Apostle Paul explains the timing of the Rapture in 2 Thessalonians 2 so clearly and yet many recognised scholars willfully deny the truth. This scripture clearly contradicts their doctrine that nothing has to happen before the rapture happens. The Rapture does not happen until after the Antichrist takes his seat in the temple and declares he is God.
“Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to him… Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:1,3-4
Why is this so important? It means that Christians will go through tribulation, even great tribulation that the Antichrist unleashes on all those people that will not take his mark. Jesus also tells us that the tribulation will be great but for the elect “those days will be cut short”. He also tells us that the Gospel of the Kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world and only then will the end come so Saints we need to be busy proclaiming the Gospel.
“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short.” Matthew 24:21-22
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”Matthew 24:9-14
Why am I saying we are living in the age of absurdity. Children, in fact, young girls, are being taught how to correctly behead infidels in the Islamic Mosque in Islamabad and yet a bill is being passed in the USA on Islamaphobia so that you cannot criticise any behaviour of Muslims.

Pakistan’s Blasphemy Law is being discussed all over the world these days. Recently, a Sri Lankan national was beaten to death in an alleged blasphemy case and then set on fire by fundamentalists. The Pak PM Imran Khan-led government was criticized all over the world for this. Meanwhile, a video has now surfaced from Pakistan that exposes Pakistan’s violent, hardcore Islamic, and chaotic face in blasphemy. The video is said to be from the Red Mosque in Islamabad.
How can Muslims say they support a free society and say Christians are Islamaphobes when we just quote Muhammed from his supposedly holy books.

Sahih (Hadith) Book 1, Number 0033: It has been narrated on the authority of Abdullah b. ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah said:
“I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah,that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and they establish prayer and pay Zakat and if they do it, their blood and property are guaranteed protection on my behalf except when justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah.“
Muhammad clearly states here that Allah commands Muslims to kill people unless they testify there is no God but Allah.

His (other) affairs rest with Allah. Upon this Abu Bakr said: By Allah, I would definitely fight against him who severed prayer from Zakat, for it is the obligation upon the rich. By Allah, I would fight against them even to secure the cord (used for hobbling the feet of a camel) which they used to give to the Messenger of Allah (as zakat) but now they have withheld it. Umar b. Khattab remarked: By Allah, I found nothing but the fact that Allah had opened the heart of Abu Bakr for (perceiving the justification of) fighting (against those who refused to pay Zakat) and I fully recognized that the (stand of Abu Bakr) was right.
The Bible prophecies that in the last days before Jesus returns persecution of Christians will escalate. The religion of Islam is the leading antichrist force in the world today that has been responsible for many Christians being martyred. This will only escalate.

A new giant statue installed outside the United Nations headquarters in Manhattan, New York City, is being likened to the End Times “beast” described by the Apostle John in Revelation 13:2. This absolutely gigantic statue is called “The Guardian of International Peace and Security”. What could be the significance of this statue appearing at this time? It looks like the beast of Revelation 13 that just happens to represent the Antichrist who we know will rule the nations of the world during the last 3 1/2 years prior to Jesus Christ’s return.

