetings for various reasons. We were able to share the word with the sick, lame, even blind and met various people who were held in the bondage of sin, and in the spirit of religion for a long time. We were able to share with them the word of God and through the power of the Holy spirit many were set free.
We have been witnessing a powerful move of God, and the Holy spirit has been at work, touching and convicting many souls of their sins bringing them to repentance and salvation.
We are able to meet and minister to a large number of people, and the daily attendance at the meetings is good.
1) Famine out break. There is a great food scarcity in this area, and people are seriously suffering, in nearly every home we visited, we found a family who had been two days without food to put on the table.
2) Lack of Bibles- The members don’t have Bibles, we happened to have only one person with a copy, but with several missing pages.
1) FOOD: We kindly request your prayers and support for these people here, so that we may buy food for them ie maize flour, beans and rice.
2) BIBLES: We request you to help us buy for them even 10 copies of Bibles.
We have done the little we were able to afford, but it is not enough and many people were left out.
If you may feel led to help, kindly let me know so that I may direct you on how the money can reach us here.
I received the following email from Pastor Charles Otieno Owino. He is the leader of the Kenya House Church Movement which God is growing exponentially because it is all about making disciples who make disciples. There are no paid pastors nor church buildings. My followers would know that I have been connected with this group almost two years now. Moreover, my involvement as a Board Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) Australia has enabled me to connect the KHC group with the President of ICCC Kenya, Rene Kiamba who is introducing them to the ICCC training materials in particular the Transformed Working Life Series available for free on http://www.transformedworkinglife.net.
On a recent Zoom Meeting, which I organised when all of the KHC leaders were together with Charles in Migori, I had the opportunity to hear the testimonies of all the leaders. Not all had English so one of the leaders fluent in Swahili and English acted as interpreter. It was a humbling but wonderful occasion for me as I realised what a privilege it is to be able to support my brothers work in this relatively poor country.
The background to the following email was a request from Charles for a small amount of money to bring several of the KHC leaders to Migori for a meeting with a number of Catholics including a priest who are interested in starting a KHC group in their area. I asked Charles for more background information on the reason for the meeting and the priest.
Dear Ron. 22nd April 2021
The Roman Catholic priest is one of the priests under a chief priest in Nyarombo church, Oruba Paris, Migori county.
I connected with him through my aunt, who for many years had been a Roman Catholic sister at Rakwaro seminary, where she lived most of her life. As a sister in the church, she was unable to marry.
God gave me an opportunity, to share with her the word of God, something which did not take me a year, but nearly 3 years, until she came to the truth of God’s Word and came out of the convent. She is now a believer; a disciple of Jesus Christ and she is married.
I understand she knew this priest for many years back in her days as a Catholic sister. I am sure it is no coincidence that they are now neighbours that she is married. The opportunity came up for her to share with the priest her newfound faith. The Holy Spirit has given her favour with him and she has met with the priest regularly to share God’s Word.
She then knew it was time to tell him about me and organised for me to meet him in her home. I have been meeting with him and sharing the word of God over several months now.
As I have shared with you, my time with him has borne fruit and he has invited KHC leaders to meet him and other people, in his home this week.
Requesting your prayers for a positive outcome from our meeting with him and this Catholic group.
If you feel led, please pray for Charles and the KHC leaders. I will let you know the outcome in another KHC post. Also, if you would like to join with me in supporting the KHC group then go to the DONATIONS link on the Home Page.
In this special interview edition of Unbelievable?, Justin talks to Ugandan pastor Richmond Wandera, director of the Pastors Discipleship Network in East Africa. They talk about the history of Christian revival in East Africa, elections and Covid in Uganda, spiritual warfare, secularism, and the challenges of prosperity gospel preaching in some churches. It is a fascinating discussion that not only examines the regional challenges but also addresses the influence of Western Christianity both past and present. It has been a blessing for me to hear from Richmond, a humble, totally committed servant of Jesus but also well educated on what God is doing in East Africa. As God has connected me with His church in Kenya, the Kenya House Church (KHC) group, Richmond’s testimony has confirmed my commitment to support the growth of the end times church in East Africa. I hope you will join with me to help the KHC movement. You can do so by making a donation on this website. Click on the Donations icon on the Home Page.
As you may already know God connected me to several pastors in Kenya who are followers of Living Eternal Now. They believe as I do that the church in the “last days” will be like the church described in the Book of Acts. The following is a report provided by Pastor Charles Otieno Owino on their activities for 2020. I and several of my followers have provided funds for several projects to support the growth of this community and I hope more of you will consider joining us in this missional work. I have added a donation icon on my Home Page for that purpose. Moreover, I hope some of you will begin to communicate directly with members of the KHC.
2020 Report on Kenya House Church Movement
Here at KHC, we endeavour to make disciples for Jesus Christ in fulfilment of the great commission that Jesus Christ gave us in Mathew 28:19. The disciples made, are put in house church groups (Ekklesia). No buildings neither nor paid pastors.
FINISHING WELL 2020, EXPECTING WHAT GOD HOLDS FOR US IN 2021: 2020 was a big year for us here at KHC, God has been gracious to us, and every place we have visited, we have been able to receive a positive outcome despite some few challenges that came our way, such as strong opposition from the religious leaders. But we were able to sail through and we give God the glory.
APPRECIATION TO THE FOUNDER OF LEN, RON EDWARDS & TEAM MEMBERS.
We hope the LEN team is also blessed by being part of the KHC movement, all through the year 2020 and since God has placed us together in the work of ministry. We are very much thankful to all those who have been faithful in giving their financial support to help expand the KHC movement to ensure it becomes strongly established here in Kenya.

Come 2021, an elder and a church group pastor will be appointed from among them, to head the church group, to enable it to be a fully functioning house church group.
In Tanzania, God is giving us a breakthrough; a wide door is opened to the KHC team so come February 2021, two new church groups will be started in Mwanza and Nyamuzi in the Republic of Tanzania. We expect exciting additions in 2021 and it is our hope and prayers that 2021, KHC team will be able to take the gospel to places we could not visit in 2020.
NUMBER OF CHURCH GROUPS MEMBERS:
In 2020, we have witnessed a rapid increase of Church group members than in the previous years. Many lives have been reached for Jesus Christ. An additional 3 church groups were founded.
The total number of our church group members in the 8 church groups has increased from 220 in 2018/2019 up to 300 in 2020.
2)DISCIPLE SHIP & EVANGELISM CAMPAIGNS:
-Evangelism and discipleship, is the heart of KHC movement, here at KHC. The evangelism team led by pastor Jacob, has been able to lead our team, visiting several places ministering, in market places, hospitals, prisons, schools. Currently, some of our two brothers were in Tanzania and just came back to us 5 days ago and reported about the need to start up the two church groups, mentioned above.

Every church group has the freedom to start its own income-generating projects, such as crop farming, vegetable growing, dairy keeping, shopkeeping, poultry keeping, second-hand clothing business etc, this is to help support our church group members to become financially stable.
2021 KHC PLANS:
1) Zoom meetings:
In 2021, KHC, has a plan to buy a large TV screen and a computer, to help KHC, join other parachurch organizations in holding zoom meetings. This will help KHC, to learn and share end time signs of Jesus second coming, and other teachings pertaining to the last day’s church.
