AMAZING PRAYER AND ADMISSION BY JORDAN PETERSON

“God lift me from the intolerable burden of my ignorance, arrogance, willful blindness, bitterness, and resentment. And I pray that others rise above the same faults and temptations.

I watched Fox News release this message: There are terrible things afoot under the surface of our society, and the perpetrators are coming for you and coming for us. And then I watched the Democrats respond in panic and anger, saying: There are terrible things afoot under the surface of our society, and the perpetrators are coming for you and coming for us.

Are there terrible things afoot, bubbling under the surface? Is something coming for you? And for us? Ask yourself how true that is of yourself and your own life. Have you addressed all that? Are you concerning yourself with the dust in your enemy’s eyes, instead of attending to the filth that obscures your own sight? Do we want accusation, suspicion, discord, derision, and hatred? Or the peace and prosperity and happiness that beckons to us at this moment like never before? Who’s the enemy here? Is it the basket of deplorables? Is it the freaks and the queers? Is it the plumbers and carpenters and tradesmen and managers who work honestly and diligently during the day and the soldiers who stalwartly defend the borders and protect us? Is it the artists and visionaries whose expressions of unbridled creativity entertain and rejuvenate us and who continually offer to us an unending panoply of technological miracle? Is it the institutions that guide and protect us that so many lived and died to erect and establish which for all their faults have served us so well?

Do we want revenge or justice? Do we want contempt or mercy? Do we want war—or peace? And what are you aiming at in your heart of hearts? I see even the best of men degenerating into the exchange of blows. I see even the best of men identifying the enemy in our neighbours and friends. I see even the best of men falling prey to cowardice and self-righteous anger. It needs to stop. I need to stop. You need to stop. Before it’s too late. Who is the enemy here? The snake in your heart? The lies on your tongue? The arrogance of your intellect? The cowardice of our refusal to see? The enemy is that which divides to sow discord. The enemy is the pride and fear that stops us from lending a hand across the divide. The enemy is the great and eternal adversary of mankind. And if we demonize our brothers, our comrades-in-arms, do we not precisely call that dread spirit forth? Have we not yet learned? courage, trust, truth, love, even unto your enemy. Which is you? God forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. May what is the highest guide our vision. May what is highest open our ears. May what is the highest guide our tongues. And may we pray fearful of the hell we could so easily and carelessly create. Deliver us from evil. Shine a light into the corners of our dark hearts. For thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, forever and ever, Amen.

THOUSANDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE PROTEST LOCKDOWN IN SYDNEY

Protesters have swamped the light rail tracks near Sydney Town Hall, as police close in on a particular group of about 100 demonstrators among thousands that have massed in Sydney’s CBD to rally against lockdowns. Protesters holding banners and flags with slogans saying “love not lockdown” and “yes to freedom” as well as conspiracy messages have brought traffic to a stop along Broadway St.

NSW Police say officers from across the central metropolitan region were deployed with assistance from specialist resources, in a bid to contain an angry mob of protestors demonstrating against lockdowns and Covid vaccines.

Total confusion reigns

As shown by these protestors some do see it correctly as an “end times” sign and a prelude to the Mark of the Beast.

A man waving a Eureka flag, who refused to give his real name, said he was protesting because he believed the pandemic was a hoax.

Some protesters chanted “Aussie Aussie Aussie, oi oi oi”, while others simply shouted “Freedom”.

Some are wearing Guy Fawkes masks, while others are brandishing signs with images of Donald Trump and carrying signs reading: “This is Gene Therapy not vaccine”.

Another said: “we’re not anti vaccine we’re pro choice”.

“There is no virus, it’s a hoax,” another man said, when asked why he was protesting today.

“The carbon dioxide is worse (than the virus).”

“You need to go and do some science lessons,” one women told the Australian.

It is difficult to understand how these people can relate to one another as they are so ME focused.

These young people are angry and close to breaking point and anarchy which fits with end times prophecy.

