TESTIMONIES FROM OUR KENYA HOUSE CHURCH GROUP

I received this report from Pastor Charles on Saturday 23rd January 2021.

I trust that the start of 2021 has been good for you and I pray that you and Living Eternal Now (LEN) ministry will be blessed during these difficult times.

The people we serve are more than ever looking to us for a message of hope as they try to find a way through the troubles they are currently experiencing. But, through it all God is still on the throne and it is He who reigns supreme!.

I am reminded of Romans 12:12, “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer” Let us be found faithful in all three!

I am greatly encouraged by the reports I am receiving from some of our Kenya House Church (KHC) groups of how the just concluded time of fasting & prayer is helping our group members.

Here are two testimonies I recently received from two house church groups. (Anything in brackets is by me).

1) From Ndhiwa church group:   Rose Anyango:

In the last five years, I separated from my husband as a result of issues (she would prefer not to tell). I have been living alone, doing small business in the day, and working in a bar & restaurant at night within Ndwiwa town. At one point, I heard Pastor Maurice teaching during an evangelism crusade and I decided to join his house church group together with my two daughters. All these years, I have been desiring and praying, that one time, God may speak to my husband, and allow me to go back to him, so that we may start living together, but it has not been possible for me. When announcement was made by our pastor (Maurice) that a three day prayer and fasting meeting will be held in our church group and other KHC groups, I became glad and spoke inside of me (likely Holy Spirit inspired), that this will be a good opportunity for me to take my case before God, fasting and praying. Only three days has elapsed since prayers and fasting was concluded. Yesterday (Wednesday) I received a phone call from my husband saying, he has forgiven me my past mistakes, and wanting me to take everything with me and go back home, so we may start living together again and building up our family life. I thank God, that He has  enabled for me, and I believe that which is impossible with man, becomes possible with God. Now I will go and be reunited with my husband , so together, we start rebuilding up our family. Thank you God!

From Rongo Church group:   Benson Onyango:

The doctrine is clear, God and His Scripture has touched and changed my life.
I was an alcoholic and pornography addicted, these problem have continued with me for almost now ten years, attending church every Sunday and listening to pastor teaching and preaching, but no breakthrough, I continued to be in the bondage of sin. But last week, I took three days time, fasting and praying, presenting my problems before God. I now feel a breakthrough over my life, now free from the spirit of drunkenness and pornography. All that I counted useful, now have become useless, for the sake of Christ Jesus. My life is not now the same but all things have now become new in me. A new creature in Jesus Christ! It was after attending fasting and praying and that encourages us to apply it as soon as possible.

These are the kinds of responses/testimonies, that confirm that KHC is succeeding in its aim to make disciples for Jesus Christ.

I encourage any one who  would like to share similar testimonies, please email me (otienochrls@yahoo.com) or Ron Edwards (ron.careshare@gmail.com), so that we can put them as a post on livingeternal.net, and to encourage all our community of believers and followers of LEN, on all that Jesus is doing in the life of His people in Kenya and around the world.

UPDATE FROM KENYA HOUSE CHURCH MOVEMENT

I, Pastor Charles would like to personally, and on behalf of our Kenya house church movement (KHC), to give thanks to you, and to all the community of believers, followers, and friends of Living Eternal Now, all who felt in their hearts to help donate their finances to support our last joint KHC (8 house churches) meeting for 2020 this coming week. A BIG THANK YOU!

I pray and believe that the meeting will be a great blessing to the life of our people, and to the surrounding community, and will bring a positive outcome.

I will keep you updated!

I am keen to purchase a computer and large TV screen for Pastor Charles so we can hold Zoom Meetings and he can use the Power Point Sermons we have for the end times church. As well, he will be able to connect with and use the excellent resources of the many excellent para church groups out there particularly those that are about making disciples to complete the Great Commission. KENYA HOUSE CHURCH MOVEMENT

The following encouraging email was received from Pastor Charles Otieno following a Mission Trip to the border region of Kenya and Uganda. It is also a request for funds for two projects which I support and in the case of the Zoom Meetings project initiated. If you would like to join us in supporting the growth of the Kenya House Church Movement you can do so by clicking on the Donate button on the Home Page

For all the community of believers, and followers of Living Eternal Now, I would want to express my gratitude to brother Ron ,the founder of Living Eternal Now (LEN), for his prayers and financial help he has been sending to us (Kenya house church movement), to help support the work we are doing here in Kenya to ensure the Kenya House Church Movement is firmly established and becomes strong in Kenya in order to carry out the great commission.