This is what the UN is saying about the statue: A guardian for international peace and security sits on the Visitor’s Plaza outside #UN Headquarters. The guardian is a fusion of jaguar and eagle and donated by the Government of Oaxaca, Mexico @MexOnu. It is created by artists Jacobo and Maria Angeles.
In Revelation chapter 13, we learn that this “beast” that the Apostle John was shown represents the Antichrist which will rule the entire world during the days of the Great Tribulation…
“And they worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?” And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling, that is, those who dwell in heaven. Also,it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, and all who dwell on theearth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.” Revelation 13:4-8
Is this just another end times sign? I think it is and Christians need to set their focus on what Jesus is calling them to do to bring in the “end times” harvest. It is a time to speak out boldly, courageously for the truth of God’s word. We know how this is going to play out and we can use these “end times” prophecies in evangelism.
“And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”Matthew 24:12-13
“The coming of the lawless one (Antichrist) is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
The strong delusion that God sends (allows) is the supernatural power that the Antichrist works on earth to back up his claim to be God. The Biblical Antichrist is a false Messiah and it is not a coincidence that the Islamic Messiah called the Mahdi lines up with the Biblical Antichrist. The Satanically inspired Islamic Messiah called the Mahdi is eagerly awaited by various sects of Muslims around the world, but most notably ISIS and Iranian leaders.
Last week the prestigious and non-partisan Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life released a new study on beliefs and attitudes in the Islamic world, entitled “The World’s Muslims: Unity and Diversity.
Looking at specific countries, the highest percentage of the population expecting the Mahdi’s near-term appearance is found in Afghanistan (83 percent), followed by Iraq (72 percent), Turkey (68 percent), and Tunisia (67 percent). Sixty percent of Pakistanis, 51 percent of Moroccans, 46 percent of Palestinians, and 40 percent of Egyptians are looking for the Mahdi in their lifetimes.
While there are differences about the details of who he is and what he will do, both Sunni and Shia Muslims share the belief in the establishment of a global Islamic state under his rule and in the annihilation of non-Muslim nations. And both are actively working towards the fulfillment of the prophecies that would see the Mahdi rule the world.
One of the most known “end times” Biblical prophecies is the Battle of Armageddon. It is the final battle when Jesus liberates Israel from the Antichrist forces on the plains of Megiddo. Armageddon is a Hebrew word for the valley called Megiddo (valley of Megiddo).
The following article from the Jewish News Syndicate is evidence that we are fast approaching the time when the Antichrist will appear on the scene. At first, he will appear to be Israel’s saviour with a peace plan.
I am not suggesting that this will happen in the next year or two because the Bible’s timeline for the “end times” reveals in Daniel 8.

As well as being surrounded by hostile Muslim nations intent on Israel’s destruction they are pressured by the UN and now America whom Israel considers one of its only allies.
Many of the orthodox Jews believe the 1800 prophecies in their Torah that reveal that their Messiah, will return to rescue Israel and He will rule and reign the nations from a completely restored Jerusalem. Sadly, they do not know it is Jesus whom they rejected 2000 odd years ago now. Pray for Israel.

Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, “has long imagined a virtual world where people work, play and interact.” Virtual offices can be entered and you can interact with a computer. Zuckerberg, with billions of dollars and a massive Facebook audience, is investing in a future unlike any present version of social media or video gaming. A recent Wall Street Journal article said, “The metaverse represents a digital reality where people playing through avatars would be able to attend concerts with friends or try on clothes in stores, just as they would offline out in the real world.”
A person would access this online world as an avatar, a digital version of oneself. You could attend a concert with another “avatar friend,” go shopping and try on clothes and then go to work as well. All of this is done in an immersive experience using ocular technology already developed. I will leave it to your imagination as to what other activities one could engage in within this digitally contrived world and what impact it will have on our children.

When the Holy Spirit inspired John to write in Revelation about the mark of the Beast (Antichrist), that he will force all who live on the earth to take this mark otherwise they cannot buy or sell, John must have wondered how this would be done. Almost two thousand years later the technology is in use today with microchips being inserted into peoples hands so they can buy and sell just by waving their hand over a digital reader.
“Also it (Antichrist) causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.” Revelation 13:16-17

Technology is changing fast, Amazon recently announced it’s rolling out its “Just Walk Out” cashier-less technology across its Whole Foods Stores.
This innovation is being driven by Amazon’s palm-scanning technology, which allows users to scan their palm and register it with their Amazon account. The technology analyzes the shape and size of the hand, and it can “see” the veins inside. This creates a biometric identifier exclusive to each member.
The rollout will enable consumers to walk into Whole Foods, scan their palms or a bar code on their phones, load up their carts with groceries, and then leave the store. When they walk out, their Amazon account will automatically be charged for the products they took with them.