And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.Matthew 24:12-14

WORLD GOES FROM BAD TO WORSE

Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.2 Timothy 3:7

From here on in Christians do not expect the world to embrace you as they have every conceivable abomination. Look what Jesus said,

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.Matthew 24:9-14

Be reminded, the main battle going on is in the spiritual realm. The Bible tells us that Satan who has had dominion over this fallen world as a result of Adam and Eve’s rebellion is soon to be overthrown by our Lord Jesus at the same time the Antichrist is defeated at the Battle of Armageddon. At which time, Satan will be bound for a 1000 years in the Abyss. Jesus will then begin His Millennial reign on this earth from a reconstructed Jerusalem with the saints in their transformed bodies. That is the time when the following Scripture is fulfilled.

Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.Philippians 2:9-11

The last seven years on this planet is described as a time of Tribulation leading to Great Tribulation and then a final period when the wrath of God is poured out on an unbelieving world. It terminates with Jesus return with the raptured saints (raptured prior to the Wrath of God being unleashed with the Trumpet and Bowl judgements) to deliver a remnant Israel at the Battle of Armageddon and begin His Millennial reign on this earth.

Christians, God has a role for you to play in these last days to fulfill this Scripture “And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” are you in prayer and listening to the Holy Spirit so that you will fulfill your destiny and take up your assigned role to rule and reign with Jesus in the Millennium?

The Judgment at Christ’s Coming
This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are also suffering— since indeed God considers it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you, and to grant relief to you who are afflicted as well as to us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might, when he comes on that day to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at among all who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed. To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power, so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Thessalonian 1:5-12

2% OF MILLENNIALS HOLD A BIBLICAL WORLD VIEW

Although 61% of American millennials consider themselves to be Christian, just 2% of them were found to hold a biblical worldview, according to a recent study released by the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University.

A biblical worldview, as previously defined by Barna, includes believing that absolute moral truths exist, and that such truth is defined by the Bible, as well as firm belief in six specific religious views. Those views are that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life; God is the all-powerful and all-knowing Creator of the universe and He stills rules it today; salvation is a gift from God and cannot be earned; Satan is real; a Christian has a responsibility to share their faith in Christ with other people; and the Bible is accurate in all of its teachings.

Considering the American Worldview Inventory 2020 study found that only 6% of American adults, in general, hold a biblical worldview, the fact millennials (18- to 36-year-olds) were at 2% is not surprising. Moreover, it helps to explain the degree of lawlessness erupting across the country.

Even a rudimentary understanding of the foundations of the American republic reminds us that unless the United States maintains spiritual unity under the hand of God, it will not be able to sustain the freedoms that have made the nation unique and desirable. The heart and soul of the nation pursue other gods and beliefs to its detriment as a nation.

The existing church has not been able to stop the decline that has been evident over the last decade, the war is over and an escalation of persecution of believers is a forgone conclusion. As could be expected, God is raising up His church as described in the Book of Acts. Holy Spirit led leaders such as Francis Chan understood the call of God in this regard. For the past nine years, his family has been in San Francisco, where they started “We Are Church,” which has grown to 25 pastors. No buildings or paid pastors.

Francis is now in Hong Kong reaching out to the unsaved in countries such as Myanmar (Burma) and is seeing God work miracles as he never saw in his church of 5000 in California.

Francis Chan, joined by others in his Crazy Love Ministries, pray on a summer vision trip in Hong Kong.

ORGANISATIONAL AGENDA OF BLACK LIVES MATTER

Their website blacklivesmatter.com says, BLM’s mission is: “Imagining and creating a world free of anti-Blackness, where every Black person has the social, economic, and political power to thrive.” (Obviously, most everybody wants Black lives to thrive). They then say they want to “connect Black people from all over the world,” so this is a global organization, “who have a shared desire for justice to act together in their communities.”