Besides prayers and financial help, LEN has been a source of spiritual growth, and strength. Through the teachings posted on livingeternal.net, all our church groups believers, have grown in the knowledge and understanding of God’s word, and more so, in understanding the last day’s church, and the signs of Jesus second return to earth, to rule and reign for 1000 yrs.

Mission report:

We are back from our mission trip which we took to the border of Kenya and the republic of Uganda.

We had a safe travelling, and we were highly welcomed by our brothers whom we visited and our 4 days trip was very successful.

We had a positive outcome from the meeting, and we witnessed souls being transformed, and many in their life, accepted Jesus Christ as their personal saviour. Despite the challenges, which are normal in the work of ministry, but we are very much thankful for all that God did to us and through us.

During our trip, we set aside a two-hour door to door evangelism, whereby we divided ourselves into two groups, visited those who were unable to come to the meeting venue, including the elderly and the sick. We were able to teach them, and pray with them, and we encouraged them to remain steadfast in the Lord.

Many of these people were blessed by us visiting them in their houses Their lives were touched and transformed.

In one of our door to door encounters, we happened to enter one household where we met a brother who is a robber. He had fled away from his home and family and was wanted by the police. We taught him God’s word, prayed for him, and his life was transformed (attached below is his picture).

At the end of our 4 days meeting with the people of this area, they requested us to plan again another trip sometime early next year.

Appreciation & Prayers:

We appreciate you all for your financial support you gave us to enabled us fulfil this mission trip. and it is our prayer that God may give you peace, good health and wealth, may He be able to prosper you in every area of your businesses and may He enlarge and expand your borders.

Request:

Since this was our second last meeting, planned for 2020, we still have one meeting to bring all our 2020 planned meetings to completion.

We hereby want to bring to your attention that we are going to have our last meeting (end year general annual meeting), this meeting is going to be held in Migori region on 22nd Dec-25/2020 and since it will be a big meeting which will bring all our Kenya house church groups together, we pray and request that if God grants you the gift of life, you may be able to help support our meeting, funding us with the little finances, God may be able to give you.

Uncompleted Zoom project: This is a polite reminder; you all know that the Zoom project still remains uncompleted, reason is lack of funds.

We all know that brother Ron is a pensioner, and he has limited funds to help support, and complete this project, we therefore request all the community of believers and followers of living eternal now, to help give  brother Ron a financial contribution, to enable him help us complete this ptoject.

We look forward to joining other parachurch organizations and other believers in Zoom meetings.

I have attached for you several PDF of our last meeting. Meanwhile, help pray for the Kenya house church movement, as we also keep you in our prayers.

Blessings, Charles Otieno

KENYA HOUSE CHURCHES MOVEMENT

The following email and pictures were received from Pastor Charles Otieno of Migori, Kenya. Charles is one of three House Church leaders that I have connected to in Kenya through this website http://www.livingeternal.net. I am pleased to say that I played a part in connecting them and now in supporting their ministries.

Recent email and photos from Pastor Charles Otieno of Migori, Kenya.

And to all our brothers and sisters who share with us the same faith, and are followers of living eternal now (livingeternal.net).

Greetings to you all in Jesus name!

I am pleased to inform you that we have concluded our three days meeting, for all our church group pastors, elders, and secretaries. All went away pleased they had come.

The meeting was held with the purpose of giving training to our church group pastors, elders, and church secretaries, to help equip them fully for the work of God and in carrying out the great commission. It was also held to give a clear road map for 2021, for our Kenya house church group movement (KHCG).

As you all know well, the church is people, not a place, and therefore we are one church, meeting in 8 houses in Kenya (Acts 2:41-46), no paid pastors and no church building.

We are a movement that is committed to preaching and teaching on the last day’s church, which will be like the church described in the book of Acts, and the end time signs of Jesus second coming, to reign and rule here on earth for a 1000yrs.

Appreciation: We want to give our appreciation to the founder of living eternal now, and our international team leader, pastor Ronald Edwards for the great work he has been doing, of writing and posting various teachings on the livingeternal.net website.

