Media and global elites ‘allow new Islamist Caliphate’ in Africa as Christians are wiped out. The media and the Nigerian government are engaged in a ‘fake news cover up’ over denials there is a systematic slaughter of Christians in the country, according to Dave Miers. The spread of Islam in Nigeria was marked by the establishment of the Sokoto Caliphate in the 18th century, led by Usman dan Fodio who introduced Sunni Islam to the region. This historical context highlights the shared roots of Islam in both Turkey and Nigeria, as well as the impact of Islamic movements on the socio-political landscape of the two countries.

This fits with Biblical end times prophecies that are playing out in our day. We are fast approaching the time of Jesus prophesied second coming to rescue God’s nation Israel and set up His Millennial Kingdom. This is next on God’s agenda for planet earth. It is a necessary transition period so that God fulfils the promises (Abrahamic covenant) He made to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and David for Israel’s Messiah (Jesus) to rule the nations of the world from a magnificent new Jerusalem. Satan had 6000 years rule and Jesus will have 1000 years, total 7000 years. This earth’s time is then complete and God will create a new heaven and new earth where only the righteous dwell as given in Revelation 21.

And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