They see the fundamental problem as this, and it’s why BLM’s founders say they exist, is because there is “rampant and deliberate violence inflicted on us [Black people] by the state.” This persecution by the State is what they call systemic racism. Systemic racism can be defined as “a system or structure with an unfair impact upon a particular group, even if no law mentions the race.” So, BLM believes that it is not just racism against Black people from individuals or small groups around the world, but that governments are organized to inflict systemic racism against Black people.

BLM is clearly a political party, so don’t get that wrong. They say right on their website that they are a “political home for many,” and have “ousted anti-Black politicians, won critical legislator to benefit Black lives,” and so on.

Black Lives Matter’s motive, it says right there on their website, desires to “continue the work of our ancestors in fighting for our collective freedom” and “healing ourselves and each other.”

When I read that motivation, it sounds like they are connecting the racism their ancestors experienced, speaking of the slavery that existed in the United States and around the world that ended over 150 years ago, to a wound that continues to be felt and a desire to right a wrong that happened many decades ago.

They also believe that racism is almost just as bad now as it had been back in the 1800s and that racism can only be purged systemically, in other words, by overthrowing all existing governmental systems.

If you go to Black Lives Matter website and you listen to the comments of some of their leading organizers and the people who originated this movement, they are unashamedly Marxist. The Marxist ideology is built upon the notion that there is class oppression, and that the masses are being oppressed by the bourgeoisie middle and upper classes. The Marxist ideology foments the idea that the poor are oppressed by the rich, and therefore, they need to overcome oppression by seeking a new form of justice. But, in the process of doing that, they create terror. Terror is exactly what has happened on many of the American streets as of late. A lot of people have gotten sucked up into that mob mentality because, as you say, who can be against justice?

Patrisse Cullers, who is the founder and head of BLM, is a blatant outright Communist. Yusra Khogali, who is the head of the Toronto branch, has been texting that she wants to murder White people. She has been saying that White people are genetic defects. She prays to Allah that she won’t kill Whites. So, there’s an Islamic influence there as well.

Looking again at the Black Lives Matter website on their What We Believe statement, they say BLM “affirms Black women and is free from sexism, misogyny…” Misogyny is the latest PC word that now means being against anything doing with men being in charge, where the word once used to mean men who hate women. They continue, “…and environments in which men are centered…. We dismantle the patriarchal practice.” In other words, BLM seeks to end men having any kind of authority.

We dismantle cisgender privilege

“We make space for transgender brothers and sisters to participate and lead.” It also says, “We dismantle cisgender privilege.” Here is one of those new PC words. Cisgender means you identify with the sex you were born with, and often means heterosexual in orientation, not same-sex. BLM also says, “We foster a queer-affirming network… freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather the belief that all in the world are heterosexual.”  They want to stop people thinking of heterosexuality as the norm, but rather to make homosexuality equal in thinking in our society.

In summary, freedom to the BLM movement means freedom from God and His moral restraint. Justice instead means revenge. BLM takes these words and makes them mean the opposite.

SPIRIT OF LAWLESSNESS

\

The spirit of lawlessness, a spirit that despises authority and that cultivates chaos. And it is a spirit that is at work throughout America today, leaving a train of destruction in its path.

Paul wrote these important words in Romans 13, words that we need to put front and center during these times of cultural upheaval.

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. (Romans 13:1–5)

Protesters set Bibles and American flags on fire over the weekend in Portland, Oregon. (The Sun YouTube channel)

There is something else that is animating these rioters to burn Bibles and the American flag. As Ian Miles Cheong, managing editor of Human Events tweeted, “I don’t know what burning the Bible has to do with protesting against police brutality.

Do not be under the illusion that these protests and riots are anything but an attempt to dismantle all of Western Civilization and upend centuries of tradition and freedom of religion.

