CHANGING SEX IS IMPOSSIBLE

In relation to sex and gender, regardless of our linguistic machinations, our sex as male or female is stamped on nearly every cell of the body. No matter what linguistic tools are employed to achieve this end, it is a vain effort that will fail. Changing sex is impossible. No amount of chemical intervention or surgery can change a person’s sex. The XX chromosomes remain XX. The XY chromosomes remain XY.

But there is also damage done to language itself when we begin to refer to biological males or females by opposite-sex pronouns and act as if, by our words, we can change reality. The twisting of language is a deadly serious problem.

At base, the splitting of sex and gender is a distortion of language to change how people see reality. Behind the distortion is a belief that no truths about the world can be known with certainty. Rather, truth is up to the individual. In the United States, a majority now believes this. If nothing about reality is knowable, then no meaningful difference exists between male and female (or truth or a lie, or justice or injustice, or any other distinction, for that matter). Words bear no clearly identifiable relationship to anything knowable. At root, the gender ideology battle is a battle over the very meaning of words. It is a twisting of language to change how people see the world. The change from what we use to label transsexual to transgender was so deceptive I believe it was satanically driven. The shift was cunning and one that was intended to mainstream transgenderism and even apply it to children.

The prefix “trans” means “to change,” and the individuals who experienced some kind of body dysmorphia that manifested in confusion about one’s sex were, until recent years, known as “transsexuals.” For many, the word connotes something extremely odd — perhaps a sexual fetish. But with the introduction of the idea that gender is malleable, people were led to question whether the distinction between male and female even exists or matters.

Among the most pernicious aspects of twisting language is that people are required, if they want to be socially acceptable, to participate in lies. It is an undoing of the very idea that the words we use refer to anything real.

The gender ideology movement insists that for humans to be free to pursue their fullest self-interest, reality itself must be deconstructed. God has given them up to depraved minds.

And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.Romans 1:28

DOCTORS & PSYCHOTHERAPISTS: BUTCHERS AND LIARS

Another great article from Jordan Peterson: Doctors & Psychotherapists: Butchers & Liars.

We are sacrificing our children on the altar of a brutal, far-Left ideology. The medical profession is crumbling in response to radical transgender activists says, Jordan Peterson. Gender is now entirely subjectively defined ignoring a person’s biology.

Please pray for the salvation of Jordan Peterson and also his daughter who has committed her life to our Lord. I am sure God has already used her to soften his heart but from some of his comments, he has not repented and surrendered his heart totally to God. Nevertheless, God is using him to speak the truth about the world’s state of depravity.

Jordan is shocked at the speed at which the world is departing from Judeo-Christian values. May he come to realise that what we are seeing unfolding is prophesied in God’s Word as preceding Jesus’ return to put things right.

Late last year pop-star Cardi B. rocked the music world with her ultra-vulgar song “WAP.” For the sake of all that is good and holy, I will not reproduce the song here.

Considering it reached number one on Billboard, we can only assume that the majority of young people have jettisoned all moral restraints, anything goes. There are now millions of people to whom nothing is sacred. Moreover, anything that has been traditionally viewed as heathen, barbaric or malevolent, is now not only open to pursuit and practice but to praise.

Those who have studied with any seriousness the phenomenon Immanuel Kant described as “das radikale Böse” (radical evil), will see in both the song and the meteoric rise of its creator, an embrace of what one philosopher called the theologia diaboli or “theology of the devil” (see F. H. Heinemann, Existentialism and the Modern Predicament, 205-214).

DISNEY STAR SPEAKS THE TRUTH

“When ‘your truth’ trumps ‘the truth’ and forces me to pretend that it’s not a lie, we have a very real problem.”

Those are the words of Natasha Ward, an actor on the Disney-owned ABC series “Station 19.” She shared the comment on a story posted to her Instagram account, defending biological women amid the debate over the transgender movement. As a result, she came under intense attack from her co-stars.

“Supporting trans freedom,” she wrote, “does not mean it’s OK to violate the rights of biological women.”

“Pretending that trans women are not men who have a biological advantage, and therefore place an undue burden on biological women, is make-believe and it is not science nor fact,” Ward continued, later adding, “In the long run, women will have to take illegal substances in order to beat men ‘identifying’ as women in women’s sports.”

Ward asserted the push to embrace biological men who identify as women as true women will result in “pushing women out of the upper echelons of elite sports entirely as we biologically cannot compete apart from enhanced substances, forcing women to endanger their health.”

“That is science,” she wrote on her Instagram account, which she has since made private. “That is a fact. Your truth is not the truth and, when it infringes upon fact and places an undue burden, which displaces my rights, we have gone too far.”

Ward, it should be noted, is taking a similar position to that voiced by “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling, who sparked a firestorm in the summer of 2020, when she tweeted, “If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased.”