To have a completely cashier-less space, cameras throughout the store powered by artificial intelligence and computer vision (CV) track every product consumers take from the shelves.
There will be up-front costs for installing this technology. However, in the long run this will drastically reduce labor expenses for Whole Foods stores.
After perfecting this technology, it makes sense for Amazon to begin licensing this technology for other stores to use. Checkout lines are nearly a thing of the past.
And for Amazon, all three of these items will not only make shopping quicker, they will allow the company to collect more data on all users. And that will enable Amazon to more effectively target ads to users… and make more sales.
For me apostasy in the church, which is compromising with the world, discarding God’s Word and His values, is the “end times” sign that is both stark and sad. They should take to heart the warning given in Hebrews>
“For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt.” Hebrews 6:4-6

You have probably heard of the Abomination of Desolation. Jesus spoke of it as an important “end times” sign when the disciples asked Him about His second coming.
“So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.” Matthew 24:15-16

In Daniel 9:27, we learn the Antichrist is the Desolator. He is the one who makes desolate. In Matthew 24:15-20 we learn Jesus commands those in Judea to flee from this act. Is that a clue? Watch this Nelson Walters video to find out.

Exactly as prophesied, in the “end times” all of the nations surrounding Israel (Muslim nations) are intent on its destruction which will eventually lead to the “Time of Jacobs Trouble” when Israel is invaded by the Antichrist (Gog).
Numbers 24:7 and Ezekiel 38-39 prove that Gog is the Antichristand that he will be defeated by Jesus
Of all people that God would give an “end times” prophecy to, it is hard to conceive Balaam, or is it, God often uses the most unlikely people for His purposes.
I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near: a star (Jesus) shall come out of Jacob, and a sceptre (King) shall rise out of Israel; it shall crush the forehead of Moab and break down all the sons of Sheth. Edom shall be dispossessed; Seir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed. Israel is doing valiantly. And one from Jacob shall exercise dominion and destroy the survivors of cities!”Numbers 24:17-19
“How lovely are your tents, O Jacob, your encampments, O Israel!Water shall flow from his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters; His king (Jesus) shall be higher than Gog (Agag) and His kingdom shall be exalted… He shall eat up the nations, His adversaries, and shall break their bones in pieces.” Numbers 24:5, 7, 8
It is only in recent years with the aid of teachers such as Travis Snow and Nelson Walters that I have come to realise how much of Ezekiel is “end times” prophecy.
“Therefore, son of man, prophesy, and say to Gog, Thus says the Lord God: On that day when my people Israel are dwelling securely, will you not know it? You will come from your place out of the uttermost parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great host, a mighty army. You will come up against my people Israel, like a cloud covering the land. In the latter days I will bring you against my land, that the nations may know me, when through you, O Gog, I vindicate my holiness before their eyes.” Ezekiel 38:14-16

Once we grasp that Gog is the Antichrist, and that he first made his appearance in Numbers 24, it is hard to argue that Gog’s invasion of Israel in Ezekiel 38 could take place at any other time than the beginning point of the Great Tribulation (halfway through Daniel’s 70th week). We know from Daniel 9:27 that the Antichrist turns on Israel halfway through Daniel’s 70th week, which consequently leads to a period of unparalleled distress and suffering in Israel (cf. Dan. 12:7-13).
So when we compare Scripture to Scripture, it can be argued that Gog’s invasion of Israel in Ezekiel 38 is a more detailed description of the events described in Daniel 9:27 and 12:7-12, which are also tied to the period of time Jeremiah called the Time of Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7; cf. Zechariah 12:3;14:1-2).
In simple terms, Gog’s invasion of Israel in Ezekiel 38 is what happens after the Antichrist breaks his covenant with Israel, which then starts the timeclock of Israel’s final 3 ½ years of suffering and exile before the return of Jesus. Since Gog is the Antichrist, and since it appears from Daniel 9:27 that the Antichrist will establish a false peace treaty with Israel during the first half of the Tribulation, it is not possible that his invasion of Israel could occur before the midpoint of the 70th week.
From previous posts you will know that I believe we are already seeing the “end times” prophecies in Daniel 8 unfolding in our time with Shia Iran (the Ram) with its proxies, Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis and al-Ashtar Brigades “charging westward and northward and southward”
“I saw the ram charging westward and northward and southward. No beast could stand before him, and there was no one who could rescue from his power. He did as he pleased and became great.” Daniel 8:4
Next major prophesied event will be Sunni Turkey (the Goat) of Daniel 8 will subjugate Shia Iran (the Ram) and attempt to re-establish its Ottoman Empire.