Yes, it is beyond ludicrous to suggest that the burning of Bibles has any connection at all to the death of George Floyd, himself a professing Christian. And it is ridiculous to think there is any real connection between the Bible and police brutality. It is an open expression of hostility to the Judeo-Christian God and Judeo-Christian values. It is the thumbing of the nose to divine authority. It is overt rebellion

The spirit of lawlessness is at work. Jesus said lawlessness would increase in the last days before His return. “And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold” Matthew 24:12

“The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.” 2 Thessalonians 2:9-10

JUDAEO-CHRISTIAN FOUNDATIONS FOR RULE OF LAW AND DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS

The Bible has been historically recognized as the most important book for the development of both the rule of law and democratic institutions in the Western world. However, we have seen over these last decades a deep erosion of individual rights, with the growth of state power over the life and liberty of individuals. The Judeo-Christian foundations of the rule of law in the West: a legacy of liberty and resistance against tyranny have been incessantly eroded since the acceptance of evolutionary belief, which was working its insidious influence even before Charles Darwin published his Origin of Species in 1859.6 His writings replaced, in the minds of those who accepted his ideas, the fundamental and unique concept of divine creation as revealed in Genesis. Creation as outlined in Scripture was exchanged for ideas of undirected processes of evolution, involving death of the unfit through millions of years of struggle and violence—the very antithesis of the “very good” origins revealed in Scripture. Evolution prepared the seedbed for the fruit that was to eventually grow within culture—abortions are intentional deaths (murder) and the average annual death toll of unborn babies, astonishingly, now exceeds 56 million. The abandonment of biblically based principles is almost complete. We now live in a post-Christian culture. The good news is that the Bible reveals the events unfolding are exactly what Jesus said will happen prior to His return to earth to rule and reign from Jerusalem.

PROPHESIED “END TIMES” PERSECUTION OF CHRISTIANS

Spiked Online Editor, Brendan O’Neill says the fallout from the death of George Floyd has transcended into “a kind of explosion of political correctness” in Britain.

“There is a politically correct mob running around the country who are expressing all sorts of dangerous, backward, strange ideas.” He said protesters who are now smashing statues “looked to me like the woke-Taliban”. “This idea that we must cleanse the public sphere of every bad person, every bad idea, every bad way way of thinking”. “I think that’s incredibly intolerant, it’s not progressive and it certainly has nothing to do with the awful killing of George Floyd”

Because “racism” is the rationale of the Woke Taliban’s lawlessness and those who applaud and defend them, then nothing is safe from this lawlessness. Any monument to our Founding Fathers is eventually doomed to these mobs and vandals  . . . and then they will come for the Christian Church — a Church the media and left have spent decades smearing as racist and homophobic.

A statue of a man lies on the ground surrounded by protesters

Those Christians who know that persecution is coming and that we will not be “raptured out of here before the bad things begin” are not fretting over this. We expect this and thus our posture is one of soberness and humbleness to be counted worthy to suffer for Christ.

The temptation to apostatise is real. The majority of the Evangelical church is folding like dominoes at this time. But you brother and sister stand firm and have endurance to weather the spiritual storm that is upon us and will only continue. The world hates us, but only because they hate Jesus. It will be difficult to endure, as there will be no recourse, except for the ultimate reward of Jesus that awaits us.

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.Matthew 24:9-13

AMERICA WAS NEVER GREAT!

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is CleanEnergyMarch-4-1470229_28258535300.jpg

The US educational system has replaced the teaching of American history with anti-American propaganda, a trend in the universities that has trickled down into high schools and elementary schools. Some schools ignore history and civics altogether, leaving students ignorant of their Christian heritage and thus susceptible to the propagandists. In addition, the teaching of evolution and not creation/intelligent design has resulted in this generation turning away from God and His values. He is no longer relevant. However, Satan’s original deception of Eve is still relevant :

“Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Genesis 3:4-5

The first statement was certainly a lie and the second equally disastrous; believing she can be like God.

The VOC poll (Voice of the Customer Survey). . . found that only 57 percent of millennial’s believe the Declaration of Independence “better guarantees freedom and equality” than the Communist Manifesto. . . .