My next project for the Kenya House Churches is to equip each, Charles, Alfred, and Samuel to participate in Zoom Meetings with me and other parachurch organisations that can help them grow in the Lord and understand the times (last days) and the church model as described in the Book of Acts. Charles demonstrates in his previous email, that I posted on this website, that he does. In addition, they can start using the PowerPoint Sermons I provide on my other website http://www.powerpointsermons.net. Sermons to prepare the church for end times and Jesus’ second coming.

I would appreciate help with this (KHCG) project and you can help by using the donations link on the Home Page. If you would like more information please contact me on ron@bakb.com.au

The following picture demonstrates the impact Covid19 is having all over the world. Pastor Alfred’s wife and daughter were infected with the virus and sadly Alfred’s daughter, Angela died as a result. Pastor Maurice in the black suite on the right conducted the funeral service. Seated is Angela’s brother being consoled by Pastor Jacktone. Pastor Alfred’s wife can be just seen on the left in red dress with white stripes. Pastor Charles wife is next to her holding a red sheet with white stripes.

HOUSE CHURCHES IN KENYA

The following email was received from Charles Otieno. Charles lives in Migori Kenya. Charles is one of three House Church leaders that I have connected to in Kenya through this website http://www.livingeternal.net. I am pleased to say that I have played a part in connecting them and supporting their ministries.

My next project for the Kenya House Churches is to equip each, Charles, Alfred, and Samuel to participate in Zoom Meetings with me and other parachurch organisations that can help them grow in the Lord and understand the times (last days) and the church model as described in the Book of Acts. Sermons to prepare the church for end times and Jesus’ second coming. I would appreciate help with this project and you can help by using the donations link on the Home Page.

Shalom pastor Ron and brothers and sisters in Christ.

Last week was a week of atonement (Yom Kippur).

I’m in agreement with you. We are called to go and make disciples, and this is the heart of our great commission given to us by our saviour Jesus Christ.

The church’s marching order is to go and make disciples of all nations, NOT going to build up denominations/instutional church models.

Our command by Jesus, is all about disciples making disciples, resulting in winning souls, and bringing a great harvest for Christ Jesus into His kingdom.

We are to go and build up the ecclesia which Jesus also established, these ecclesia are independent house assemblies, acting as real families.

The ecclesia (House assemblies) are the most effective way of reaching and ministering to the people, and each and every one of us should be taught to understand.

We are in the last part of making preparation for the church group pastors and church leaders meeting, which will kick off tomorrow, October 1st

We are expecting all our 8 church group pastors, 8 church elders, and 8 church secretaries from all our eight church groups in attendance. So it is going to be a large meeting.

Blessings, Charles

HELPING A HOME CHURCH COMMUNITY IN KENYA

The following email was received from Pastor Charles Otieno in Migori Kenya. I connected with Charles two years ago via this website and due to the fact we both believe the “end-time” church will be like the church in the Book of Acts, small groups, no buildings, and no paid pastors. All about making discilpes who make disciples.

Dear Ron,

Once again, I’m very thankful to you and to the community of believers you have in the living eternal network, for the funds you have been sending to me.

I appreciate you for the recent fund you sent to me, to help me buy a bicycle. It has been so much help to me, and it has contributed a lot to my general body health as was advised by the doctor, besides this, it has helped me economically, by  reducing the high cost of fuel I was using on my vehicle, now I’m able to visit nearby places and home church groups, ministering using my bycicle. Thank you ALL!

I have attached to you a PDF for the bicycle.

I have also attached a picture & a video of a needy child whose parents died of HIV/AIDS.

This boy was naturally born crippled from his mother’s womb, without feet, and he cannot walk or stand upright, he is just crawling on his knees and moving with the help of his hands. (please see the attached  photo & watch his video).

The boy’s future seems hopeless, no way he is able to walk go to school or to places.

I kindly request you to share the boy’s condition and problem with our brothers and sisters with you there, so that we may be able to help buy him a wheelchair.

May you prosper and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Blessings,
Charles

You will note I have added a DONATIONS page on the Home Page.

If you would like to help Charles buy a wheelchair for the crippled boy then you can do so by clicking on Donations and opening the page. I will keep you informed with updates and pictures on this website.