It is the reason Bernie Sanders with his socialist agenda is so popular with this generation.

Executive editor of the Federalist (and LCMS member) Joy Pullman suggests that as this generation that loved their country through World War II and the Baby Boomers who lived through the Cold War die out, the proportion of Americans who disapprove of their own country and what it stands for will increase.  At some point, the nation might become so delegitimatised in the eyes of its citizens that it dissolves.  This is what happened to the Soviet Union.  A new nation would be established in its place, with the Constitution being repealed and a different kind of government devised to replace it.  Since free, democratic republics are rare in human history, the new American order would probably be a reversion to some kind of authoritarianism or totalitarianism.

For Christians Jesus end times prophecies are beginning to unfold:

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” Matthew 24:9-13

2020 IS HERE AND SO ARE THE FALSE PROPHETS

The article by John Burton in Charisma News 1/2/2020 entitled “2020 is here and so are the false prophecies” is written for an American audience but it is applicable for most of the western world, certainly Australia. I have adapted it, added to it, shortened it, and I hope John will not mind but his basic message is intact.

Not once have I read or heard about any prophecy for 2020 that includes judgement, correction, rebuke or warning. It confirms what Jesus told His disciples and us about what we can expect in the last days prior to His return. “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” (Matthew 24:11).

Lawlessness abounds: abortion is destroying the next generation as children are sacrificed at the altar of Molech. You’d be shocked at how few pastors and prophets speak out against it. Homosexual activists are forcing their agenda, pornography is being devoured by the majority including Christians including pastors and leaders and it’s nearly impossible to find a church with a spirit of prayer driving it.

Read what Jeremiah told the people of his day. The same applies today. “Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you, filling you with vain hopes. They speak visions of their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD. They say continually to those who despise the word of the LORD, ‘It shall be well with you’; and to everyone who stubbornly follows his own heart, they say, ‘No disaster shall come upon you.'” For who among them has stood in the council of the LORD to see and to hear his word, or who has paid attention to his word and listened?” (Jeremiah 23:16-18).

It doesn’t take much of a prophetic gifting at all to know the call for 2020 must be radical consecration, intercession, repentance and a fresh revelation of both the love and the fear of the Lord. We must stand in his counsel.

An apathetic, lukewarm church is at serious risk. Apathetic, lukewarm followers of Jesus are as well.

“And to the angel of the church in Sardis write: ‘The words of him who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. “‘I know your works. You have the reputation of being alive, but you are dead. Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God. Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you”. (Revelation 3:1-3).

Where are the prophets who are warning the church that God himself will come against it? Where are those who are shaking people out of their mediocrity and casual connection to God, awakening them from a lethal slumber? Do we even realize how dangerous such a life of apathy is? Most don’t. The prophets aren’t telling them. The pastors aren’t either.

If we aren’t burning white-hot on fire for Jesus, we had better stop and consider where we are in God. Our passion, fire and level of intimacy with Jesus absolutely impact where we will spend eternity, not to mention the future of our nation. There are millions of people who are lifting their hands in worship, praying, reading their Bible, serving and “living right” as they faithfully follow Jesus in an unsaved condition. They don’t have passion for Jesus, and they have no oil in their lamps. All ten virgins in the following parable were waiting for their Bridegroom so thought they were saved, Sadly, five were not saved. I believe Jesus is telling us two things in this parable about the “end times” church:

1, all ten were asleep, hence, just like the religious leaders of Jesus day the church is asleep and missing all the prophecies of Jesus second coming warning us of the coming tribulation.

2. 50% of the people in church are not born again with the Holy Spirit. It is a mission field in itself.

“But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming…. But the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps have gone out.’ “The wise answered, ‘No, lest there not be enough for us and you. Go rather to those who sell it, and buy some for yourselves.’ “But while they went to buy some, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut. “Afterwards, the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open the door for us.’ “But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.

“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming” (Matthew 25:8-13).
